• Gaia (7/5): - Prezzo buono per la posizione in cui eravamo ed il periodo. Appena arrivati l’acqua calda non funzionava. Abbiamo dovuto richiamare il ‘proprietario’ e farlo tornare. Ha detto che era sistemato e che dopo mezz’ora l’acqua sarebbe tornata calda ed invece non è stato così. Per fortuna abbiamo avuto l’idea Di resettare il termostato e l’acqua calda è iniziata ad uscire ( questo il giorno successivo quando poi dovevamo anche andare via)
• christian (6/5): PRATICO! - Posizione ottima a soli 600 metri dalla stazione parco Leonardo.check in facile,ci ha fornito tutto tramite whatsapp. Si dovrebbe fare più attenzione alla pulizia e alla manutenzione,doccia da cambiare completamente .

• Marek (9/5): Perfect for overnight stay or few more - It was well located, owner sorted pick up at the airport, which helped a lot with children. Everything is fain. Much more than one csn use for 1 or 2 nights when you transit for another flight. Location is very quiet, you will nit find services opened later in the evening. The coffee machine did not work, but the owner was quick to come in the morning and brought the solution (cappucino :) ) Personally, I would not tell call the bunch of cakes and sweets “italian” breakfast. It is better to specify, what you get. Just a feedback to get information better. Many people may like it. Nearby caffes will do perfectly for adults and children.
• Wioletta (8/5): Nice place, convenient location but needs some attention - Convenient if your flight is late. Easy access to the train station, very clear instructions from the owner, how to access property. Great communication with owner. The bathroom needs some attention. The kettle should be descaled regularly. Tried to make some tea for our kids, but the water was literally white when it was boiling due to the limescale.

Gazda a fost intelegatoare si am facut check out mai tarziu, + 1 h. A fost mizerie la propriu, igrasie, a trebuit sa spalam cam tot in bucatarie. Nu este parcare proprie, cand am ajuns seara am cautat loc de parcare, aglomeratie la parcare. Gajda totusi a cedat un loc.... Micul dejun este un fake, niste chesti ieftine aruncate intr-o tava pentru toate zilele, nu le-am atins. :)

• paolo (3/5): C'è di meglio. Non consigliato. - Spazio a disposizione. Vicinanza centro commerciale. L'appartamentino è stato solo spolverato e solo nelle zone di passaggio, non pulito o sgrassato. Nel frigorifero c'erano degli avanzi: bottiglia di Prosecco e Whisky aperte, confezione di formaggio grattugiato aperta. La colazione era ridicola: qualche merendina confezionata, qualche brick di latte o succo di frutta. Pan carrè in confezione già aperta e poco altro. Quindi abbiamo fatto colazione altrove. La zona è piuttosto depressa. Abbiamo chiesto ai gestori di procurarci dell'altra carta igienica, non hanno nemmeno risposto.

• Alessia (1/5): Orrendo. - Solo il terrazzo Posizione poco chiara, non mi ha risposto alle chiamate il gestore per avere ulteriori notizie. Ho provato a chiamare per 20 volte, se non chiedevo aiuto ad una signora, rimanevo fuori casa.

• Massimo (1/5): Nemmeno una doccia! - La posizione La doccia era sporca, non lavata ma semplicemente sciacquata solo con acqua corrente suppongo. Siamo arrivati tardissimo e stanchi dal viaggio, nessuno di noi ha avuto il coraggio di farsi la doccia perché era sporca. Mi è stato risposto dall'host che era solo calcare, dovuto all'acqua della zona che è molto carica di calcare. Nel freezer c'era del gelato avanzato, impronte nel microonde e il pavimento era appiccicoso, per non parlare del disordine che c'era nella zona lavanderia sul balcone. Senza parole!
• Maya (1/5): - This apartment is located inside an industrial area. There is absolutely no one around, and no breakfast is provided. It’s very difficult to reach — the road is not close to the entrance, so you have to stop, get out, and search for the gate, which opens with a code. Then the apartment itself is inside a building, again behind a door with a code. Overall, not convenient, not welcoming, and definitely not what I expected.

• Francesca Strianese (7/5): Così così - Arredamento moderno, e confortevole Pulizia scarsa doccia con tanto calcare, terrazzi pieni di polvere e disordinati la colazione, per quanto non mancasse forse nulla, era senza etichetta e avendo una persona intollerante non l'abbiamo consumata, ma pagata. Mancavano i cuscini per il divano letto, abbiamo usato i nostri asciugamani mare.

Sotto al divano letto c’è di tutto, accumuli enormi di polvere, cartacce e residui di ogni genere. I mobili pieni zeppi di polvere, colazione scarsa e di pessima qualità. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

All'interno di un parco commerciale con diversi servizi e grande dispinibilità di parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Host molto disponibile ci ha permesso il check in anticipato Appartamento non pulitissimo e un po' trascurato negli arredi. Sono presenti 2 bei terrazzini, purtroppo uno è praticamente un magazzino attrezzi e il secondo, ben attrezzato ha la zanzariera rotta in più punti e la copertura rotta in più punti

Le monsieur a qui appartient l'appartement a été tres gentil car nous n arrivions pas bien à nous situer proche de l appartement ainsi que des difficultés pour le code afin d'ouvrir la porte d entrée. Il a été super et nous a expliqué par whatsapp ainsi qu envoyer des vidéos. Le petit-déjeuner etait super sympa. Nous nous sommes régalés. J'avoue que la bouteille d'eau fraîche à notre arrivée etait la bienvenue surtout par la chaleur que l'on avait. Le centre commercial tout prêt est top pr se restaurer (tt budget : KFC, Burger King, restaurants en tt genre, pokebowl etc). J'avoue que si l'appartement etait top et que je conseille, le quartier est assez "etrange". C'est a dire que meme si nous avons vu des locaux ce dernier est assez à l abandon comme les commerces autour sauf le centre commercial ce qui donne une impression un peu "fantôme". Également, l accès à l'appartement n est pas accessible en voiture. Il faut la laisser sur le parking qui est à 50m. par tps de pluie je ne trouve ça pratique.

Also offered a transportaion to/from airport. - The location was perfect! close to the airpot but tucked away just enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay night. Absolutely recommended!
• Smigglemickey (7/5): Lovely modern apartment located close to the railway station and airport but a bit hard to find! - A warm and well appointed apartment, clean and very tidy and handily located close to the airport, with some breakfast items provided. A full kitchen and spacious rooms. Only steps from a large shopping centre. Very easy walking distance from the station. Apartment is a bit hard to find and the instructions on how to open the myriad doors are provided in a video are not really all that clear. Door handle code fixture is quite hard to operate. Apartment has balconies but they look over an industrial wasteland so not really an attractive space to spend any time. Area is a bit sketchy at night time and would not advise trying to find the location after dark. Clearer maps and instructions would be appreciated.

The warm welcoming of the host and the complementary snacks for breakfast and fruits was a nice gesture. Nothing as whole yet The bed in the master bedroom was making some noises seem need some fixation or repair. The barrier of the English language yet any translation app can do the role 🙂 Also I do recommend having the access codes as written cause the host send it as a video where it may confuse you or mislead the numbers so u have to make some trials

• Samantha (3/5): Be careful that the apartment you get is the one advertised. - Overall the apartment was fine, clean and had breakfast items. Communication was responsive. They organised a cheap airport transfer. Despite the property being fine it was not the property I booked. It was very late when we arrived so it wasn’t until after they checked us in I realised it was a totally different apartment and not as nice looking as the one for this booking. Worst thing was the location. I had purposefully booked this listing due to its proximity to the shopping mall and train station as I was travelling by myself with kids and heavy luggage. This place was a 20min walk from the mall a little longer to train station. That was really annoying. No one told me I would be put in another apartment. In the morning I messaged saying why was I placed here? They just said “sorry, I was supposed to tell you but I forgot”. I appreciate the sorry but it’s really frustrating to not get what you paid for. And one last thing, I was told check out was 11 but a cleaning lady entered at 10:30, she eventually let us stay but she wasn’t happy about it.

Walking distance to the Parco Leonardo train station which is one stop away from Rome airport. Property was clean and has many amenities, such as AC, wifi, fridge and stove. It was very clean. It’s a bit of a distance from Rome city centre for those looking to be closer. Purpose of my stay was to be close to the airport for my flight out the next day.
