• Sladjan (7/5): Wunderschöne Lage und venezianisches Ambiente, jedoch mit deutlichen Schwächen beim Zimmerservice an - Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und ideal, um Venedig zu Fuss zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Kanal mit vorbeifahrenden Gondeln und entsprach genau dem venezianischen Stil, den wir uns erhofft hatten. Der Hotelmanager war freundlich und bemüht, Lösungen zu finden. Kurz nach unserer Ankunft begann Wasser von der Decke unseres Zimmers zu tropfen, sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Da keine gleichwertige Suite verfügbar war, mussten wir für eine Nacht in eine niedrigere Zimmerkategorie umziehen und am nächsten Tag erneut wechseln, was mit erheblichem Aufwand verbunden war. Zusätzlich wurden Wasserflaschen, Duschmittel und Papiertücher teilweise nicht nachgefüllt und das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant entsprach nicht dem Qualitätsniveau, das wir bei diesem Preis erwartet hätten. (Lasagne aus der Mikrowelle)
• Quirin (6/5): Völlig überteuerte Unterkunft. - Ansprechend renoviertes Hotel in guter Lage. 700 € für ein schlichtes Zimmer mit Blick auf einen Schrotthaufen. Erst nach umständlicher Reklamation konnte die zweite Nacht das gebuchte Zimmer mit Blick auf einen schönen Kanal bezogen werden.

• Paul (10/5): Great stay very good location and made life a lot easier for us walking around Venice - The location is very central and very close to the Bridge of Sighs. Staff are very helpful and 10 minutes walk to St Marks Square. We got a water TAXI from the airport to the Hotel and it was worth the money. Breakfast was good and food and drink quality very good. I would have no problem in staying here again.

La chambre est un peu petite pour le prix, cependant elle est bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen; Il y a bien des oeufs brouillés mais si vous voulez oeuf au plat ou omelette il y a un extra charge; Le pain est très médiocre et il n'y a pas de pain sans gluten, ni complet. Il y a surtout de la charcuterie donc peu de chose adapté pour les végétarien. Pour un petit déjeuner à la Française, c'est très décevant.

• András (7/5): Nem erre számítottam sajnos. - A Szent Márk tértől való távolság. Hogy az ablak a kanálisra nézett. Volt több dolog, ami váratlanul ért. Nem arra számítottam. A kiülős terasz miatt választottam a szállást és a kanélisra nyíló erkély miatt, reggelivel, előre kifizetve. A kiülős terasz, az a kanális szemközti oldala és nem oda tartozik, tehát ez sajnos nem jött össze, ahogy másik kép alapján az erkély se (ablak volt helyette). A kicsekkolás kicsit kellemetlen volt, mert előre beterhelt kártya volt és le is volt a bankban mínuszolva, de amikor menni akartunk el, mondták, hogy még nincs fizetve... Ott mérges lettem, mert tudtam, hogy be lett terhelve a kártyám. Külföldiként, nem törvényszerű, hogy beszéljek olaszul, se angolul. Szóval ott volt egy kis félre értés, mire kiderült, hogy be lett terhelve, de nekik még jóvá kellett utólag hgyniuk azt, amit korábban már levontak. Így nem lett 2x kifizetve, de kellemetlen volt. SOHA így még nem volt ebből gond, pedig sokat utazunk. Utolsó, ami VISSZATÉRŐ BOOKING PROBLÉMA, szóval tesség nyugodtan tovább fejleszteni: a szűrők használata. HA a szálláskeresés elején már EGYÉRTELMŰEN rászűrök, hogy Velence, szálloda, 4 csillag, 5 csillag, dátum, reggelelivel, központi elhelyezkedés, akkor az ajánlott HOTEL-en belüli szoba ajánlásoknál, ne húzzon be olyat, hogy reggeli nélkül, mert így fizettem egy irráálisan magas árú (egy inponzáns Portofínói és Firenzei szállás után) szállást Velencében, ami szállásként nem adott nekem többet, CSERÉBE még utolsó bakiként kiderült, hogy reggeli sincs az árban, szóval szaladhattam a 3 éves kisfiammal reggel, hogy találjunk valami reggelizőt valahol, amik 99%-a 9kor nyitott. MÉRGES voltam nagyon! NE AJÁNLJON BE OLYAN SZÁLLÁST, AHOL MÁR EGYÉRTELMŰEN KINYILATKOZTATTAM, HOGY REGGELIVEL. (ha tudom, hogy nincsen benne reggeli, egész biztosan nem itt foglalok.
• David (8/5): This is a wonderful place to stay in Venice if you can ask for a quiet room. - Charming old property that has been nicely updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. The location was as good as it gets. Room was noisy at night. Party boats playing very loud music went by several times a night through the canal below our window. We have stayed at this property in past years and not experienced the party boats.

Besides the previous compliments an additional benefit is the (small) hotel terrace directly at one of the canals + a direct boot entrance. This means you can book a water-taxi from the airport directly towards the hotel. Super nice experience The room next door / above(?) was a bit noisy. Nothing really the hotel could do about it.

• Matthew (10/5): A gem of a hotel, hidden in the heart of Venice. - Great central location, once we found the hotel (3 minutes from our water taxi, walk behind St Mark's Basilica) it was right in the heart of Venice, all the famous and interesting sights were very easy to find, (and to find our way back from!). We had a lovely stay at the hotel, quiet, comfortable and centrally located. The breakfast room, bar and lounge are very cosy and inviting.. there was a decent variety with great coffee. The concierge called me a few days before to discuss our stay as there had been some flooding and he quickly rearranged our accommodation. The room was spacious, overlooking the canal and decorated in a warm authentic style. We would definitely stay again.

Oda - lokasyonu, San marco bölgesinde meydana 5 dk yürüyüş, turistik mekanlara ulaşım mesafesinde. Personel profesyonel.. tesisin beğenmediğim bir yönü yok.. sadece san marco ile marco polo havalanı arasındaki ulaşımı ( mali ve zaman ) dikkate almak gerekiyor.

• Liya (10/5): Good out at 12:00! Also You can ask your breakfast at room. - Location and stuff are simply great! We had a super late check in and we got all the help from the front desk and concierge. The room was super clean and comfortable.

• Daniel (8/5): - The location is wonderful, very convenient with easy access to all the popular tourist spots! The room requires some refurbishment. The door doesn't close properly, and the shower hose is leaking. Overall, it is not a deluxe room.

• Mark (7/5): - A brilliant location about 200 m from St Mark's Square there was no comfortable lounge to sit in. also housekeeping continually failed to top up the tea and coffee in the room even though we asked several times. A small point, but annoying if you wanted to make a drink.

• Alexander (10/5): The place is very special for couples, the hotel is spectacular for a very romantic moment that will remain in our memor - The location is good and everything was good I believe you need more signage so that people can easily find the hotel, especially at night.

• Tejal (2/5): Very hot room in November, and the staff did not care! - Breakfast was good selection and plentiful. Desk staff in different to any issues - my room was 27 degrees celsius and when I raised this issue with the front desk they said there is nothing they can do as its november and their AC is turned off for the season. My room was on the lower floor and it was very cold outside, and so it was clearly an issue with the hotel. They told me to sleep with the window open - I was a solo female traveller in a lower floor in an annexe building - I was not going to do that for my safety. Overall I felt a bit intimidated by the all the male staff who got quite annoyed. Good location

• Gela (10/5): - Amazing location! We got the room with the terrace and it was a wonderful little bird's eye view of this corner of Venice. The staff was highly attentive and accommodating. When I checked out, it was acqua alta so the water taxi couldn't come all the way in. Front desk kindly asked one of the porters to walk me down the canal to help me with my luggage. I am so relieved I didn't have navigate it on my own. They even had wine in our room as a welcoming gift. Very thoughtful! None

L'unica pecca, anche per chi sta alla reception, è che l'ingresso ed il salottino subito di fronte erano davvero gelati e quindi impraticabili (troppo freddo per sedersi a leggere un libro senza giacca) - forse un problema col riscaldamento?
