• sook har (7/5): - Spacious living hall. the shower glass partition used are not function well as water still splash out and wet the bathroom flooring. No floor trap in the dry area inside the bathroom. The floor matt provided are too small for the dry area.

• SYAHIDAH (10/5): Hidden gem in Zermatt! - Everything else- felt like home! The key of the toilet door needs to get some used to, my husband and I got stuck till we figured out. For someone who has panic attacks, lucky the toilet had a huge window so when I was calmer I could open the door. The walk from the train station, didn’t know we had to book a taxi prior so we had to lug our luggages, lucky the apartment was on the ground floor.

We also appreciated the small lawn and outdoor space. The accommodation is genuinely pet-friendly, which was a huge positive for us. Overall, a pleasant experience and feel like home. Nothing
• Elizabeth (8/5): This was a great base for our Matterhorn adventures! - We loved the location and there was plenty of space for 2 couples. Easy to walk or bus to the train station and coop for groceries. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and overall apartment was modern and clean. We had a problem with the bathroom. The shower made a huge pool of water. Informed the host that it was due to the seal between the glass panes having holes in it, but host just provided more towels and told us not to let the water spray over the top of the glass(we had not). The toilet seat was loose, but we were told this could not be repaired until the day we checked out. Showering was a challenge and the seals could have been replaced easily, but otherwise we were very happy with the rental.

• Daniel (9/5): Nice apartment in an ideal location. - Very nice apartment in a great location. Spacious common area and nice small patio for enjoying the surrounding views. Easy walk from the train station. Location is perfect as it's off the busy strip but not too far (and not far up), and close to a great little market and the best restaurant we ate at, Schäferstube. Check-in with key box code was simple - just make sure to pull the box door firmly after inputting the code. Apartment was too warm even after turning off all thermostats and very cool outdoor temps. No English instructions for the garbage but I think we got it right.

• Dana (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect! Right in the village but not on the super busy streets. Walkable to the grocery store and about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Host was able to provide us with a futon and extra bed linens. Was very comfortable for 5 adults! There was a blackout on our first morning but apparently this was the whole town so nothing much to do there.

• Joetelyn (10/5): Fantastic! - Take a taxi if you have large luggages. If no luggage it is very easy access. Near to shopping, rentals and groceries. The apartment is very clean. Well equips homeware.They are more organised than my own house.I am impress to the game card available in a very nice corner table.All appliances is easy to use. They know what the occupants needed.Excellent! I will book again and I highly recomment it! Location, accessibility, homeware and furniture is excellent!
