• Ribeiro (5/5): Localização ótima! Melhorar alguns itens! - A localização. A Patricia nos atendeu bem porém nafa podendo fazer quanto as reclamações sobre odor, que não é culpa sua. Depois de dois dias trouxe o que pedimos sobre a cozinha. A principio não havia dentro os utensílios de cozinha, o que nos foi trazido depois. Cheiro de esgoto de banheiro indo para o quarto. Roupa de cama e toalhas em 1 semana trocada uma vez e chuveiro demorado a esquentar!

Саме таким є Oporto Downtown. Проста, швидка реєстрація. Інструкції настільки прості, що зрозуміє, навіть, дитина. Відмінна комунікація з господарем. Бездоганна чистота. Швидкий інтернет. На власній кухні достатньо посуду. Апартаменти просторі. Білизна чиста, рушників достатньо. Є мило і шампунь. Гаряча вода — цілодобово. Район безпечний. Дуже багато невеличких магазинчиків, де є все. Дешеве таксі. До океану та аеропорту можна доїхати менше, ніж за 10 Євро. До визначних місць можна дійти пішки. Я отримала безліч приємних вражень від перебування в Порту. Завдяки Oporto Downtown ці враження тільки підсилювалися. Дякую господареві. Бажаю процвітання та успіхів у бізнесі! Було б не зайвим ліквідуати проблему з запахом в санвузлі.
• Mark (9/5): Perfect location, apartment clean, quiet and comfy bed with excellent facilities. - Excellent communication from host with good instructions, lockbox easy to find and use, lift was a bonus so no stairs to climb, apartment perfectly clean, bed super clean and comfy, large shower cubicle, lovely location with an abundance of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all at a reasonable cost, public transport was good and cheap. Shower could have been a little warmer but that's being picky.

Also with features that really improved the aesthetic of the place quite modern I liked mostly all off it but the balcony rail might of been a bit unstable but other then that it was great.

• Andy (7/5): Good apartment but could be improved. - It's a decent little apartment. Most important, it was very clean. There was little things usable such as dish soap, shower gel, toilet roll and all you need in the kitchen which was great. A fan in both the lounge and bedroom was useful. Bed was comfortable. A lift to our 5th floor apartment was a relief.TV remote was not working but a quick txt to the host and he was there promptly to fix this which was very helpful. He did also recommend places to eat and drink in Porto which was a nice touch. Thank you for your hospitality and help 🙂 There was a very bad smell from the bathroom after a few days which was probably the sink or shower plug hole. We tried to remedy with bleach and very hot water but to no avail. We didn't report to the host as we didn't want to bother him again so we just kept the balcony doors open to let fresh air in. The bath towels were very thin and quite rough to use. The balcony roof in each corner was black with mold and had quite a bit of paint chipped off. The balcony view isn't great as its directly facing other apartments so there is not much to see. If the host cleaned and painted the balcony and provided better towels it would make a massive difference.
• Em.G. (10/5): A pleasant stay in Porto - I liked the location and found it accessible. On our arrival day our host made a list of good and affordable restaurants they would recommend which lived up to our expectations; very useful and welcoming! Both the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped; there we could find a coffee machine, left-over coffee, shower gel, hair dryer, etc. The building also had a functioning elevator, making it easier to reach the higher floors. The only aspect I may have complaints about is the view from our room's windows.

• Wiest (8/5): A pleasant small apartment for two, or four. - Excellent location close to Rua de Santa Catrina shopping district. Close to Metro station. Plenty of room. No top sheet or change of bed linens. Not enough pillowcases for all pillows. No cutting board. Poor quality towels. Tiny ice cube tray. Only one small wine glass. No TV service, cable or broadcast.
• Etienne (8/5): Good value for money! - Good value for money! Property is well located near pedestrian street : Santa Catarina. Short walking distance from nice Chapel Santa Catarina, subway station (Bolhao), Mercado de Belhao and grocery store (Pingo Doce). Not too far from Sao Bento train station and most Porto attractions (i.e. Cathedral, Santa Clara churc, Luis I bridge) The host is very friendly. No soap for washing machine and shower. Heating system only worked in the bedroom and it was not really adjustable. I stayed there in early December and the place could definitely use a dehumidifier.

Could watch Euros in comfort int he evening. Via Catarina shopping centre a short walk down as well as lots of local places. Host was friendly and welcoming, and professional, making good recommendations. Overall a good base to explore Porto and surrounding towns. (Just to add, for a family of four, Porto boasts a highly efficient Bolt service, with very friendly drivers. Actually, all Portugal is well served.) Aside from the rain, nothing comes to mind!

The person of contact giving many nice suggestions on where to eat etc… No ar conditioning, the kitchen would deserve a nice revamping, and finally it is a bit exaggerated to talk about the view on the city from the balcony but this is a detail.

The apartment is well thought through. There were paper cloths, coffee in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom and so on. It is cosy, clean and convenient. Luis is hospitable and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.
