• Julia (9/5): A lovely stay in a great location - Great location really close to Euston station. Comfortable, clean and well equipped and good amenities in the local area. The bonus of a dishwasher was great A little noise with the windows open but fine with them closed. The curtains are very light and could benefit from being lined or having black out blinds

De foto’s van het appartement gaven een veel te florisant beeld ten opzichte van de werkelijkheid. Bijzonder krappe badkamer.

• Tanel (5/5): - Location A very old and worn-out basement apartment. Everything is excessively worn. The floors are damaged, and I assume the photos were taken a long time ago when everything was still new. The noise from the metro can be heard inside the apartment 24/7. The TV remote was missing, and when I pointed it out, I was accused of having lost it myself, as it was supposed to be there. After our 3-night stay ended, two remotes were brought, but there was no time to check them since we were already leaving. 😆

• Tamara (6/5): Good value for handy location, safe and clean but pretty bare bones. - Excellent location for train access (either Euston and St Pancras very walkable) and great cafes and restaurants and comfortable beds, nice light in front room and good water pressure. The bedroom was quiet and nicely dark for sleeping. Clean sheets and towels and fridge, but the plates and mugs needed a good washing. The front room with the sofa bed was very bright with street lighting (need more effective blackout curtains). The ceilings and walls were thin- we could hear our neighbors easily- they went to bed early but I could see this being a problem.

• Adam (10/5): Awesome stay for reasonable price and distance from London City - The location is kinda perfect, close to underground and train station (if you're headed to WB studios) also for arrivals early/late night the stop is few steps from night tube line. There is a nice pub on the corner and a supermarket at train station kitchen has basic equipment, nothing missing everything was nice and clean the couch is quite comfy for sleeping wifi is reliable entry codes to building and a room there was some noise in the night first night, but the property reacted at least (sent a warning text to all guests) there were no consumables (spices, salt...) except for tea bags and coffee (we didnt expect any) the bathroom is accessible from one of the rooms, while kitchen is in the other, so less privacy

• Evy (8/5): Prima appartement, goede locatie - De locatie was echt fantasties. Ideaal om Londen te verkennen. Prima voor een kortere overnachting. Bedden sliepen prima. Ook goede mogelijkheid om zelf eten klaar te maken, hebben zelf enkel gebruik gemaakt van de oven en koelkast. Met de douche was het ingewikkeld. De ene keer was het koud water en andere keer veel te heet. Ook missen er gordijnen voor de dakramen (of mochten ze er wel zijn, gebruikinstructies) De verwarming was ook verwarrend. Het appartement oogt ook groter op de fotos dan dat het was, maar dit was niet erg.

O que não gostámos foi que uma outra hóspede trancou a porta do prédio por dentro e recusava-se a abrir, ninguém estava perto para resolver o problema, eram 2h da manhã e tendo voo no dia a seguir a solução que nos deram foi ir para outro hotel e deixar-mos as nossas coisas ali, obviamente que o que fizemos foi bater incansávelmente à porta até a senhora abrir. Depois de tudo fizemos uma reclamação por aqui e desculparam-se a dizer q a senhora se sentiu ameaçada por nós quando nem se quer a vimos ou dissemos algo, tudo o q fizemos foi bater à porta. Obviamente destrancou a porta sem nós percebermos. Enfim
• Mario (5/5): Vacanza piacevole - Sicuramente la posizione è favorevole, la vicinanza alle stazioni e alla metro permette di spostarsi agevolmente per Londra. L'appartamento è spazioso e confortevole. Non funzionava l'acqua calda nelle doccia (hanno sistemato il problema, ma ormai il soggiorno era terminato), non essendoci il Bidet per noi Italiani è molto triste. Le porte che davano sul giardino non si chiudevano. La lavastoviglie aveva un problema con l'apertura della porta, difficile estrarre i cestelli per riporre le stoviglie.

Du coup tout le monde doit s asseoir sur le couchage.

The neighboors in the next apartment (outside, maybe number 56), thought that I was banging on their door when I was trying to shut the front door. I don't think your current frontbdoor solution works very well.

• Kelli (9/5): A lovely, clean, and comfortable apartment in a fantastic central location, ideal for exploring the city with great tran - The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and well maintained. It had two separate bathrooms, which was very convenient, and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent – Euston Station was right next to the apartment. On our last day we checked out in the morning but had time to explore the city until the evening, and it was very convenient to have luggage storage available just next door. There were many restaurants and bars nearby. The host was very helpful, and communication was easy and smooth. The only minor issue was some noise from the apartment above early in the morning, as footsteps and movement could be heard quite clearly.

• teresa (2/5): un capodanno che ricorderemo … - l’unica nota positiva è la posizione vicino alla metro A causa di un problema con la cassetta delle chiavi non siamo riusciti a entrare nell’appartamento e siamo rimasti fuori per gran parte della prima notte. Una volta entrati (solo il giorno successivo), abbiamo trovato condizioni non conformi alle aspettative, soprattutto nel bagno, con evidenti perdite d’acqua dal soffitto. Inoltre, pur essendo il servizio clienti cordiale, non ci è stata indicata subito la presenza di una chiave di riserva già disponibile in loco la prima sera quando siamo rimasti invece fuori non essendone a conoscenza. Sarebbe bastato indicarcela.

• García-Pliego Díaz-Salazar (10/5): Muy buena opción de alojamiento para hacer turismo por Londres - La ubicación, está a pocos metros de una parada de metro que tiene conexión con varias líneas. El apartamento es pequeño pero era cómodo y estaba limpio, y está muy bien para pasar unos días haciendo turismo por Londres. Hay varios supermercados y restaurantes cerca, y también hay en la misma calle varios locales donde se pueden dejar las maletas cuando haces el checkout, por si quieres aprovechar el día. Nada.

Handig gelegen vlakbij station Euston, maar ook niet ver van St Pancras (wij zijn vanuit de Eurostar naar het appartement gewandeld in nog geen kwartiertje) Het is best een luxe appartement, maar het recente onderhoud is een beetje ‘doe-het-zelf’ gedaan. Maar daar hebben wij ons niet aan gestoord.

Toegang, inchecken, uitchecken, alles correct verlopen. Ruim appartement, ideaal voor 4 personen Het lawaai van de gasten boven ons. Isolatie is niet top. Te weinig keukenmateriaal. Slechts 2 vorken bvb. Ook passeert metro onder de woning. Moet je gewoon raken. Maar niks dat niet met goede oordoppen kan opgelost worden.
• Hazel (7/5): Overall, a great location and a good place to lay your head. - The location was excellent - pretty much right across from Euston station - some shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. On the face of it, the property looks lovely but in reality, it's quite run down. It's perfectly functional, especially if you are just there to sleep but it's not as smart as it looks in the photos. Small things like no soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands and no welcome information were a bit disappointing. We had issues with the lights as well and as much as the host was very responsive, it took quite a while to work it out and someone had to come back to fix them once we were in for the night so that was a little inconvenient. The sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable, but that's not really a surprise!

La localisation est assez centrale et permet de visiter facilement Londres à pied ou en transports en commun. Il y a un manque général d'entretien dans cet appartement. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons découvert une énorme tâche noire et collante sur le tapis du séjour, et une tringle à rideaux arrachée et à terre. Nous n'avions que 2 verres pour 4 personnes (et 3 cuillères, 3 bols) et avons eu du mal à obtenir des verres supplémentaires. Les sur-matelas étaient très sales avec plusieurs grosses tâches d'urine alors qu'ils sont facilement lavables. La porte de douche ne fermait pas correctement car le rail de guidage était cassé. Manquait une tringle pour suspendre les vêtements dans le placard.

• assunta (7/5): Tutto sommato è stato un buon soggiorno, giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo ma soprattutto comodissima per gli spostamen - Struttura ottima per la posizione. Vicina a 2 stazioni metro. Con locali e market nelle vicinanze. Abbastanza centrale. Struttura a 2 piani. Primo locale fronte strada piano terra con solo una piccola finestra sul retro. La finestra fronte strada fissa senza apertura. Camera da letto livello sotto strada con annesso bagno senza alcuna apertura. Quindi L odore non era dei migliori. Ma la cosa più fastidiosa erano i rumori. Sia provenienti dalla strada e soprattutto dal locale al piano di sopra. Alle 4 di notte anche un semplice camminare rimbombava nella nostra camera come il passaggio di una carovana. Oltre che non ho capito il motivo ma da sopra era un continuo “spostamenti di mobili”. Quindi io ho riposato veramente poco. Forse la struttura ha bisogno di una buona “insonorizzazione”.

• DavidL (7/5): Better inside than out - Good location for Euston station. Inside bright and spacious enough for 3 people. Served its purpose with enough kitchen equipment for 1 night stop over. Pre-stay communication was good. 15-20 minutes walk to Eurostar. Outside appearance was forbidding. TV didn't work even after scanning channels as instructed. Heating didn't work but plug in radiator was good. No instructions for operating oven. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

• Andrew (2/5): Spacious and convenient, but let down by very poor maintenance and frequent noise from underground. - Spacious and convenient, near to Euston. Noise & vibration from underground trains. Poor maintenance - shower screen not installed properly, shower never more than luke warm, loose tap in bathroom sink, missing sink plugs, bedroom door couldn’t be closed, cleaning superficial, no instructions for TV or heating.

• irene (3/5): Avoid. - It had been cleaned well on arrival. Water filter jug. I was badly bitten by mosquito bites, when sleeping on sofa bed. Shower door hanging off, overhead fan on hob fell out in opening cupboard door to use it, massive weight and it is broken, could of really hurt someone if it fell on them. Noise outside property unbearable, with traffic, sireons, trucks, vans working through the night and dawn.
