Shari (8/5): Nice apartment - Very clean and in a great location. Parking was easy. Great communication from the property manager. Unfortunately, we could never truly relax here, we were constantly afraid to do something wrong. On arrival we found posted messages of how extra charges would be accrued if certain things were done/not done. A note was also left requesting a tip for the housekeeper… yet we had to strip all beds, locate linens in a specific spot, sweep, take out all trash, etc. Outside of cleaning toilets and mopping, we handled it all. Very minor things except it is an early check out… which had us jumping through hoops very early.
Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautiful and spacious, looks freshly renovated. It is very well equipped. The location was perfect for us, very close to the Königssee and hiking paths. Contact with the owners was easy, they were responding fast. Overall, we really loved our stay here! Not a negative thing, but I would suggest to put some written instructions around the house, for example password to Wi-Fi, instruction how to use sauna or how to segregate trash (different rules). The check in is contactless so instructions could be helpful.
