- Alexander (10/5): A very comfy room with excellent staff (Rajnish & Riyaz) running the place! - Nice and comfy place to stay with the hotel being quite new. The check in process was quick, effective and very smooth. Both Rajnish and Riyaz were extremely helpful, always available and pleasant to deal with. So was the service provided by Nitish and the other person who were both looking after the housekeeping duties. I have been traveling away from Australia for a couple of years and during this time have put up at quite a few hotels & AirBnB facilities within India, Bali, Tanzania and the Philippines and I must say that I found the bed and shower facilities at this hotel to be one of the best. To elaborate further, the bed is large enough to accomodate even a taller person and firm, which is helpful for anyone who has a lower back problem. The shower area may be a bit narrow but the consistently good water pressure and hot water that works is definitely very good. The wi-fi worked intermittently during the first couple of days but the problem was rectified and from then on it worked smoothly. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator in the room but this could be rectified easily as there is a power outlet next to the kitchen bench and the room (#102) has enough space for a mid sized refrigerator to fit.
