- Dmitrii (1/5): Terrible - A room lacked the amenities stated on the site (Wi-Fi, soundproofing, a toilet paper, slippers, lockable box, bidet, wardrobe and others). The condition of the room was nothing like the photos in the listing; it was in terrible condition and dirty. They don't understand how to work with Booking.com, they didn't know that I booked a room and my arrival was a surprise for them. They ignored my refund request instead of rejecting or accepting it.
