Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Robinson (6/5): needs work - Enough bedding, plenty of kitchen equipment, pool table and games, property was well situated freezer didn't work so we lost food items, stumps were sagging - felt as though it would give way near front door and lounge room, large gaps in front door, pantry had an open packet of rat poison in it which stank out the pantry. Bedroom upstairs with balcony - bed had broken legs, couldn't access the power point, coffee machine was dirty and had no instructions for use, kitchen brush to wash dishes was unusable (filthy).
Anugrah (7/5): Over all great house...however need a few improvements - The house was very lovley and the pool table, trampoline and yard at the back were very fun. The owners were kind. There could be a few improvements made. For a home that houses 11 people, there were only 2 wine glasses - this was a little disappointing. The dustbin was too tiny and there wasnt a separate dustbin for recycling. There could be little dustbins placed in the toilets and bathrooms on each floor as rubbish from there had to be taken down to the tiny kitchen dustbin. The flat plate on the BBQ didnt really work very well - this was frustrating. The beds didnt have plugs near them to charge phones etc.
