• 1ae1e835ee4d70e0241b7d1be8015ce5 (8/5): Kom graag terug - Mooie ligging in Venetië, vlak bij opstapplaats van vaporetto. Klein maar fijn appartementje voor twee stellen. Heel rustig s nachts. Goede tweepersoons bedden. Heerlijk dat je er zelf kunt koken. Voor drie personen keukengerei. Theedoek en keukendoek zelf meenemen. Wel p-fas pannen. Wc bril zat los.

• Patricia (8/5): It was a nice place to stay at with the basics. - Location and it was clean. Floor in one bedroom was very squeaky when you walked across it. It would have been nice to have a couple of coffee pods available for first thing in the morning.
• DOUGLAS (6/5): Position near S.Basilio water bus stop great. - Rubbish left in bathroom caddy , noisy floor in 2nd bedroom , Only 1 wine glass , extras delivered later . No tea towel to dry dishes and no face washers, 3 only similar size cups , 1 teaspoon , a toaster would be nice .

• Danielle (2/5): Very poor - It’s situated in a lovely precinct of Venice and easily accessible from ferry stop Exhaustive information to provide ahead of check in when location information could not be shared prior therefore making us miss a booked tour. Noisy, mould in bathroom, was not worth the $
• Pradeep (4/5): Disappointing - Proximity to Venice attractions and communication with the property. Old property with mosquitoes and minimal facilities. The walls even had dead mosquitoes on them. Though had ac, was clearly instructed not to change any settings.
• Athina (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and lovely neighborhood. It was easy to get to the ferry and lots of little restaurants and cafes and marts close by. The apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. It’s all well organised and it was very easy to check-in on arrival. Would stay again and for longer! The comms and documentation requirements were a bit laborious and tedious.

• Simon (8/5): Great central location but at the same time peaceful - The apartment is very clean, quiet and spacious. It’s located in a wonderful area.
• Ieva (9/5): Perfect location - Location is perfect, close to the water bus stop, supermarket, cafes and main attractions. Very clear information on how to get into the apartment, I had to call someone, man helped me with extra questions. Apartment was clean, with needed equipment. It was difficult to find a water bus stop from the bus station where we arrived from Treviso airport. In the building there is an elevator, but for private use only, so we had to carry our suitcases to the second floor by stairs. Bedrooms have few windows with a view to a very small and dark street, there is a window from the blocks in the living room, so there is very little light going through. At first we couldn't turn on the air conditioners, but I called the person who let us inside and he helped with it. There were moments when there was no hot water in the shower. There is no padlock lock in the bathroom. Before a check out we had to take trash out according to the trash boat schedule, but it was very close, so no big deal with it. And of course a lot, a lot of mosquitos everywhere...but I think they are everywhere in Venice.
• Cristian (6/5): Passable - The location is away from the city center, which is very crowded. The host accepts only people over 35 years old. They consider that these people are disrespectful and make noise. Considering that they work in the field of hospitality, it is a problem to put tags without knowing the people. The apartment is on the 1st floor and the street is quite busy, even at night. The people on the street will be heard quite loudly. There are no mosquito nets, so there will be problems with mosquitoes, even if there have anti-insects solutions. The water in the boiler runs out quickly, it is enough for 2 people, and the apartment is for 4 people. The entrance door does not close tightly. The living room is in the kitchen. Originally, the apartment had 1 bedroom, but the living room was transformed into a bedroom and the sofa was moved to the kitchen.
• Stefan (6/5): If the airco works it is a good place to stay in Venice - Good location on 15 minutes walk from train station and San Marco square The description says including airco but it is not there / not functioning. Very disappointing.
