- John (10/5): One night stay - The Owner was very helpful with our stay. They gave us plenty of tourist information for sight seeimg and public transport. Parking was outside and free. City tax was included in the price. The location was great and there were no complaints from us. Can only complain that we never stayed here longer. Will make it a longer stay next time.

- Robert (10/5): Great stop at Valentina's Villa - Valentina was really supportive and friendly to us. The place was really spotless and comfortable! Unfortunately several cars seemed to be passing through the road at night and at times the noises made it a little difficult to catch some sleep.

- Godwin (10/5): Beautiful apartement with private parking and good host. - Swantky clean apartment. Nice kitchen, good host, private parking. New building and everything was good. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. The apartment will be a 10/10 with air conditioning. Though it is not too far away from the city center, walking/public transport can be difficult. We had our own car during the trip.

- Elise (9/5): Superb - Valentina was a great host, She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, and clean. The bedroom windows gave out on the street. The street was more noisy than I anticipated and I wasn't able to leave the windows open at night because I'm a light sleeper. This is nothing that the host could have changed and it's the only thing that I didn't like. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

- Arnab (8/5): Good stay for a night in Pisa. Kind, helpful hosts who gave us bikes to commute . The location is in middle of nowhere & - Comfy stay & nice hosts. A very fluffy cat 🐱 The location is quite far from the center & transportation option is very limited. Also the house is on a busy road & very noisy due to passing vehicles below.
- Richard (9/5): would stay again if I needed to catch an early flight - we travelled from Perugia to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight rather than leave at 4:00am. perfect location for the airport at a good price. very nice lady owner. on the main road and bit noisy from the traffic but we live somewhere very quiet, so it may not be an issue for most.
- Manjunath (8/5): Good location, friendly host. But it’s a shared space for washroom and kitchen. - The location is convenient to visit Pisa by car. House is clean. Also has good parking space. I wasn’t clear that it’s shared space for washroom and kitchen. Also the room with balcony was very noisy throughout the night as motorists were speeding on the roads. We couldn’t sleep for both the night we spent there. It’s not host fault but it’s the location.
- Marcus (9/5): Very comfortable and would stay again. - The amenities are very thoughtful and really shows the effort put in by the owner for guests to feel at home and comfortable. The property has everything from washing machine to a very clean kitchen area. The property is a walk from the nearest bus stop and on roads that have no pavements. It is also dimly lit at night which made it feel slightly dangerous.
- Zbyněk (9/5): Pisa, Livorno - the best place - great position to visit the historical site of Pisa or to go to the ferry to Livorno, safe parking in the closed yard, clean and comfortable apartment and room, the hostess is very helpful shared kitchen and bathroom with toilet can be a bit disturbing if other guests are less considerate, the room is not very soundproof
