• sergey (9/5): - Breathtaking view and a private parking. Romantic atmosphere on the see side slopes covered by olive trees. It is quite far from the centre of Lavagna. Some facilities in the apartment are tired and need to be replaced.

• Olena (9/5): - The apartment offers a very comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities, and the view is quite beautiful. It would be more convenient to have a car for your visit. You can walk for about 15-20 minutes to get to the sea, supermarket. But, I think it's better if you take the car or motorbike.

• Sergey Vorobyev (8/5): Very good for the family vacation - Pros: - great sea view - separate parking - good interior design, including photos of nearby attractions - equipped kitchen, vacuum cleaner - weekly change of bed linen and towels - proximity to the highway for trips to neighboring tourist centers (Pisa, Portofino, Florence) Foodstuff availability: - supermarkets and a market in ~1.5 km - hypermarket ~20 min. drive Cons: - no direct passageway to the sea - the lock in one of the bathrooms does not work - it is advisable to clean the drain in the shower

• Marlborough1704 (9/5): A super, spacious apartment, in a lovely location with stunning views - Despite being 2 hours late for our scheduled meet-up due to a delayed flight, we were warmly welcomed by the Host's son who kindly showed us where to park in the very convenient car park (at the rear of the building) in a well light and spacious private car park. He walked us around the property, explained how to use various appliances and checked that we were ok. The apartment was very clean. The lounge was deceptively large. Water pressure and hot water for the showers were very good too. But the views from the balconies were stunning and really were the highlight for us all. It was so quiet too. The view over the sea and coastline made this stay very memorable and the evening sunset was outstanding. Our beds were fine and the towels and linen were clean. Communications with Eugenio throughout the stay were excellent and he quickly provided additional dishwasher salt when we needed it. The apartment is conveniently located to Lavagna which has access to a train station but, best of all, easy access to the Autostrada so that you can sightsee all the way along the Ligurian coastline, which we did - stunning. There are also very good local food shops, cafes and supermarkets in Lavagna too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would gladly go back. Some mattresses were comfortable, other less so but this is always going to a subjective issue based on people's preference. A few more plates, cups, glasses, sharp knives and kitchen utensils would be ideal but it was just about ok for our party of 6. The keys to the locks on both bathrooms didn't work unfortunately - that led to some funny moments, lol. But these were minor inconveniences really.

• Roman (10/5): Overall it is a great apartment with nice hosts - - Amazing panoramic sea view and nice balkony: get your binoculars! - Spacious and comfortable apartment in good location - Private parking space - Air condition would be nice to have (but there are some fans and two showers)
