• Brian (10/5): - Great location near Blloku and the lake park. Check-in was easy and the apartment had all the furnishings I needed. The fresh fruit, coffee and tea selections were nice touches too! I liked everything! I guess if I have to come up with something, the bathroom may be a bit tight for some people.

• GINA (10/5): Perfect Apartment for a Short or Long Stay - My partner and I stayed for a month. The apartment is clean, comfortable, with cold AC, a washer/ dryer, and enough kitchen equipment to make full meals, so it was perfect for our long stay. It is right above a market, so you don't need to go far for food. You are a 10-minute walk to the park, there is a gym around the corner, and it is a 15-minute walk to the bars and coworking areas. The owner is very nice and even drove us to the bus station! If you are tall, be aware that the bathroom is skinny. Our knees practically touched the wall when sitting on the toilet. And I realize that this is not the owner's fault; however, you should bring a sound machine and earplugs, as unfortunately, there is a toddler who lives above the apartment that screams at the top of their lungs, all day and night. If it wasn't for that child, the apartment would be perfect.
• A.K.D (10/5): Great place with lovely host - Great host and apartment in a vibrant quarter, close to walk anywhere. The place has everything you need for a great stay. The bed is ultimately comfortable and kitchen and bathroom is equipped with much love to detail. We were welcomed with water, coffee and fresh fruit, which was awesome. Check in via keybox is made easy and the host was always quick to respond and made sure everything was ok. While there is quite a bit busy street life directly in front of the window that is entertaining to watch, ,the windows shut out all noise if you need to. We didn't need the air-conditioning, might come in handy during summer time. All on all we loved the place and would recommend this it to everyone.

Leider hatte ich kein Internet vor Ort, weshalb ich die Check In Infos am Morgen nicht rechtzeitig vor Ankunft erhalten konnte. Aber mit durchfragen bei der sehr hilfsbereiten Nachbarschaft war es kein Problem. Ein Vorschlag wäre die Check In Infos vielleicht schon am Vorabend zu senden, sodass für den Check In Tag alle wichtigen Infos insbesondere zur Lage der Unterkunft bereit sind. Denn die Beschreibung inkl. Fotos und Anweisungen war ansich sehr gut und deutlich :)

L'appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio: pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Il proprietario è stato eccezionale: accogliente, disponibile Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza di viaggio di alta qualità, all'insegna del relax e della comodità. Siamo stati solo una notte (purtroppo) di passaggio per altre tappe in Albania ma ci siamo subito innamorati di questo piccolo gioiellino. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha accolto con un grande sorriso. Negozi, caffetterie e ristoranti tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Consigliato! 🌸 Nulla, tutto perfetto. Parcheggio un po' difficile ma non è da associare all'appartamento, è così quasi dappertutto!

L hôte est très attentionnée, elle nous a attendu jusqu'à 2h du matin car le taxi ne trouvait pas l endroit... Une corbeille de fruits et une bouteille d eau fraîche nous attendaient. Seul le lit d appoint est un canapé lit dont il faut enlever les coussins pour dormir. Je recommande vivement cet appartement climatisé Rien

The apartment was very clean and cozily furnished, and absolutely nothing was missing. The bed was very comfortable, and the bed linen smelled wonderful. The kitchen was well-equipped, with coffee pods and bottled water provided, as the local water is not drinkable. Additionally, there was a fruit bowl with seasonal fruits on the dining table. The living room and kitchen were fully equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Great instructions provided on how to get there and for self check in. The host was very responsive and helpful. All in all a fantastic apartment and great value for money we would absolutely stay again when we return to Tirana.

• Alee (10/5): Felt at home - The room was nice, clean, and big. The location was perfect for me. Can walk around to the center. The best part is the host. They live just next door and what happened is I lost my passport. They helped me a lot with finding it. We went to the police station and Regis, the true owner which is the 10 years old son offered the help to be the interpreter and he tried to chat with me along the way. Thats really calm me down. I felt like I was at home. Thank you so much for all you had done for me. If I ever have a chance to coma back to Tirana, there no other places that I will stay. It has to be Regis apartment. Nothing at all

• Spirion (10/5): Perfect stay - Very clean property, equipped with everything you need and feels like home. Top location where all top spots of Tirana can be reached by walking (max 10 mins walk). In Tirana is very hard to find a parking space, but close to the property there were a lot of free parking options which were safe. Great communication and instructions from the owner. -
• Aidan (10/5): The best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. - Everything. I have never in my life had such a wonderful, caring & kind host as Mana. I don’t know where to begin…. I mentioned prior to arrival, I was in Tirana to celebrate my 30th birthday. On the day, Mana knocked on the door with a birthday gift for me. I was so taken back by this kindness. The air conditioning needed some routine maintenance, as it took a little while, Mana (who lives next door) brought round FRESH home cooked doughnuts with honey for “the inconvenience” but it was not a problem at all. It just shows that guest comfort is paramount to her. We found out on the day of leaving that our boarding passes needed printed and digital weren’t accepted. My friend and I were panicking, we asked Mana if she knew anywhere that would print them. Mana spent the next 2 hours searching the city, on a Sunday, to find somewhere that could print them for us. Mana is the epitome of Albanian Hospitality. Real, genuine, and heartfelt hospitality. Words will never explain how grateful we are to have met such a kind soul. Now for the apartment: Beautiful, immaculately clean, very modern and cosy, in the perfect location! A mini market just a few yards away, Blloku is less than a 5 minute walk. Mana gives amazing recommendations on places to visit too. Espresso machine with enough pods for your stay is an exquisite touch, which we didn’t get anywhere else on our Balkan trip. The air conditioning is EXCELLENT. We suffered with the heat throughout our trip but the moment we walked into Regis Aparments it was a delight; Mana had the air con on and ready. If you are having trouble considering where to stay in Tirana, I cannot reccomend this Apartment enough. I will not be staying anywhere else other than here, when we eventually return to Tirana. • Rachel (10/5): Very well equipped comfortable apartment in Tirana - The apartment was brilliant- so well equipped, you could tell lots of thought had gone into it. It is homely, comfortable and clean, and the host was friendly and helpful with great communication leading up to our stay. Unfortunately we had car issues on the day so we arrived late and she was able to accommodate this and we were very glad of a good night's sleep in the comfy bed! Due to our late arrival we didn't get to explore the local area but it seemed well located for shops, restaurants and being in walking distance to the centre. We also found free parking nearby, and it was a short journey to the airport. We would recommend the apartment and would stay again next time we visit Tirana :) Nothing!
• Mika (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Tirana - I stayed with my wife and 3 year old. It was in a great location. Quiet but close to everything. The place is really nicely renovated and had coffee pods and a bowl of fruit to welcome us. The host even gave toys for my 3 year old. The air con was amazing. The host lives next door so any issues are easily dealt with. Perfect place to stay in Tirana. Nothing!

A 15 - 20 minute or so walk to the main square for sights. Very comfortable and great value accommodation Street noise can be a little loud from outside traffic but that is Tirana traffic and it would be the same anywhere you stay near city (I had ear plugs with me so no issue for me)

• Dzianis (10/5): I definitely recommend it and the price/quality ratio is incredible. - This is an excellent option for accommodation in the capital. The apartment has everything (and even more). The hosts are impeccable. Very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need nearby - shops (including 10 meters from the house), restaurants, and currency exchange. Moreover, the apartment is in excellent condition. This is definitely a plus and I definitely recommend it. I didn’t like that housing costs less than it actually costs :)

I felt at home and would love to return. - A cozy and well-equipped apartment in close proximity to one of Tirana's most interesting neighborhoods, Blokku, full of colorful cafes and food places. The apartment itself is very cozy, clean, with a large comfortable bed, properly equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. On arrival I was greeted by a basket full of fruit and candies :) Special mention should be made of Mrs. Mana, an excellent hostess, helpful, very kind, who waited for me on the day of arrival and offered her support. My warmest regards and on my next visit I will certainly return to the same place. -
