• Cheryl Love (7/5): Good value, immaculately clean and comfy. - The bed was comfy, and it was nice to have a bath. Place was immaculately clean. Some basics such as tea and coffee already provided. Nice quiet and safe place to stay. No trays or ovenproof dishes to cook food in the oven.

• Balasubramanian (9/5): - Good amount of space to stay around. A well furnished studio room with separate kitchen and bathroom... Wifi strength is very low. Other than nothing to worry about.
• Laiyba (7/5): Good cosy place, only lacks working wifi and reception - I liked the cosyness and warm vibe of the property. It was nice and clean I didnt like the fact it was on a resedential road, and didnt have ANY wifi, with extremely bad reception too
• Cheryl Love (8/5): Fab Cozy little place - Lovely cozy little place. Very clean and everything that you need for cooking etc. No noise from other residents and a peaceful location. Felt very safe as a lone female traveller. Great value for money

• Lesley (8/5): Excellent accommodation in quiet convenient location - Location brilliant - I have stayed at Reservoir Lodge 3 times now & have had an excellent convenient stay each time. Does what it says on the tin!
• Ayodeji (9/5): Value for money - Facilities were just as described/promised. Great value for money. Items were left in the fridge, ingredients in the kitchen cupboards.
• Josephine (9/5): Great stay - Everything was lovely, and the host was so nice, despite all the questions I had he kept answering quickly. He was always there to help whenever we needed ! 7-10 minutes walk to Lidl and 5 minutes walk to buses that go straight to city centre. The only downside is the WiFi connection strength.

• John (9/5): Superb - A very comfortable "Home from home". Clean. Amenities worked. Quiet building with no intrusive noise. Had a few home touches and comfy furnishing. Just across the road from a vibrant community church and volunteer street wardens patrol the area. Never had any difficulty parking. An exceptionally comfortable and well maintained room with Kitchen, washer, heating and facilities in a period property that has been converted into single/couple dwellings. Under priced for the quality but too expensive to make short term letting a realistic financial proposition. I'd definitely rebook the property. Nothing.

• Doran (6/5): Reservoir Lodge 1 night stay - Simon, the landlord, was extremely helpful, he explained everything and was very polite. The room and bed were very clean and tidy, all comfortable as expected. Facilities were also clean and worked well. 👍 The WiFi was not good, it kept dropping out or not connecting properly no matter where in the apartment you stand so had no internet connection for the night. The neighbouring tenants in the house were quite loud, especially late at night, I could hear every footstep and a dog barking loudly.

• Asif (2/5): Very poor and would nw we book again - location was not as described there was a lot of cooking fumes coming from dwnstairs rooms which were really bad . i developed a chest infection due to it .. The property is described as an apartment but really is a bedsit .. poorly described and very compact.. t would not have booked if i’d have known it was within a house.
