The view from the window was excellent The apartment had everything you need for life, good Wi-Fi, even coffee, dishes, several sets of towels and everything else. We didn't find any downsides, everything was super! -

No hi ha cafetera, cosa impresindible per l'esmorzar. El senyal de la wifi era molt fluixa, constanment es perd. El accés a l'aparcament complicat

• Massimo (8/5): Un bel appartamento nella periferia di Spalato - Appartamento ubicato in una zona residenziale periferica di Spalato, ben servita comunque con comodi autobus per il centro città. Appartamento ampio e comodo. La proprietaria signora Tina si è rivelata molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento non dispone di un parcheggio assegnato per la macchina, e trovandosi in una zona densamente abitata non è semplice trovare un posto dove lasciare l'autovettura.

• Jonathan (10/5): Great apartment - Our favourite stay on our trip around Croatia. Great studio apartment with everything you could need and more. Air con, washing machine and a fully stocked kitchen and oven. The host's mum welcomed us and was a very nice lady!

• Javad (9/5): Great value for the price - A pleasant woman, who I assume is the owner's mother, greeted us and provided clear instructions. The room was equipped with almost everything needed for cooking. Finding a parking spot was a bit challenging.

The location is just a 15-minute to the center , super easy to arrive, making it ideal for travelers. The apartment was spotless, equipped with everything you need, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience! Nothing everithing was perfect :)

Tina was excellent host, let us check in earlier, gave us a lot of recommendations for our trip. Its not a city center but its really well connected if you want to get there in a short time - if you have visit center before there is no reason to leave this city area because you really can enjoy many beautiful places in a walking distance then 😊 Apartment has everything you need, well equipped kitchenette, washing machine, everything was clean. Perfect for longer stay. Next time in Split will try to choose her apartment too! Thank you for everything!

• Anastasia (8/5): Very good - The host is very friendly and everything went smoothly. The location is outside of Split but there are good shopping facilities. For a short stay, the apartment is well suited. To use the kitchen well, a few things are still missing, for example, cutting boards or bowls.
• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was just what we needed; the neighborhood is a little scary/brutalist at first but once you get over that, it is easy to get around. Also, the bus to old town is very very close.

• Clementine (10/5): Great stay - The studio is very clean, confortable and with everything you need (washing machine and dish washer are a great plus). Tina is very friendly. You have a lot of shops nearby, the beach is about 15min walk and the old city about 15min by bus (there's always buses). Everything was perfect, but would be great to have a little booklet in the apartment with maps to get to the beach, some list of recommended restaurants and where to catch the buses. It's finally very easy to find everything once you know it but the first day we felt a bit lost.
