• Andrii (5/5): - Great location. Nearby are shops, cafes, and a bus stop. It's impossible to breathe because of the extremely smoky smell. The bed linens and towels are very dirty and old.

• Libby (1/5): Awful didn’t stay- waste of money - Walked in and place stunk of weed to the point it felt like someone have smoked a spliff 10mins before we entered. There was a bag covering the fire alarm. Furniture was falling apart. Walked out 10mins later and found another hotel.

• Steph (1/5): Diabolical establishment - Nothing Well I wasn't happy with the 2 guy's doing drugs in the entrance way and I didn't even stay there after seeing this which I also videotaped and recording. And when I tried to contact the company number given during my confirmation email they didn't even answer the phone call and instead texted me stating that they didn't allow people to do that on there premises but I have evidence of this going on and text messages that question my integrity and I demanded a full refund and I still demand a refund

Carpet looks like not vacuumed. The room and towels smell smoke from cigarettes. I have requested fresh towel, which the host responsibly provided.

• Jake (8/5): Ok but needs improvement - I’ve been here twice and it’s nice just needs fixing TV hanging off the wall damp coming through near the window and sink isn’t attached to the wall smells damp in the bathroom

• Naadiyah (3/5): - kitchen bathroom and bed with wardrobe. budget friendly, got a little sofa tv and table setup which was helpful and there was enough space. easy to check in and check out with easy access to street parking and lots of food options nearby (even though the area wasn't the most pleasant) sheets smelt pretty bad, hot water and heating stopped working (had to call guy in to fix it) kettle broke but they did replace that. the morning i left the water stopped almost completely but I couldn't be bothered to call again to fix it so I just checked out.

• Paul (7/5): - Very comfortable bed, and a great location. Close to a train station so can get into Manchester quickly. Good secure front door. Good sized room with good facilities (toaster, kettle, hot plate) Few maintenance issues (skylight blind needs fixing, flush in the toilet needs constant correcting).

• Rob (1/5): - Nothing about this stay When we arrived we had to ask the host several times for access information and it was eventually passed to us. Upon getting to the property, the main door was open and the key was just in the door for the property. When entering the room, the accommodation was dirty with old towels wet on the sofa, bed dirty, rubbish bin full, fridge full of food with some gone off, bathroom dirty and dirt all over the floor. The host didn't answer to resolve. The room also smelt of smoke and weed, even though the property says no smoking. Wouldn't recommend! Avoid at all costs!!

• Ramona (7/5): Ok for a quick overnight rest - It was ok for a one night place to sleep before an early bus. Instructions for self check-in were clear, and getting in was easy. Bed was comfortable enough. There was a very stale smell in the place.

Le immagini pubblicate sono state scattate al momento dell'arrivo all'appartamento. Partiamo dall'accoglienza pessima, il codice che ci era stato fornito per entrare era errato e abbiamo dovuto confrontarci con la struttura vicina perché il proprietario non era rintracciabile. Quando siamo finalmente riusciti ad incontrarci con quest'ultimo si è mostrato scocciato e disinteressato, lasciandoci solo le chiavi e il numero dell'appartamento. La pulizia non sanno nemmeno cosa sia, macchie sul letto, sulla moquette, nel lavandino, sul battiscopa e sulle coperte. Tavolino rotto e letto rovinato, peli o capelli sulle coperte. Dal bagno fuoriusciva una terribile puzza di fogna che divampava in tutta la camera se la porta rimaneva aperta. Sul soffitto, una busta di plastica copriva il sistema antincendio, contro ogni rispetto delle norme di sicurezza. Ci siamo trovati costretti a cambiare sistemazione per la seconda notte in città, pur sapendo di perdere i soldi dell'appartamento.

• Токач (9/5): - close to the train station, so getting from piccadilly station is not a problem. the room is small but cozy. it will be warm and comfortable😍 The water in the shower was either ice or boiling water, there was no middle option. One of us washed in cold water, and the other in boiling water, which was not very pleasant. As for the kitchen, I would add at least 1 pot, since there was only a frying pan.

• DeeDee (10/5): Amazing place especially for the price of it x - I am a regular for staying at these apartments so that tells you that they are very nice comfortable beds and clean and I feel safe in there which is why I return over and over again when I can. The first time I got into the shower my partner had to come and pull off the water drainage to get to the bit underneath and it was completely blocked up with people hair and it was just building up and the shower was going to over flow so I would have to suggest to make sure you get this told to your cleaners for future reference x plus I booked it for 2 and it was a first time ever and I was only left one average size towal and my man ain't small lol and maybe an extra touch with some coffee, tea, etc in the apartment so I can use the kettle please.
