• Erik (10/5): We were here for work and it was very suitable for our visit. - It is a great location and a comfortable accommodation, we loved it!
• Lomax (10/5): - Everything was wonderful, cosy, warm great location. The sensor lights are extremely annoying there should be an option to manually switch them off at night they just keep turning on even when you are in bed.

• Tomás (9/5): Lovely place for a great price - The place was lovely and very cozy. It was decorated with a Christmas tree and it was very warm. Great place for a good price. The owner is very friendly and would normally reply within few minutes. We got there by car and were able to park right in front. The shower pressure was a bit low and the temperature was just warm, although the hot water in the kitchen was fine, so not sure why.
• Alan (8/5): We had a good all round stay in Coleraine and we would highly recommend this property - Good location, very convenient for all amenities in the town. The accommodation was clean and possibly recently renovated. Comfortable. warm and mostly spacious. Excellent value for money. We had a very positive experience, and with shops nearby, anything we needed or had forgotten to bring could be sourced locally and quickly.

• Michelle (10/5): Excellent. No negatives at all, the property is 100%. - The property was right in the town which was very handy. It is very comfortable and clean with all of the facilities you could possibly need. This was my 2nd stay here and will definitely be back again.

Tiene tv grande en cada habitación, con plataformas. Collin ha sido muy amable y servicial, ha resuelto todas nuestras dudas muy eficazmente.

• Fernando (10/5): Highly recommended - It is actually not a hotel but a house (great for 4 people, 2 double bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + living room + kitchen), clean, and well located (close to the train/coach stations and to the center). The house has everything we needed. The owner is very helpful and lives next door, so it is ready to help. We felt like home, children loved the TV with Netflix. Coleraine is a very good place to use as a base and do day trips (Giant's Causeway, Rope Bridge, Derry...), but after 5pm many if not most restaurants are closed, so it is a good idea booking an accomodation with kitchen. Front door is not easy to lock/unlock, ask the owner for help if you need it. House is very well equipped in general but some things could be added: shower gel, a larger pot...

• Fiona (10/5): Great. If the Open comes to Portrush or we visit again we will definitely rebook! - The apartment is very undersold. It is so much, much nicer than the photos show. It isn't in a hotel, it's a self-contained two bedroom, two bathroom (shower and wc) ground floor flat. Bedrooms are at the back so not facing the road which is busy. Great sitting room with two sofas and big table and chairs. Huge smart TV. Well equipped kitchen. Steve met us and showed us where we could leave our car and gave lots of information. Tescos is a 5-8 min walk away. The best thing is the proximity to the station (less than 5 mins walk) as we were there for the Open at Portrush. Trains each hour and take 9 minutes! We were less than 35 mins from the apartment to standing by the 1st hole. Pillow cases on the bottom pillows in the larger room were rather grim. I think the pillowcases were just forgotten as the other room had them. But all in all that's a very minor point!

Apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. One small thing - the address given didn't easily identify the location on GPS to us - a supporting description of location is suggested.
• Jane (9/5): Overall, I like the house and would recommend it. - The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the instruction was clear. The host was very nice. His reply was quick and he came to the place to help us out. We really appreciated that! Shower water is hot but the water pressure was not ideal. But this was not a big deal.
• Joanne (9/5): Great for a short stay - 10 mins walk to train station and 20 mins walk to hospital - Spacious, clean, central but quiet apartment. Very good layout for a bigger group as distance between bedrooms for couples or family. Small but absolutely fine kitchen and provisions - but wld have appreciated a small milk in fridge (fairly standard for price as a two-bed apartment in my experience). Arriving on a Sunday evening means no shops are open so no food or milk available without a car - I walked around in the rain looking for somewhere to buy milk or a drink. This is a local thing and I shld have researched better but worth noting if you are a solo female too.

• Garry (10/5): 10/10 would stay again - Great location, the living rooms and bedrooms were really comfortable and there was plenty of room. The shower in the second bathroom leaked a little, and the far tv struggled to get the WiFI. But these are really small issues and didn’t affect the stay whatsoever.

• Shirley (9/5): Superb - We needed someone to stay overnight in Coleraine and it was very comfortable (great sofa!) and right beside the town centre so perfect for our needs. Owner was friendly and gave us good advice about parking and the place was clean. No complaints!

• Samantha (8/5): Very clean, excellent host, good for short stays - Almost brand new so very clean. Very helpful owner who met us outside when Google maps got us turned around. Front room was crowded with the dining table almost an afterthought, but hard to manoeuvre. No hand towels or towel racks in the bathroom nor any hooks behind door - bathrooms very small.
