Thank you for an ama - Friendly host and amazing location, good breakfast cafe just down stairs, swimming beach seconds away, right on the front. Could be a little noisy at night but excused because of perfect location.

• Татьяна (5/5): - Местоположение, просто максимально центральное, будете в гуще всех культурных событий. На входе в здание где расположена квартира висит табличка с названием "Riva guesthouse". Чистый подъезд дома и внутри квартиры. Возможность оставить продукты в холодильнике на определенной полке. Шустрый Wi-Fi. Дружелюбная гостеприимная хозяйка (но! после опубликования этого отзыва она написала кучу неприятных вещей мне в What'sapp чтобы побольнее задеть). Однако при проживании помогла с вызовом такси в аэропорт (15 евро) - машина приехала чуть заранее, так что с вызовом такси можете быть спокойны. Сын хозяйки помог с багажом при заезде (лифта нет, ступеньки высокие). Чистое постельное и полотенца (без пятен). Окна и ставни НИКАК НЕ ЗАЩИЩАЮТ от уличного шума, в один из дней был концерт до 12 ночи, такое ощущение, что мы находились на улице. В комнате 2 старых окна с трещинами, откуда хорошо проникают звуки улицы. А утром слышно пролетающие самолёты. На одной из окон не хватает створки, на втором окне треснуто стекло. Так что в дни проведения мероприятий и фестивалей в центре очень громко. На вторую ночь перед рабочими буднями было тихо. Номер небольшой, всего одна тумбочка и один стул, хотя комната предназначена для проживания 2 человек. Вход в комнату через кухню, что может создавать неудобства при утреннем приеме завтрака другими жильцами (слышно что происходит на кухне). Также слышно жильцов соседнего с вами номера - слышали вечером разговоры из смех через стенку. В ванной комнате не работал верхний свет и мыться в душевой кабине темновато. При заезде нам сказали, что на общей кухне нельзя готовить, только вскипятить воду для чая😒 Как уже писали ранее, фактически каждый номер - это комната в 6-комнатной квартире. Одно из окон выходит на стену жилого дома, расположенного очень близко. Для меня дорого платить 80 евро за сутки за подобные условия проживания. Дополню отзыв. После опубликования моих впечатлений об апартаментах, написала хозяйка с оскорблениями - подробным обсуждением моего внешнего вида, попытке уколоть умственные способности (что я скорее всего не знаю что такое дом под охраной государства) и прочие вещи. Вот и думайте, насколько стоит жить в апартаментах, где на вас вывалят куча грязи когда вы оставите свой подробный честный отзыв (я написала как и плюсы, так и минусы проживания).

• Rohit (10/5): Most scenic and plasant stay - It was a beautiful property at the perfect hot spot location, with the most beautiful view of Porto Montenegro. The host Daniella was very welcoming and treated us like family. Helped us with anything that we needed. I would totally recommend this property for couples and even friends.

• ILIA (10/5): Excellent location and astonishing view - The under-roof apartment is amazing with astonishing view from windows! This area is so nice for 4 to 6 people! The host is absolutely lovely and nice! And there is an AC inside 🥰 Maybe I suggest to add more information how to find the entrance (or add photo of front door) And hot water doesn't stay for long (maybe we did something wrong) Anyway this is a really well-located beautiful place!

The room and bathroom were very clean - Great location with a wonderful view My private bathroom was across the corridor and not an ensuite which I would have been more comfortable with, however I believe some rooms do have ensuite.

La propriétaire nous a accueillis très chaleureusement, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Elle a été disponible et à l’écoute tout au long du séjour, nous aidant pour diverses demandes et nous donnant de précieuses informations sur les environs. L’appartement est magnifique : très propre, décoré avec goût, avec une superbe vue sur la piscine et la plage. Tout était parfaitement conforme à nos attentes, voire mieux ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et remercions encore la propriétaire pour son accueil exceptionnel.

Owners are really friendly and give nice advises and support for local activities. I higly recommend this guest house for a nice stay in Tivat.

• Andrew (9/5): The Riva Guesthouse is a hidden gem situated perfectly for a wonderful holiday in beautiful Tivat. - My friend and I spent 6 nights at the Riva Guesthouse with our wonderful host Danijela. The stay was excellent, with nicely furnished rooms with en-suite bathrooms, and my friends room at the front had the view of the picturesque harbor. The guesthouse has the feel of friendly home. It is situated above a row of excellent restaurants and bars, providing the background murmur of a vibrant and exciting location. But should you require a little peace, then closing the windows and blinds will keep the local atmosphere to a minimum. There is plenty to visit within walking distance, the new high end Porto Montenegro complex is 5 mins away with fashion outlets and classy dinning and views of multi million pound yachts, but further walks either way along the bays coastline lead to small bars and restaurants with many different styles and clientele, with prices to suit all. If you have a hire car then there is a small, affordable public parking area 3 minutes walk away. During our stay there was a sleek modern sail ship moored on the harbor directly in front of the guesthouse, along with several reasonably priced tour ships, of which we took one enjoyable one day sightseeing trip around the Bay of Kotor. Along with the longer tours on offer you can also find faster speedboat tours and water taxis. There was a little noise from another resident one night, but it was a minor annoyance and wasn't repeated.

Convenient and beautiful stay! - Danijela is a wonderful and helpful host! :) She truly makes you feel at home and gives you tips and advice on what to do and where to go. The view and location is perfect! Cute and clean place! If you are a light sleeper, there’s noise coming from the street as there are restaurants just below the property. But apart from that, everything was PERFECT!

Any issue or request was handled immediately and respectfully. 'Only' thing was the mattress - extremely soft like a child's bed. Ended up at a chiropractors office day 3 and a masseuse on day 4. FYI 36yo 181cm and 85kg. No other issues, everything else was great!

Great value for mon - I bas the upstairs attic apartment with one bedroom and a large living space with kitchen. A beautiful view straight onto the sea. Be aware no lift but the host offers to help with suitcases. It was spacious, clean, cosy and well decorated. Decent size kitchen fully equipped for self catering. Bed was very comfy. Stunning views. The host was amazing and stayed and chatted with me over a bottle of rosé provided by her. Water and grapes in the fridge. She was absolutely delightful. I stay in Tivat fairly regularly and will definitely rebook this apartment.

• Monika (8/5): Room in centre of Tivat - The apartment is in an amazing location next to the promenade of Tivat and in between two city beaches. At the same time, you should be aware that it can be slightly noise in the evenings, but the music and chatter don't go long into the night. The room was a great size and even had an additional bed. The staff was very welcoming and lovely and they even booked a local taxi to travel to Tivat airport. There aren't many outlets in the room, which makes it slightly inconvenient to charge your phone or even to turn on a bedside lamp.

Host was lovely & arranged our taxi back to the airport could not have been more helpful. Would stay again as felt safe. The top sheet on the bed would be better fitted . Tv on wall. The only thing worse mansion is that if you book a room with a private toilet it doesn’t necessarily will be inside the room.

It is detached from the room across the hall where are all the doors, including the entrance, so you basically have no privacy when going from room to bathroom. Bed is not the most comfortable.
