- Shadmaan (1/5): Worst experience never visit with family. - We had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Clifton Rezidor. Despite informing the receptionist in advance that one of our original CNICs was missing—but we had the Nikkah Nama, one original ID, and a clear picture of the other—we were still kept waiting for over 30 minutes at the counter. I clearly mentioned that our documents could be verified through NADRA as well. Initially, they asked for the back side of the missing CNIC image, which took us almost 20 minutes to locate and share over WhatsApp. After all that, someone from their management (the person on the phone) simply said they couldn’t allow check-in without the original CNIC. If that was their policy, they should’ve communicated it clearly from the beginning instead of wasting our time—especially after a 12-hour journey. We requested them to cooperate, but the behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unsupportive. The management also refused to answer calls properly and even hung up mid-conversation. Overall, I highly recommend Clifton Rezidor to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Rating: 4.9/5 stars As we payed online for breakfast. I'll recommend to Hotel Management that, there should be at least 1 Water bottle with breakfast without charging any extra money for water.. But unfortunately Only in this Hotel. When I was checking out. They charged me Rs 200 per One 1.5 litter water bottle. I payed 800 for 4 bottles during checkout

We had to fight for our rights. Other then that shower was also not working correctly they will leave you helpless. If you don’t want to ruin your stay don’t book here.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly - What I liked about Hotel Rezidor are its great location close to the sea and mall, proximity to the embassy, and its setting in a safe neighborhood. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the complementary breakfast is tasty. What I didn't like about Hotel Rezidor is that the AC turns off early in the morning before the departure time.

- Muzaffar (10/5): My experience at Clifton Rezidor - The Manager of the Hotel was really nice to me he helped me a lot. I was not able to find any room in Karachi in those days due to some holy rituals of Shia muslims but the manager helped me and arranged a room for me. Moreover the location of the hotel is really safe i felt safe living there and walking in the streets and the staff was really nice and well behaved. I would personally recommend this hotel for the students and families to choose this hotel for their stay. Clifton Rezidor is near to the US embassy Karachi , i think this can be helpful for alot of people. Moreover this hotel is very budget friendly i was not expecting this much in that budget. There were no such things i didn't liked about this hotel but i personally would recommend the owner to add a Name Board of the hotel so that it can be visible easily and would be easy to find.😄
