Guest Reviews

- Wai (10/5): Exceptional - plenty of space, facility good quality and modern, owner played extra effort on cleaning, everywhere are clean, close to train station. the apartment so big, but only one toilet, wasted the space.
- Julien (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Georg (8/5): Very good - Great place Would be better with a working WiFi and less noisy neighbours from upstairs.
- Uri (7/5): Pleasant and spacious apartment right next to the train station - The host provided clear instructions for collecting the keys. The property is a pretty large apartment, very spacious for a family of four (there was even an office which we didn't use). Great location, a few minutes walk from the train station to get to Cinque Terre and for parking. It's towards the edge of the old town so getting to an area with restaurants is about 10 minutes walk but that's really fine. The washer-dryer and dishwasher were really useful. The kitchen appliances were modern, and there were plenty of dishes and utensils. The apartment was missing basic household supplies (such as paper towels, sponge and dish soaps, dishcloth). We didn't want to have to buy all of this for a short stay. The pantry had some staples (presumably left by previous guests) but we had to buy more than we expected we'd need to. The living room had just a medium sized couch with no armchairs, not enough sitting room for a family of four. The couch was also a folding bed so every time someone sat on it it would start opening. The host was available on Whatsapp when we picked up our keys but afterwards wasn't very responsive to questions. The upstairs neighbors made a lot of noise stomping around and waking us in the middle of the night.
- Yael (10/5): Exceptional - The room is beautiful. It had two bedrooms, kitchen, storage room, bathroom, office and livingroom. It fits for two couples.
The location was good, we took the train to chinque terre. It was amazing! The streets had shops and restorants good. I felt the streets are a bit dirty and I didn't like to walk at night.
- Anna (8/5): Grand apartment - Very spacious and beautiful building Needs a few more comfortable chairs in the living room and somewhere to put the suitcases on in the bedrooms . Upstairs neighbours quite noisy at times
- Qhougaard (9/5): It was perfect for our stay and had everything and more than what we expected - The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It was very well equipped with everything you need. It is very conveniently located and close to the station to reach Cinque Terre. Cool with good air conditioning! The freezer shelve with the ice try's was stuck and frozen so we could not make ice. There is limit to the amount electricity usage per house in Italy. You cannot have all the air conditions on while you use the other heat generating equipment like hair dryers and dishwashers.
- Kaisey (9/5): Superb -
- John (8/5): Very good - Good location near the train station. Large apartment which gave us plenty of room for the entire family. Having a kitchen was nice. Washer was also nice to have. Everything was nicely furnished and clean. The shower drain was partially clogged which allowed water to constantly flow into floor during showers. Used a lot of towels to keep floor dry. Was a nuisance. Informed the manager and he apologized for the inconvenience and said he will get it fixed. Otherwise a great stay.
