• Clare (9/5): we loved our stay - home from home with the seaside close by. - location was fab - in the heart of the town but an easy walk to the beach. Pretty courtyard garden. Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a family getaway. dirty table cloth on arrival, unclean garden furniture and terrace, unecessary high chair taking up space, faulty side lamps in bedrooms that tripped the fuse box (though were sorted on the second day), parking two cars was possible but a little tricky

• Dawn (6/5): - The location and parking were good. I would like to add that a jewelry box and contents left behind were returned to us promptly and we very much appreciate this so many thanks. The cleaning could have been a lot better - there were many cobwebs inside the house and not overnight spider webs which we all can get but webs which were dusty and had debris in them so had obviously been there some time. There was a stain splattered across the kitchen ceiling and the oven glove had holes in it resulting in a nasty burn when it was used. There was a fault with one of the showers which was fixed very quickly but the hot water only comes on twice a day which meant it often ran cold. The worst thing was the tiled bath access panel fell from the side of the bath as it was not held up with anything and a tile fell off and smashed into shards inches away from a toddler. There did not seem to be any proper grout applied - a few corners were already missing from other tiles. For the price, we expected better quality so although the location was great and the house was a good size, it was a case of fur coat and no knickers as the details and the level of cleaning did not match the price tag.

• Joanne (8/5): Lovely house in Wells - Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. The stairs were extremely steep - there is a handrail but it would be a good idea to put some kind of handle/ rail at the top of the stairs.

• Ali (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent Very responsive hosts Rooms and bathrooms lovely Comfortable and well equipped Underfloor heating in main living area was nice especially with a toddler where we spent floor time No electric car charging on site although available in car park very close by but car parking charges apply during the day. Stairs are quite steep for anyone with mobility problems
• Michael (10/5): We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay while visiting North Norfolk. - Very clean and comfortable. Attractively decorated and furnished. Excellent collection of books! It gave the impression that the hosts were keen to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We couldn't find a couple of kitchen utensils - bottle opener, wooden spoons.

• Julie (9/5): Wonderful house for a family break. - Lovely home, very spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a holiday. The house is very close to the town so easy to access shops, restaurants and the beach. The stairs are quite steep so something to be mindful of.

The house is very well furnished and arranged - with plenty of bathrooms! Comfy beds. Outside space is very good. Parking was always available for our two cars. We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay and hope to come back again. Thank you. We liked everything there. We thought a few things could have been added in the kitchen, e.g. a microwave (we all agreed this could have been very useful) and some additional utensils etc, to make it even better.

• Sarah (10/5): Dreamy, spacious, well appointed- the perfect beach holiday home at Wells next to Sea - Gorgeous home! Meticulously well appointed with high spec appliances and beautifully decorated bedrooms and lounges. The back garden is perfect for dining outdoors. Fabulous location for easy walk to the harbour and the best fish and chips. We could see beautiful sunsets over the coast upstairs at night. I wish whomever decorated this house could style my own home- every detail was so well thought through! The management for the property pick up phone immediately and were very helpful and responsive. Thanks for a fabulous stay! :)
