- Stefan (3/5): Dunkel, laut und zu teuer. - Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung und das Bad. Der erste Eindruck ist nicht schön. Die Wohnung erreicht man durch einen offenen Torbogen über einen Innenhof. Dieser ist sehr schmutzig und hässlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. Außerdem war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht gereinigt, sodass wir sie zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt noch nicht nutzen konnten. Nachts kann man nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, da die fahrenden Autos auf der Kopfsteinpflasterstraße sehr laut zu hören sind. Der Mietpreis ist nicht angemessen.
