• Marcella (8/5): - Friendly host. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Modern bathrooms well stocked. The provisions in the kitchen were either ran out or low but never brought this up and I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem for the host to refill if I requested.

Arrivée tardive possible. - Accueil tardif Qualité globale du logement situé dans un parc boisé et à l'écart de toute circulation, et donc silencieux. Lits confortables Échanges avec l'hote via WhatsApp courtois et précis. La maintenance du logement laisse un peu à désirer : Chaises branlantes, robinet d'évier mal fixé, porte de placard de cuisine mal fixée, porte d'une des chambres frottant au sol. Quantité de vaisselle limitée au stricte minimum. Un peu contraignant si on veut préparer ses repas.

• Kristina (1/5): - Пътуваме семейно с две деца. В последния момент ни казаха, че няма да имат възможност да ни настанят и ни поставиха в трудна ситуация да намерим друг подслон. Отказват да анулират резервацията и да ни възстановят сумата!
• SUSANA (7/5): Buen apartamento - El apartamento es espacioso, limpio y agradable. Está bien ubicado para visitar Venecia. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas cómodas. Se indicaba que el anfitrión estaría para recibirnos pero cuando llegamos, a la hora informada, no había nadie ni conseguíamos contactar telefónicamente con el anfitrión para que nos indicara como debíamos acceder a la vivienda. Tuvimos que llamar a Booking y estuvimos esperando más de media hora hasta que el anfitrión nos llamó para darnos el código de entrada. Cuando llegas tarde y cansados del viaje, eso resulta un gran inconveniente. Tiene una cafetera con un tipo de cápsula no habitual, ni Nespresso ni Dolce gusto, como llegamos un sábado cuando las tiendas ya estaban cerradas y no pudimos comprar, nos quedamos sin café para desayunar tanto el domingo como el lunes. Estaría bien que el anfitrión informara antes o que dejara algunas cápsulas para evitar estas situaciones, que hacen que tu estancia no sea la mejor posible. Tiene lavavajillas pero solo 4 tenedores, por poner un ejemplo, por lo que de poco sirve si tienes que andar fregando para usarlos. Dado el precio de la estancia, estos detalles se deberían tener en cuenta, más cuando hay varios comentarios que lo mencionan.

Το Μολιανο Βενετο είναι ένα όμορφο χωριό με φιλικούς, χαμογελαστους κατοίκους και μια χαριτωμένη πλατεία για ξεκούραση μετά την πολυσύχναστη Βενετία. Επίσης έχει τρένο για μετάβαση στην Βενετία σε 20 λεπτά περίπου.
• Cristian_n (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place to stay while visiting Venice, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, parking in the yard of the house. Train station is at 3 minutes with car, you can leave the car nearby and with train in 20 - 25 minutes you can reach to Venice. Everything was very good!

• Sergej (10/5): Pretty nice place for a family to have a calm stay on your visit to Venice - Very nice and spacious, as inside as well as outside - bedroom, dining room, terrace and a parking spot in the backyard. Inside you've got fly screens on each window, an air conditioner and a TV. Bedsheets were fresh and dry, and they had plenty towels and dishes. Weird, but even though they've got good equipment, the kitchen was empty regarding things like oil, sugar or spices. The Owners are friendly, we've talked for about only 3 minutes when we checked in, got the keys, and after our stay we needed only 1 minute to check out and left the keys in the mailbox. But i had the feeling that if you'd ever have a question, the owners would be ready to help. The parking spot is perfect - you leave the car on the secured property, and come back/leave through the electric gate with a remote. Obviously you'd come there for Venice, but it's hard to reach it with the car. So this is what we did: first we drove to a parking lot in the area Borgo Pezzana (about 2-3 minutes), then by foot to the central bus station in Mestre (about 10-15 minutes) and took the bus to Venice (15 minutes, 1,5 € per person). Theoretically you could take the bus right by the House, but you need the ticket in advance since you can't buy one in the bus. The bus driver only speaks italian, i don't know what he had said to us, perhaps something like "go away, go away right now", at least i hope so. To sum up: I highly recommend it, especially if you make a trip with the car and look for a quiet and comfortable place to rest. Strangely, the WiFi only ran inside the apartment, but not very well at that, and not at all on the terrace.

• Martyna (10/5): Perfect resting spot for an amazing day visiting Venice! - The location was very convenient to go by car - a few minutes from the train station which takes straight to Venice Island. The place itself had an inside gate parking, to which we had a key - the car was like a meter from the door - super convenient! The place had all the needed convenience items, like a hair dryer, coffee machine, extra toilet paper and other toiletries, and towels. Everything was clean, modern, and easy to reach. The hosts were super friendly - let us check in a little later and check out at around 11. I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for a quiet place to rest in a comfortable place. We had to buy coffee pods for the coffee machine but other than that nothing was wrong.
• Maksym (10/5): Perfect place to stay for family to visit Venice and feel comfortable - Very clean and spacious Appartement in a private area with its own garden. Lots of pillows, great mattress, bright colours, good ecology. Absolutely lovely! You can park the car right near the house and feel safe that no one steals it. Really friendly staff that will provide you with all of your needs.

• Lena (8/5): We had a great time in this cosy flat for four people. - The minimalist interior design created a tranquil atmosphere and the location, just five minutes from the bus stop, made it easy to get to the island in about 50 minutes.

• David (8/5): Nice apartment at a good price, great for a visit to Venice by car - If you have a car - convenient location to travel daily via train to Venice. Mostly quiet location, quite spacious, clean, helpful owners. They even allowed us to charge our small plug-in hybrid car without asking for payment (just a few euros for a charge, but a very nice gesture)! Apartment is so new that numerous small details need improvement: coat hangers, simple coffee maker, more than 1 table/4 chairs in entire apartment, more cooking utensils e.g. spatula, enough dishes that using the dishwasher is practical, etc. Small stuff that you notice only when living in the apt. They did give us a wine bottle opener when we asked.
