Cuando se abre el grifo o se tira la cadena hace muchísimo ruido la cañería y tarda un ratito en cortar… pero no es algo que defina al departamento.

• Jaume (8/5): Buena alternativa para visitar la zona con coche - Situado en un barrio periférico de Bari, con acceso al centro con bus urbano para evitar el tráfico. Informarse bien de los horarios y paradas en ambos lados ya que la plaza estaba en obras y una parada estaba anulada, y el sitio de regreso desde Bari no es evidente. Lavadora con programa rápido, detergente y un sitio para tender El piso es amplio, la cocina bastante completa y con utensilios mínimos. No pudimos hacer funcionar el extractor. Cafetera Nespresso Plaza de paparcamiento económica a 5 minutos a pie Alguna zona un poco descuidada: balcón, ventanas,... El agua va con una bomba algo ruidosa. Se puede desconectar para lavar los platos por ejemplo a cambio de tener menos presión El barrio parece tranquilo pero hay bastante ruido en la plaza por la noche y de tráfico por la mañana (estuvimos en agosto, en otras épocas puede variar) En la habitación principal no hay persianas ni cortinas opacas, por lo que entra bastante luz por la mañana. En la secundaria al contrario sí se puede cerrar bien. El edificio es antiguo y hay que subir un piso alto con escaleras estrechas, a tener en cuentas si esto puede ser un problema

• andrea (10/5): Consigliato!!! - Staff gentile e molto disponibile sia nel fornire informazioni per la visita della città sia per risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente durante il soggiorno. Appartamento storico, ampio e ben arredato, fornito di tutto il necessario. Il centro di Bari sì trova a 10 minuti in macchina, il quartiere è tranquillo e sotto casa ci sono tutti i servizi principali.

• Szabolcsné (10/5): - A szàllàsadó nagyon kedves!! Bèrelhető parkolàsi lehetőség ami nagy előny az autóval èrkezőknek. Kàvèzók,èttermek nagyon közel. A busz 2 perces sètàra. A helybeliek nagyon kedvesek, zöldsèges a sarkon mindenfelé különleges finomsàggal! A hàzzal szemben van egy tèr ahol a helyiek minden este összegyűltek enni ès jàtszani. Ezt az èletèrzèst mi is kipróbáltuk nagyon jó volt 😊

• RyanTheu (10/5): Great location, great host - Location of the apartment was in a good spot, it have a supermarket and all needed shops at walking distance and the central area of Bari was only a short drive which is really good. The host welcomed us and allowed us to leave the bags early in the apartment while it was being cleaned which was really helpful.

Už papildomą mokestį (5Eur /para) gavome vietą automobilio laikymui uždaroje aikštelėje netoli gyvenamosios vietos. Tai tikrai labai patogu. Šalimais yra daržovių ir vaisių parduotuvėlė (rekomenduoju), taip pat kavinė, kurioje tikrai skani kava ir kruasanai. Netoli ir maisto prekių parduotuvė.

• Marcela (10/5): - Ubicado en un edificio de 1920, el departamento —de 85 m² y recientemente remodelado— ofrece una estancia cómoda y funcional. Por solo 5 euros al día, se puede acceder a un estacionamiento situado a 200 metros. Maddalena es una excelente anfitriona. Se agradece la disponibilidad de productos de limpieza, higiene personal y una pequeña despensa con artículos esenciales. El alojamiento está a solo 20 minutos del centro histórico de Bari, al que se recomienda llegar en la línea 4 de autobús, por 1 euro, con una parada casi en la puerta del departamento. Circular en auto por el centro histórico resulta prácticamente imposible. Muy recomendable! Nada

Mesto je lepo, a apartman ima pogled na veliki trg Grejanje je vrlo loše, 2 klime koje ne mogu dqa rade istovremeno zbog loše struje. Takođe i plafoni oko 5 metara čine da se prostor teško ugreje

Nearby is a market with traditional food (thanks to Mr. Francesco who proposed and prepared an amazing Mediterranean food, fresh, everyday), cafes, a fresh vegetable and fruit shops. Carbonara di Bari is a charming town from which you can easily visit Alberobelo, Loco Rotondo, Ostuni, Polignano al Mare, Monopoli.

Blisko sklep, niedrogie restauracje, kawiarnia czynna od 5 rano, przystanek autobusowy, z którego można w pół godziny dojechać do samego centrum miasta. Nie jest to zbyt turystyczna lokalizacja, więc można doświadczyć trochę autentycznego klimatu. Mieszkanie jest duże i przestronne z oknami wychodzącymi na ruchliwy rynek, ale hałasy nie przeszkadzają, bo ich nie słychać. Przyzwoicie wyposażone, choć ekspres jest tylko kapsułkowy (Nespresso), a nie ma tradycyjnej kawiarki. Po pierwsze google prowadzi pod zły adres - każe wjechać w superwąską uliczkę. Nie rób tego - wpisz adres domu pogrzebowego Boccabella Giovanni Onoranze Funebri :) Po drugie jeśli masz samochód - koniecznie skorzystaj z opcji rezerwacji parkingu. Jest blisko, kosztuje ledwie 5 EUR za dzień, a oszczędza wielu nerwów. Po trzecie dom jest stary i ma starą instalację elektryczną. Jeśli jednocześnie włączysz klimę i czajnik, to prawdopodobnie wywali korki. Jak dodasz jeszcze płytę elektryczną - wywali na pewno. Trzeba wtedy zejść na parter i włączyć prąd z powrotem. Po czwarte - gdy jest zimno na zewnątrz, jest też zimno w środku.

• Teo Oprean (10/5): Excelent, confortabil, raport pret/calitate - foarte bun. - Apartament mare cu 2 dormitoare, living, bucatarie, baie, 2 balcoane. Am gasit tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur lung. De la aparat de cafea, uscator de par, călcător de rufe, masina de spalat rufe, pana la aer conditionat si mici atentii din partea gazdei. Apartament situat langa un parc cu multe cafenele, un magazin cu fructe si legume proaspete, aproape de statia de autobuz nr.4 care a fost foarte util pt tot sejurul nostru. Multumim Madalina pentru toata disponibilitatea si sfaturile tale. ❤️ Daca esti cu masina, aproape inposibil de gasit loc de parcare. Dar aceasta nu este din vina gazdei. Peste tot in Bari este o adevarata aventura gasirea unui loc de parcare.

With extra 5 euros you can have a locked parking space at walking distance. The apartment is very spacious The accommodation needs some care. Frequent power cuts when using both heat pumps to warm up the place. I would have appreciated some extra coffee pods, but this is probably my caffeine addiction talking’s.
• Olivia (8/5): Esperienza positiva, location da tenere in considerazione per futuri soggiorni! - La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è pulito, molto spazioso e ha il fascino delle case antiche; si trova nel pieno centro di Carbonara, ottimamente servito dai mezzi pubblici che portano al centro di Bari. Inoltre abbiamo potuto usufruire dell'accompagnamento in auto da e verso l'aeroporto, una grande comodità; alla partenza siamo stati accompagnati da un parente della proprietaria, anch'egli molto gentile e attento. Proprio volendo trovare qualcosa di migliorabile, posso aggiungere che l'arredo è di gusto e nuovissimo, ma un poco scarno, sarebbe utile che venissero aggiunte un paio di sedie alle scrivanie, magari un attaccapanni e un tavolino in soggiorno; sono comunque certa che sia così semplicemente perché la struttura ha aperto da poco, la signora provvederà sicuramente via via a renderla sempre più confortevole.
• Astrid (6/5): Ganz okay - Die Lage, die Größe der Wohnung, gute Energie der Wohnung gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Unbequemes Doppelbett (ziemlich ausgelegen inzwischen), dauert lange bis es warm wird im Winter wegen hoher Decken und Bad gar nicht beheizbar, nur 4 ziemlich unbequeme Stühle, kein Platz auf dem Balkon um dort Abends Mal zu sitzen und sehr häufige Stromausfälle des Hauptschalters, sobald mehr als Klimaanlagen als größere Stromgeber an sind. Zum Beispiel Duschen und Klimaanlage an lassen gleichzeitig geht nicht oder Ofen....

Titolare molto cordiale, ci ha accolto come graditi ospiti, illustrandoci ogni minimo dettaglio dandoci preziosi consigli e infine ci ha riservato una piccola colazione non compresa nell'offerta. • Gabor (9/5): - Lovely authentic apartment overlooking main square of Carbonara, with very nice host and everything needed just a few steps away. If you don't like chaotic parking, for €5/night you can reserve a protected parking space 5 mins walking away (if you are experienced in local parking style, it's not necessary, though). The apartment is very spacious, I could imagine this space even for 8 people or more. As it's common in the area, there's no real heating, and with high ceiling it takes very long for the AC's to warm up the space, and kitchen/bathroom still stays cold in winter. Also from main bedroom's window shutters are missing, and a street light is just next to the window, so you need to make a makeshift blackout curtain if you don't like to sleep in daylight. Also, some coat hangers would be useful around entrance. But overall I'd happy to return!

• Silvia (10/5): - Everything was wonderful. The apartment definitely exceeded my expectations, it looks good in the pictures but is even nicer in reality. Wide, spacious and super art. The location is great, there was a parking space and also there is a bus nearby. The host was the most radiant person we met in Italy, extremely hospitable and kind. I would love to visit again There was nothing we didn't like.

• Csilla (9/5): - Maddalena mindent megtett, hogy megkapjuk az összes fontos információt, segítőkész volt. A lakás tágas és tiszta, a konyha megfelelően felszerelt volt. A megközelíthetőség nehézkes, elsősorban a GPS hibájából: bevitt minket a legszűkebb utcákba, holott sokkal egyszerűbben oda lehetett volna találni. Esetleg ha Maddalena figyelmezteti erre a vendégeit, megelőzhet sok bosszúságot.

• FrancescoMannarino (10/5): - Appartamento stupendo che affaccia direttamente sulla piazza di Carbonara. Pulizia impeccabile e accoglienza meravigliosa da parte dello staff. Trovandosi nella piazza principale del paese in 2 minuti si può raggiungere banca, farmacia, tabaccheria, bar e supermercati. Consigliatissimo. Difficile trovare parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze dell'appartamento, problema che si risolve facilmente con il parcheggio proposto dalla struttura che dista solo 5 minuti a piedi.

Parcheggio a pagamento consigliato dalla Signora, molto comodo in quanto la struttura è in pieno centro. La casa è molto grande e accogliente, con un pavimento anni 30 bellissimo.

• Annamária (10/5): Nagyon jó volt minden, elégedettek voltunk, szuper szállásadó és a hely is! - Nagyon kedves, szívélyes és gondoskodó volt a fogadtatás és a kapcsolattartás is végig! A reggeli a közeli kávézóban volt, nagyon elégedettek voltunk, ott is kedvesen, minden infót tudva fogadtak minket. Abszolút ajánlom mindenkinek! Tény, hogy a szállás maga kicsit messzebb van a központtól, de a közlekedés jó, így ahová szeretne az ember, el tud jutni.
