The apartment was incredibly comfortable, bright, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The cleanliness was outstanding — everything sparkled, making us feel relaxed and truly taken care of. The space had absolutely everything we could possibly need: a cozy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and so many little touches that showed real care and attention. It felt as if every need had been anticipated before we even thought of it. And Michaela… simply wonderful. Warm, kind, and always ready to help. Whatever we needed, she was there with a smile. She made our stay even more special — it felt like we were being hosted by a dear friend in Rome. The location couldn’t have been better. We stepped outside and within minutes we were exploring Rome on foot. Everything was so close — landmarks, charming cafés, lively local neighborhoods. We truly felt the spirit of the city. This was an experience we will always remember, and we will certainly return. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!

• Dorothée (9/5): Parfait pour visiter Rome en famille - Appartement très bien pour 4 personnes . Bien agencé et très propre. Près des bus pour aller dans le centre mais possible egalement à pieds. Des restaurants au calme près de l’appartement lorsque nous avons la flemme de ressortir le soir. Et le propriétaires sont adorables et tres serviables ! Nous recommandons cette location ! Et merci! Il manque peut être un peu de luminosité mais c’est un détail comme nous sommes toujours en visite

• Donna (10/5): Our kids already want to return - thank you for an incredible start to our European adventure! - We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect - close to supermarkets, bus stops, metro, cafes and restaurants. A leisurely walk to Trevi Fountain. The property was very spacious for our family of 4 with two teenage children. You could easily have 5 or 6 stay here comfortably. Facilities were excellent and very clean and comfortable.

• Anshu (10/5): Exceptional - The location is central and quite. The bus stops are nearby . Michela was very considerate and kind. She helped us promptly for any questions. The house is really nice too. It has basically everything.

The owner was apologetic, immediately sent a mechanic and when a repair wasn’t possible immediately offered a partial refund. Nothing to not like

Michela was an outstanding host and was always available to help. Looking forward to coming again in the future! A little night light in the second bedroom would've been great, but other than that, everything was just perfect!
• Angela (9/5): Superb - Michela (the Host) was at the apartment upon our arrival. Our flight was a little late getting in so I sent Michela a message and asked her the best way to get to the apartment. She quickly advised us that there were bus strikes, so a train or taxi would be best. She let us know that the taxi's from the airport straight to the apartment was a flat fee of 55EURO which was fine by us. Once we got into the apartment, Michela went through everything. She even provided recommendations on places to eat. She kindly also marked the bus stops and bus numbers we needed to take to get certain places on the map of Rome she had. That map went EVERYWHERE with us and came in very handy - until it got wet on our last day in Rome :-( Michela went above and beyond with everything. On our 2nd night there, the apartment next to us started doing renovations at 7am (it sounded like jack-hammering in the room adjacent to our main bedroom). I mentioned it to Michela and she spoke to the construction guys who said they would commence the loud work after 8am in future. Michela's recommendations on places to eat are also worth noting. I only wish we were there longer to try some of the other places she recommends. However, if you're there long enough, La Bruschetta, Al Forno della Soffitta, and of course La Romana Gelateria are exceptional. La Bruschetta hand make the pasta in the big glass window in front of you, Al Forno della Soffitta make the best pizza I've had in Italy in a while. As for La Romana Gelateria, oh my goodness! This has been rated the BEST icecream our family have EVER had anywhere in the world (and that's also coming from a 14 year old boy who's eaten a lot of icecream in his time!). It's extremely well priced, has amazing varieties of flavours (make sure you try the pistachio and café latte mix) and is within walking distance around the corner - and open until very, very late each night, so you can go twice!!! The noisy construction work (which was no fault of anyone's).
• Jerome (10/5): Exceptional - This two bedroom and two bathroom apartment with a loft perfectly accommodated the three of us. The apartment is spacious, airy, and nicely furnished. For those with mobility concerns, there is an elevator. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and it was very clean. We were glad to have a washer for laundry during our stay. There are many great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. And best of all, the host was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Great value overall! Nothing!

• Agnes (10/5): Amazing property and host - The property was super clean and very close to the tourist attractions and amazing AC to keep us cool in a hot weather. Close by the property was PAM grocery store to buy waters and essentials. There is also a very popular gelato ice cream place within a minute walk as well as good healthy breakfast and lunch cafes that we really enjoyed. But above all Michela the host was amazing. She was prompt in responding and was very accommodating of our needs. She helped us with airport transport bookings and also provided good advice with travel tips. We would definitely come back to this property! N/A

Very good location, so you can walk to all the sights. The kitchen is well equipped. The hostess allowed us to leave our luggage/bacpack in the room on the last day so that we could comfortably walk and then come to pick them up. We definitely recommend it! :)
