• Iza Szozda (8/5): Super lokalizacja, duży apartament - polecam, - super lokalizacja, apartament duży, wyposażona kuchnia, miejsce do wspólnego posiedzenia. wszędzie blisko spacerem powoli aprartament czeka remont lub naprawa niektórych elementów - gdzieniegdzie odklejona tapeta, urwane lelemnty, troche wilgoci i grzyba w łazience sypielnia bez okna (ale to teżplus bo cicutko)
• Jan (7/5): Kein Luxus aber für paar Tage in Ordnung. - Perfekte Lage Ganzes Haus stinkt nach Rauch und Grass. Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Feuchte wände. Badezimmer riecht. Geschier fällt auseinander.
• Andras (2/5): NEM AJÁNLOM! - A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó!Pár percen belül elérhető gyalog a főtér és a kikötő.De sajnos ez minden! A lakás lelakott,koszos,teljesen karbantartatlan!Málanak a falak.Az ablakok nem záródnak,többnek is rossz volt a zárja,így nagy volt a zaj.A fürdőszoba ajtajában rossz a zár,hiányzott a zárnyelv!Nem lehet becsukni az ajtót!Ki kellett támasztani a szemetes kukával!Az ülőgarnitúra a nappaliban undorítóan koszos!Az étkező asztal fehér,műbőr székei feketék a kosztól!A konyhában több csótányt is találtunk,és ütöttünk agyon!Az ágykeret törött.A zuhanyzós fürdőszoba padlója iszonyatosan koszos!A klíma évek óta nem volt karbantartva,penészes,gombás a belseje,így az egészségre ártalmas!Többször elment az áram a lakásban.Próbáltam hívni a tulajdonost telefonon,többször is,de nem vette fel,illetve lenyomta a telefont.A biztosítéktáblán minden kismegszakító fent volt,így nem tudtam,hogy hol keressem a hibát!A szomszédoknál próbálkoztam kérdezősködni!Órákat ültünk sötétben,amire megtaláltam a hibát!A biztosítéktábla leválasztó kapcsolója hibás!Felkapcsolt állapotban sem megy át rajta az áram minden esetben!Nagyon lassan kapcsolva sikerült újra felkapcsolni!A lakásban dohos,büdös szag van.A megérkezés után vásároltunk tisztítószereket,és kitakarítottuk a konyhát,fürdőket,wc-ket! HA JÓT AKARSZ,KERÜLD EL EZT A SZÁLLÁST!
• Philippe (6/5): Très bien placé, mais à améliorer - Appartement très bien placé, très proche du centre ville. Trois chambres. Séjour lumineux. Wifi. Il manque clairement de vaisselle, nous avions à peine un verre par personne et pas de verre à vin correct, seulement en plastique. Beaucoup d'humidité dans l'appartement. Pas de chaîne de télévision. Une porte de salle de bain ne fermait pas, on la bloquait avec du carton. Certaines prises électriques et plinthes se decollaient du mur Le ménage avait été fait succinctement, nous avons passé le balai à notre arrivée et nous avons ramassé beaucoup de poussière, des restes de chips...
• Bartłomiej (5/5): La cucaracha - Lokalizacja na + Apartament wymaga odświeżenia. Nie wszystkie gniazdka działają. Zalane ściany z dziurami. Łóżko się rozpada, dzwi do łazienki nie mają zamka i same się otwierają. W kuchni biegał karaluch.

• Krzysztof Skupiński (3/5): Duże mieszkanie , gdzie spokojnie wchodzi 6 osób. Ale ogolnie stare i niezadbane. Dobra lokalizacja - Blisko do morza i lokalizacja Brak Internetu. W opisie podane że jest pełen dostęp do Internetu. WiFi itp. Smart TV ( na internet ). Brak Internetu przez caly wyjazd. Wlasnie ściemniał ze to wina rutera itp. Po 3 dniach przyszli wymienić. Okazało sie ze od właściciel od dawna nie opłaca tego Internetu. Wiec informacje w ofercie podane były fałszywe. Tak samo TV które działał tylko przez internet był bezużyteczny. Wyjazd na 7 dni i bez Internetu. Pracuje zdalnie przez internet i musiałem opłacić sobie sam dodatkowe pakiety itp. Rodzina tez bardzo niezadowolona. W ramach rekompensaty zaproponowałem by wlasnie załatwił nam transfer z apartamentu na lotnisko, to sie nie zgodził , bo wydanie 30€ dla niego to bylo za drogo!

• Jean (7/5): Great location - The location was fantastic. Nice equipped kitchen and a big living room/ dining room. The master bedroom was large and bright So much deferred maintenance. The second bathroom door didn’t close. One bedroom has no window but has the bathroom and you have to go through it to get to the other bedroom. It would be ok for children but not for adults. They expect a 6-person stay for two weeks to only need two rolls of toilet paper? I expect to provide my own shampoo, but TP? I paid $1000 a week for two weeks. I shouldn’t have to go out and buy TP
• James (1/5): DO NOT rent Beach Apartment - Nothing! WARNING: Stay away from this property!!! Our experience at Beach Apartment was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The apartment was completely misrepresented in the advertisement. Here are the major issues we encountered: Mould Growth: There was mould growing on the ceiling and walls, creating an unhealthy living environment. Peeling Paint: Paint was flaking from the ceilings in the bathrooms and kitchen, indicating poor maintenance. Inconvenient Layout: The third bedroom could only be accessed by walking through the second bedroom, which was not mentioned in the listing. Faulty Lock: The key to the apartment door got stuck in the lock, preventing us from securing the apartment. Unresponsive Management: Messages sent to the property manager were ignored until we escalated our concerns to Booking.com. Due to these health and safety concerns, we had to leave the apartment and find another place to stay nearby. We felt taken advantage of and lost our money. DO NOT BE US—learn from our experience and stay away from Beach Apartment.

• Juliana (8/5): Nice apartment close to the beach - Very good location. Close to the Postiguet Beach, quiet area and 10/15min walking from the main streets. They have chairs, sun umbrella and a cooler bag. Apartment fully equiped. It's worthy booking. The WiFi wasn't working, I've contact the property manager but nothing was sorted out. We were there for 7 nights without internet which costs us money. There's a bad smell coming from one of the bathrooms. Two of the rooms are actually connected, so not much privacy. Couldn't figure out how to switch on the fan, We've got no instructions on what to do with the rubish. Only one bin bag left and 2 toilet rools (one week stay).
• Susan (9/5): Superb - A really nice, comfortable, clean and spacious apartment in a great location close to the promenade, beach, harbour, attractions and restaurants. Very good value for money. We spent a very pleasant nine days in the apartment and we would definitely recommend it. Nothing we did not like.

• Cian (8/5): Fantastic experience - The Beach Apartment is a fantastic apartment. The facilities are excellent and you couldn't find a better location so close to the major tourist sites in Alicante and very close to the beach. The door frame in the living room is dangerously loose and could fall and break if the door slams. Several bulbs do not work and need to be replaced. Some parts of the apartment need to be repainted.
