By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Hillas (10/5): - I loved having 2 living area's with heaps of space the beach was a 5 minute walk everything was great comfy bed's too..loved the character of the house bit old school There was nothing we didn't like
Sally (7/5): Had a great time. - Great house for a family. Lots of beds, games, couch and table space. Not very clean. Dust, and spider webs inside. Not super dirty but no extra care with cleaning under couch, window sills, toilets etc.

Lauren (8/5): Great place for family groups, loved the addition of the table tennis table and out door space! - Location was excellent, 5 mins to Cowes and a 5 min walk to the local beach! The street was quiet and great for families being off the main road. Heaps of room for animals and multiple cars! A larger couch in the main lounge, being that the house sleeps 11 the counch in the lounge was cramped for that many people.
