• Marcin (1/5): - It’s small AVOID! After arranging a specific time when I’ll be arriving I was left waiting around somewhere near the property for over an hour, as the hosts became unresponsive and didn’t provide the address, just a location nearby. Then I had to face time someone in order for me to show them where I was so they can guide me to the property like a lost child. The parking near the property is extremely narrow, so if you plan on coming in a big car don’t bother, as most likely it’ll be scratched or you’ll have to move it. There’s still work being carried out just outside the front door and the outside doesn’t look to be anywhere near finished (this was also mentioned previously by another guest). I only stayed one night, the day I left I stated getting messages saying ‘sorry for the late replies, let’s make a deal with money’, thinking they’re trying to buy a good review, so I ignored it. Then I started to receive messages from a Serbian number threatening me with police and saying I need to pay them. No one told me a cash payment is expected to be left in the house, which was a misunderstanding as I’ve always paid with my card on the booking website. I found this to be completely unprofessional and unnecessary, so I would highly discourage anyone from dealing with these amateurs.
• Filip (1/5): - I was 15 min away from the property and called them and they said that they have a problem with the water and that they couldn’t accommodate us… They said that there is no water in the whole region but we stayed 500m away from this apartment and they had water, so they lied to us.

• Tafa (6/5): Near the ski resort, but not as comfortable. - It was really near the ski resort. The apartment was like half finished, there were lots of building material around. There was no way to get the room temperature above 22 degrees Celsius and the water in the shower was not that hot. The bed was really sqeeky also.

• Matea (7/5): Very nice! Thank you Mateja! If we come to Mavrovo again, we will stay in Mount apartment ! - The location and interier. Also, the manager - Mateja was super nice and friendly! And Mavrovski merak-kafana, is near :) the heating wasn’t strong and we couldn’t put it to a higher temperature.

• Danilova (2/5): Very poor - The apartment was nice and clean The heat was not working, we let the host know but despite it being cold it took a day and a half for someone to come and take a look.

• Vladimir (6/5): Pleasant - Воздухот Фалеше тоалетна хартија, ама завршив работа до својата. Фалеше кафе па си купив сам. Фалеше постоље/крпа за туширање на која ќе стоиш, ама добро, ваљда се навикнуваш на ладен под. Пристапот до куќата е нешто доградено, недоградено. Ама добро, целото село е градилиште па не ти смета. Прилично скапо за една ноќ. Ама во ред. Туристичко место, па скапо е, пазарна економија?

• Katerina (8/5): Very good - Very kind host, easy to communicate with. Very good location of the apartment, the restaurants was at a walking distance and also very close to the ski slopes. The apartment was small but equiped with everything you need. There is no curtains on the windows and you have no privacy. Also the heating was very low. Only one small heater for the whole apartment and the toilet was very cold.
• Hoxhauk (5/5): Passable - The location it was good, it was a small apartment but it was ok. First, the bathroom has a bad smell, the apartment didn’t have AC , if the temperature is -9cel outside I think is necessary an air conditioner.
