- Fraser (1/5): Check-In Scam - Location Check in scam - provide them with all personal information, passport scan and selfie for all guests or pay them 20 or 40 euros to avoid this. The available bathrooms falsely advertised as 3 when only 2 were working and we booked this as we were a large group. Every towel provided stank of smoke, boiler stopped working during stay, staff rude to one of our group. Lots of poorly maintained or broken furniture and some light switches also didn't work.

- Lucy (9/5): Stunning high ceilinged apartment with massive communal area. - Door code for door access was a little complicated - but a great idea and did work. Pillows are very flat - just not our personal preference. Also felt a little dark in the appt due to being ground floor. But stunning high ceilings.

- Stephen (7/5): Good - Had gone tour of China Town. Tated alot of Chinese food. Overall a good experience The space is great. Kitchen well equipped but heaters don't work. It is very cold. We had to use chair covers to increase our warm and keep on those strong lamps. Do something on the heating

- Tawny (10/5): Exceptional - The location was ideal, right on a pedestrian road with lots of restaurants, boutiques, groceries & pharmacy nearby. The two living rooms were huge! Very comfortable and big apartment. 3rd bathroom is toilet and sink only...no shower.

The beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. Silvio was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend it! Nothing. It was exactly as advertised.
