Guest Reviews
- Pamela (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and thought it was good value, but feel that the shower needs improving - We liked where it was situated, it was very clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the sea and plenty of room to park.
It was a short walk to The Ship Inn, which served lovely food, and the beach. We couldn’t get very hot water from the shower, even though the water was hot for the wash basin and in the kitchen, it was only lukewarm in the shower and only came out in a trickle.

- Hilary (3/5): We’re in our seventies with some health issues so not for us - Not a lot. Too small. Front door blocked the corridor so had to shut door between people entering. Difficult with luggage. Kitchen tiny. Bed right against wall so impossible to get up in night without disturbing partner. Window blind in bedroom broken. Fire doors on every room too strong, sprung back and hit my husband causing bruising. Entrance through gate close to wheelie bins which were overflowing with rubbish, bin under stairs overflowing with food waste on ground. No one else around so didn’t feel comfortable staying there. We left early.
- Claire (6/5): - The view from the living room window was beautiful, the living room felt cosy and was a good size. TV and DVD player available. There is an extendable dining table if you need it.
Kitchen was small but had everything you need.
Bathroom was nice however the shower runs extremely slow!
Overall the flat met my basic requirements, however it felt more like a hostel than a holiday home to me personally.
I needed to reach out to the owner during my stay and I found them to be very helpful and understanding. The outdoor space advertised was overgrown and full of cobwebs. It clearly hadn't been maintained or used in a very long time. I am unsure if the flats are owned by the same owner so cannot comment on whos responsibility this would be.
Damp patch in bedroom, smelt musty.
Blind broken in bedroom.
No extra lock on front door, only a yale lock which wasn't particularly secure, being a single female this didn't feel safe particularly with males staying downstairs.
- Mark (5/5): Owner is really nice, location is fantastic….will come again👍🏻 - Basic accommodation but has everything you need. Ideally located for great restaurants etc & a really nice pub within 2 mins walk which has just been taken over & does great food.
The beach is approx 5mins walk & would be great in the summer but we visited in April & had to put up with the showers but still intend to come back. Nothing!
- Lesley (7/5): Tresaith is my favourite place to be. Spending time there so near to beach was pure heaven. - Location was brilliant. Lock on door was quite flimsy, a good kick would have it open and a fair bit of play on door. Also no dead lock for night time security. As a lone female pensioner felt a little vulnerable, having to put my case against door in night. Poor choice of TV channels
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The location. It was great! It was a short 5min walk to the pub called the Ship which was right on the beach. It was also well located for two really good coastal path walks. The accommodation was ok, very basic and rather small, but it was comfortable and it suited our needs and it wasn't very expensive compared to some we looked at. Although it didn't bother us, the walk to the pub or the beach was via steep steps or a steep hill. This could be problematic if you have mobility issues. The shower in the accommodation was not very powerful. It took quite a long time to get wet.
- Ade (8/5): Very good - Great location. Within walking distance of Tresaith beach, which is always worth a visit. Compact and comfortable, clean, and ideal as a base for me during the week I spent in the area. I found it very good value for money considering the cost of other places in the area. Very little water pressure in the shower which made it run extremely slowly. Frustrating when you want to take a quick shower. Small price to pay considering the location of the place though.
Parking became a bit of a lottery as my week went on and the apartments began to fill up. Again, not a major issue and it certainly didn’t spoil my stay there.
- Burroughs (8/5): Very good - Good
- Adam (10/5): Trisaith is definitely my new favourite place in West Wales next to Log, which is only a few minutes up the road, me the - A really lovely cosy very well located property in the heart of Trisaith. There is nothing not to love about this place. Only a couple of minutes from the beach and the amazing ship in pub which is outstanding enjoyed very much. Dawn, was fantastic and very hospitable 10 out of 10 thank you Dawn, so much. There is nothing not to like.
The photograph attached is from the ship in pub which is about 30 seconds walk from the property .
- Handley (9/5): Flat with sea views, 2 mins walk to beach. - Sea view, quiet, superb location so close to the beach & coastal walks. Clean, everything you need in a kitchen. Slight issue with the shower/hot water but quickly resolved. The fire doors, which I understand are necessary, are quite heavy.
- Lesley (8/5): Good stay had a lovely time. Beach walking distance. Road down to apartment is quiet narrow . - Great location. Glad there is parking outside apartment not sure about summer time. Easy access to walks. Bed was really comfortable. Everything in flat we needed. Good time Late check in 5 pm.
