• Kathleen Janet (10/5): An excellent, comfortable short stay in Split - Location was ideal for visiting Split quayside and Diocletian palace. It was very clean and comfortable and the hosts most helpful The only potential downside is that it is 3 floors up with no lift. This did not bother us and was a good workout . Our hosts carried all our luggage up the stairs for us as we had left it with them earlier than check in.

• Trudi (10/5): Highly Recommend!! - Such lovely hosts! They met us outside the property to ensure we had a carpark and then helped carry our bags up to the apartment. They gave us a beautiful bottle of wine and local Croatian bakery delights and fruit, such a treat. Lovely apartment, beautifully set up, very comfortable beds. So close to the old town which we loved exploring. The only thing is to be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, this was not a problem for us, but may be for some. Nothing, it was all great!

It was on a very quiet street and in a perfection location. The owners were absolutely amazing. Adorable, sweet and helpful couple. They kept the apartment stocked with all the essentials. Please stay here! The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator). We had no issues with the climb but someone with mobility issues might.

The parking since we didn’t get the dedicated spot it felt like we couldn’t move our car if we wanted to. Also, make the 7 flights of stairs more known prior to booking, not great with a stroller.

• Helga (9/5): You will not be disappoited. Lovely apartment with an extra welcoming from hosts, perfect location, nice view from the t - Lovely apartment in a terrific location. Helpful hosts, waiting for is outside to fix a parking space and help with the luggage. A large tray of fruits was waiting as well as a bottle of wine, water, milk, cakes and coffe. The hosts gave good tips on the surroundings. The rooftop was a diamond. For some people the stairs could be a hinder. A milder fragrance or even better a perfume free washing material for bed sheets and towels could be beneficial for some guests.

Idéalement bien situé à 5mn à pied du centre historique de Split avec place de parking privative. Un vrai plus dans une ville aussi fréquentée. Les hôtes sont vraiment des personnes adorables. Les plus chaleureuses de notre périple de 15 jours. A notre arrivée, des fruits, des bières, une bouteille de vin...et autre, nous attendaient dans le réfrigérateur. La dame nous avez même préparé un gâteau...très bon d'ailleurs! Pourtant, ils nous avaient attendus près d'une heure en bas de l'immeuble ! Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à le trouver. L'accès à un rooftop partagé avec 1 ou 2 autres appartements est un plus très agréable au moment de l'apéro ! Il faut juste avoir la forme, pour monter 3 étages sans ascenseur ! L'aspect extérieur de l'immeuble et de ceux qui l'entourent surprend un peu au départ. Ne pas s'y fier.

• Kim (10/5): Great stay in Split - The hosts were exceptionally helpful and kind, holding a parking space for us and giving us suggestions for local dining and activities. The apartment itself was clean and had plenty of space. The location was excellent, with close proximity to old town and easily walkable. It should be noted that there are several flights of stairs to get up to the apartment - not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues.
• Fanny (10/5): Beautiful appartment in the charming old town of Split - The appartment is clean and comfortable, furnished and decorated with taste. The location is exceptional, it’s so convenient to be able to have a parking spot, and the terrasse on the roof top is the icing on the cake! The owners were so nice, they showed us the parking spot, helped us with the luggages, gave us recommendations, a bottle of local wine, fruits, water and even homemade cakes. We couldn’t be welcomed better. I would give more than 10 stars if I could!
• Merily (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was great! The owners had made a great effort to make us feel at home. When we arrived, there was a free parking space in front of the house, the owners showed us everything, and there was fresh fruit and cold drinks in the fridge. There were all the coffee/tea/spices, laundry capsules, dishwasher capsules, etc. We have never stayed in such a well-equipped accommodation. We recommend it 100% and would definitely come back if we were to return to Split. Thank you!

Great views My husband slipped down the stairs, so need to be very careful. Not suitable if you have mobility issues.

Mariyana is a helpful and sweet host , she told us everything about the house and even prepared fruits ,beer and water for us. Saving us a car park, leaving a bottle of wine, water and fruit tray which was appreciated after a drive through heat wave. Flights of stairs difficult with suitcases.

Leo met us at the airport and they walked us through the entire apartment when we arrived. Instructions and communication was excellent. Location was excellent- very short walk to the palace and groceries and restaurants. Their apartment was perfect for my sister and I. Nice living room. Great kitchen. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. And the best blackout windows in each bedroom so we didn’t wake up with the sun. It was a quiet top floor unit. They had fruit and drinks and cakes waiting for us. Fast wifi, too. We would definitely stay again. The couple that manages this apartment are amazing hosts. Some of the best we’ve ever had. 5 stars!!! Nothing.

We spent two days exploring - This appartment is just a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Vis - so it is really convenient. It is very well equipped - kitchen and bedrooms. The hosts were very helpful. They met us outside at the agreed time, showed us around the place, left us with complimentary wine and cake. And they were so helpful on our departure day; keeping our bags for us so that we could spend the day exploring wonderful Split. There was nothing that I would change.

Excellent location with on easy walking distance to Split Harbour. I especially appreciated the wonderful bag of goodies which included tea, coffee, milk, homemade cake, fresh fruit, and a wonderful bottle of Croatian red wine.

Incredibly nice owners. We were given a map of the city with lots of highlights which they marked for us and also gave us a great tip for a very tasty restaurant, at good prices. There was free cold water and beer and even milk in the fridge. We were given wine, fruit and a delicious cake as a gift. The apartment is excellently equipped with everything you could wish for. The selection of TV programs is unbeatable. We missed absolutely nothing ... except more time, which we would have liked to have spent here. We felt completely at home! Nothing

Thoughtful to have coffee and tea, milk and bottled water. Only place so far with English TV channels. Hosts met us at parking area and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. Three flights of stairs. But that’s because one of us had a recent knee replacement.

The owners were kind and patient, even when we missed our flight! The apartment was central to the old town but just enough outside the walls that it was quite and calm. The apartment was very well supplied and the hosts gifts of fruit platter and wine was particularly thoughtful -thankyou!. Spacious apartment with separate lounge room. Beds and pillows were comfy. The location was convenient and quiet at night. Stairs were problematic for a person in our group with injured ankle, but this was no fault of the owners.
• Shanshan (10/5): Well located cozy apartment! - The landlord allowed us to check in early, the landlord couple was already waiting for us when we arrived. The gentleman carried our suitcase up for us. They welcomed us with wine and fresh fruits. The apartment is very clean, has everything we needed, totally feel like a home. The location is amazing, a few minutes walk to the town center. We also got offered free parking. The parking lots is only 3 mins walk from the apartment. We can’t think of anything, we like it all.
