- Lahmamssi (1/5): Bad - Worst experience ever! Almost ruined my trip. The so-called host is a thief who re-rented the appartment after booking it on Booking.com. He stopped answering his phobe and kept the money while claiming that he no longer has access to this account. On the other hand, after this shitty experience, I'm never using Booking ever again. Totally unreliable and horrible service. No client service whatsoever ever, no meaning to contact anyone from the team at all, and no one answers my emails. This website sucks and I'm spreading the word in my circle and on social. AVOID BOOKING.COM AT ALL COSTS !!! Everything was horrible. It was a disasterous experience. But the worst part is the quality of the service provided by Booking.com. Totally unreliable, no guarantee whatsoever, a bunch of thiefs that take your money and don't even answer your emails.
