• emanuela (7/5): - Struttura vicinissima al centro con tutti i confort. Silvio molto simpatico e gentile ci ha dato tante indicazioni per muoverci e mangiare..appartamento pulito e nuovo L'unica pecca da uno dei due bagni usciva un odore sgradevole.
• Gorriz (10/5): - Fantastico lugar para alojarnos!!! Encontrarnos con Silvio al llegar al departamento de Palermo fue de un agrado y familiaridad increíbles. Su amabilidad, paciencia al retrasarse nuestro vuelo, nos esperó hasta,tarde sin poner obstáculos, nos explicó hasta el último detalle del departamento y sugerencias de muchísima utilidad en la ciudad. No me alcanzan las palabras. El departamento increíble!!! Comodísimo, moderno en su interior, limpísimo, los baños impecables y las camas super cómodas!!! La ubicación es muy muy buena, por la cercanía con los lugares a visitar pero fundamental muy segura para andar a cualquier hora. Lo recomiendo sin duda y vamos a volver. No hubo ni una cosa que no nos gustará!!!

• Ketevan (10/5): Love this apartment - Apartment is very cute, which is located in the city center. Everything is nearby by foot. Apartment is very light and has two bathrooms and it's very comfortable when u're 4 people staying there. Silvio is very kind host too. If u are with a car u can park next to the building which cost 1 euro per hour (08:00-14:00, 16:00-20:00 other hours are free, sunday is full day free). If i go to Palermo again, i will stay here again too⭐️🤍

• Roger (9/5): Great location and beautiful apartment minus the shower water temp and not enough espresso! - The apartment was very modern, it had been recently renovated so everything was quite new. The apartment was a very good size for my family of 4. It had two very nice and good sized washrooms and bedrooms. The host, Silvio, was awesome, met us at the apartment very promptly, his communication was great, spoke English very well and responded to questions very quickly. The building also had an elevator which was great. I only have two things that were bad, the first is out of the control of Silvio, but the water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot, probably because it was an old building. Second, Silvio only left our family with 4 espresso pods for the machine and upon asking him for more, he told me I needed to buy them. It would have been nice to have enough espresso for out entire stay.

It was very clean and well equipped with everything you might need. I appreciated being so close to all the attractions yet tucked away in a side street where it was quiet.

The host , Silvio made sure he will handle the key and welcome us in person, also providing useful info about Palermo, where to go, what to do, which was great :) The apartment was so nicely decorated very modern with traditional touch which made it very personal and cozy. Also with parking we didn't have an issue, we found 5 minutes away private underground parking. We enjoyed staying in Silvio's apartment and we will recommend this place to our friends. Nothing

It comfortably accommodated four of us. Silvio was a great host, very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!
• Anand (8/5): Lovely comfortable stay in the heart of Palermo within walking distance to all landmarks, restaurants etc - This 2-bedroom lodging is perfectly situated in downtown Palermo within spitting distance from the theater and a 7-15 min walk to the other landmarks. There are many restaurants and grocery stores and bakeries et al within 3-5 min walk. If you have a car, I found public parking quite easy (park only in blue-lined areas) and reasonably priced!! Silvio himself was helpful with any and all questions. The washer is a plus - plan for it and easily dry on drying rack in balcony or apt - good amenity to have. Property is on 3rd floor, has a small elevator, and is otherwise quite comfortable. Not a big deal but it’s missing a microwave, toaster and a (hand) blender. Has an otherwise functioning kitchenette for 4 people. Shower stall in outside bathroom is tight but larger people can use the master bathroom.

• Kirsten (10/5): What's not to love?! 5 stars!!! - This apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. A couch to chill on was great when having some downtime in the apartment. The main bedroom is so spacious and the balconies were a lovely feature. The flat is a short walk from the main attractions which is ideal. Although central, the apartment is in a quiet location with no noise from the street below. The building also has a lift which is an added bonus. The rainfall shower was also a nice feature after a hot day in the sun. Storage was also great for belongings and bulky suitcases. Additionally so the flat is decorated tastefully with nods to the local history and culture. The host too was very friendly and gave us hints and tips for things to do and see. This flat is perfect for friends, 2x couples or a family visiting Palermo. I would highly recommend this flat for others looking to explore Palermo. I would definitely return to this flat. I have worked in hospitality and 5 star hotels and am very picky but accommodation was excellent overall. The hair dryer provided did not work. But I always take my own so it was fine.
