Na Primeira vez que fiquei hospedado , fiquei num ap ao lado esquerdo , muito bom amplo e silencioso, mais seguro e com garagem, quarto com uma cama muito confortável. Dessa vez fiquei num Ap pequeno , lado direito, entrada é um beco, pouco seguro , bem na frente , e muito barulhento, e cama desconfortável. Ap 17 Fiquei num quarto ao lado onde trabalham as funcionárias da lavanderia. Cedo era acordado com barulho e conversas altas.

Estava limpo, mas podem melhorar na limpeza, o armário embaixo da pia estava bem sujo, assim como o box do banheiro. Também poderia ter uma garrafa térmica para colocar o café.

• Marcelo (7/5): Acomodação precisa de manutenção e reforma. - Ótima localização e anfitrião solicito. Falta limpeza na acomodação. Bastante poeira, ciscos e cabelos soltou embaixo no mobiliário. É necessário uma reforma estrutural e substituição de alguns móveis, em especial do guarda roupas que estava quebrado, geladeira e fogão enferrujados. Por fim na vaga de garagem disponibilizada o próprio anfitrião estaciona seu veículo fechando a saída de outros carros. Quando acordei as 5:20 para ir para corrida de rua não consegui tirar meu carro que estava fechado pelo carro do anfitrião e pelo adiantado da horário não consegui carro de app, tive que pedir carona na rua.

O apartamento tem tudo que uma pessoa precisa pra se sentir bem. Perto de tudo, padaria, supermercado, rodoviária, lanchonete. Apenas um detalhe que pode ser corrigido, o registro que liga o chuveiro estava caindo direto, até tentei consertar mas creio que a rosca que acocha o parafuso está espanado. Fora isso, não tenho do que reclamar🙏
