До моря близько 7 хвилин, вид з балкону на море вражає. Дуже привітний господар, який завжди був на звʼязку та рекомендував багато цікавих місць. Я рада, що ми залишались тут, тому рекомендую.
• Wiktoria (10/5): The best apartment in Split❤️ - Just wow! Such a lovely place😍 We stayed at Sonia Apartment in Split for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! I went with my mom, and from the moment we arrived, Bepo made us feel so welcome. He had delicious pastries waiting for us and chilled water in the fridge. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location, both the shop and the beach were just a short walk away. Loved that the apartment had a washing machine. Bepo was incredibly helpful and happily did everything we asked for. Thank you for making our stay in Croatia so wonderful, we can’t wait to come back! ❤️

• Ots (10/5): - Wonderful apartments, very hospitable and attentive host. The apartments had everything you need for a comfortable stay, everything was thought out to the smallest detail so that we felt at home. Convenient location, nearby a picturesque beach, shops, close to the Old Town, which inspires with its atmosphere. Many thanks to Bepo for his sincerity, openness and incredible hospitality.

Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with equipment. Plenty of space for two of us. Hosts couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! Nothing to dislike

• O'donnell (10/5): A fabulous stay in Sonia Apartment. - This apartment had everything you could think of, a definite home from home. There was even a dishwasher, microwave and washer dryer. Right from booking to leaving the country, both Bepo and his family couldn't do enough. Bepo even sent links to all of the attractions so we could plan our days out easily. He checked in a couple of times just to make sure we were happy and if we needed any help with anything. We couldn't have asked for better hosts! Thank you for an amazing stay at your lovely accommodation. I really can't think of anything.

• Anne (9/5): Spotless apartment. - SPOTLESS....Bed was of very high quality and so were the pillows and linen.Shower was awesome....rainshower/power.Lift was clean as was the outside. Decor good.No number on the address which is number Three.The taxi driver had to phone and ask for an apartment number. SUBMERENE restaurant up the hill towards the main road do amazing burgers ....and there are three other cafe/bars next door.Beside Lidl. no information on local restaurants and getting a bus to the centre.It is around 40 mins walk but UBER taxi is 7 euros and takes 10/12 minutes. Do not get a taxi from the bus station as we did and were ripped off at 27 euros! Always use Uber. Taxi to/from airport was 27 euros so we should have done this on arrival. Didn't like the fact that the owner (son) said that he would arrive at 11 am when we were departing.We left at 10.30 am as we had finished packing etc he was quite narked that we hadn't waited until 11.The reason why was because he never had keys to enter the block or the apartment.We never knew this and surely it is his responsibility to have keys in case of an emergency.We had to leave the keys on the table and the door unlocked as there was NO LETTER BOX or security box to leave keys when checking out.It left a bad taste as he phoned me disgruntled on our way to the airport asking me to open the door.He said "I told you to wait..." Other than this incident he was friendly.

• Anna (10/5): The best place to stay in Split - We travel a lot and this was the best equipped apartment in its price range I’ve ever seen. It is small yet beautifully and thoughtfully made. It have everything you might need. Fresh comfortable beds with a great choice of pillows and blankets, also spare. Aircons and blackout blinds to keep you comfortable throughout the hot nights. High quality household appliances like washing/drying machines, coffee machine, toaster and a dishwasher. Smart warm soft lights (which is rare for the south where they prefer white aggressive light). All the furniture, kitchen stuff is very high quality, toiletries, everything. Also there were some stuff for the beach fun like balls and swimming mattress. They prepared a pack of snacks for us and the most impressive thing for me — they put a child toothpaste in the bathroom for my son. ❤️ This is a place where they really put a great effort of taking care of the guests. The hosts, 2 young brothers also helped us during the stay when we forgot the keys in the apt, quickly and without complaints, we are very grateful! You’ll also get the wide variety of recommendations about restaurants and places to visit from them. Highly recommended!
• Leandro (10/5): Kinda of felt like home - Apartment was exactly as shown on the pictures. Kitchen was very well equipped, and actually when we arrived we had already some snacks and drinks prepared. The hosts were amazing and I felt that they would always be available for anything we needed. Bathroom was as shown, and we had more towels than we actually needed. The location was also great since we were just a short walk from the beach. The AC in both living room and bedroom was also a plus, since it got really hot in some days. If I come back to Split i would definitely book again.

Everything in the apartment was like new. washer/dryer setup was such a nice to have. can’t say enough good about the apartment. Bepo was very helpful and responsive to any questions. There wasn’t anything that I disliked about the apartment.
• Anderson (10/5): This property was absolute perfection!! - This apartment was absolute perfection! It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches, but tucked away in a quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. The hosts were responsive, accommodating, and so helpful with recommendations. They really went the extra mile over and over again. Inside, the apartment was well finished with everything I needed. Water in the refrigerator and wine were waiting for me after my flight, and the shower was to die for! The breezy balconies were fantastic as was the clean crisp comfortable bed. Well done hosts! You guys know what you’re doing! Nothing really, this place met all of my expectations. It is about a half hour + walk to Old Town (along a gorgeous ocean walkway that passes the most pristine beaches and harbors). Not to worry though, if you don’t want to walk, taxi to old town was super easy to get from the Raddison Blu Resort just down the from the apartment.
• Margaret (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment! Very clean and comfortable and really well-equipped. There was a delicious platter of cheese, cold cuts, olives etc and bottle of wine to welcome us. Bepo greeted us at the airport and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is about a 10 min walk from the beach. Bus stop nearby to get into town, or about a 10 min Uber drive to the centre. We didn’t want to be in the town centre so that suited us.
