• YIANNIS (7/5): VFM, select carefully the offered rooms (which floor, balcony or window). - The hotel is in the center of Courchevel 1650, very close to the ski lifts. The family room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. Various SM and stores are very close by. The restaurant was excellent and VFM. No elevator, so we had to walk 3 floors up and down. The family room has no balcony, only a window with a limited view. The central heating was always on, and we couldn't adjust it (extremely hot in the room). No fridge in the room.

• Ekatrina (10/5): Excellent - Un hôtel calme et chaleureux, à l’atmosphère familiale, idéalement situé dans une jolie rue paisible. L’accueil est incroyablement agréable et attentionné, on se sent immédiatement bienvenu. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux et parfaitement pensé pour les journées de ski, avec un large choix et une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le soir, le restaurant propose une délicieuse cuisine s maison, servie par une équipe toujours souriante et disponible.🫶 Un emplacement très pratique, à deux pas des pistes et des bars, restaurants et d’une petite épicerie, tout en conservant le calme et le charme du lieu. Une adresse où l’on a vraiment envie de revenir. Merci 🙏🏻

• Abdulaziz (2/5): Unhappy & bad. - The room was decent to a certain extent but they were not extremely stingy with everything, pillows, tissues, & literally everything. The bed has a tiny bit of blood when we checked in but we did not say anything. Towels were wrapped not changed, tissues were not refilled, no water was given. Everything we asked from them was denied & we were asked to get it from their restaurant (paid of course). The balcony is not a balcony, has nothing & shared with all the rooms on the same line up. For the amount paid, which is HUGE we did not get its worth whatsoever. Nice laundry service & slippers but other than that I would not go again. • Andrew (9/5): Excellent Hotel in great location. Better than expected. Would definitely stay again. - Can’t fault the Hotel Edelweiss. Great location in 1650 near the lifts and near the shuttle bus. Lovely host. Decent room. Great breakfast. Excellent overall experience. A bit of a smell in the corridor near the bedrooms.

• Leo (10/5): Super séjour - Super séjour. La chambre offre une très belle vue sur la montagne. L’hôtel, les chambres et le restaurant sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût! Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel est souriant et attentionné. Les pistes et les commerces sont vraiment à proximité! Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

• Sophie (7/5): Bon séjour malgré problèmes d’entretien - L’emplacement La qualité de la literie L’espace et le mobilier Problèmes d’entretien de certains équipements: ampoules défectueuses, télécommande TV ne marchait pas dans la chambre, balayette des wc présente mais sans récipient dessous…, refoulement odeur des wc dans la petite sdb. Propreté limite des sols et de la cuisine à notre arrivée.

• Igor (6/5): - Хорошая локация, понравилось даже больше чем 1850. Тут как то уютней, меньше людей, меньше суеты. Нет полиции) Ну за 300+ евро сутки не дают вообще ничего, даже воду, предлагая бутылочку за 12 евро. Нормальный отель, но из-за жадности в мелочах не рекомендую и не вернусь.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, accueillant et de bons conseils. Les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et l’hôtel est situé à 2 pas des pistes et du centre ! Je recommande !!!!
• MEGANE (10/5): Excellent rapport qualité/prix - Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux dans cet hôtel situé à deux pas des pistes. L'emplacement est idéal pour les skieurs, un véritable atout pour profiter pleinement de la station. L’hôtel est également situé près de toutes commodités (location de ski, commerces, boutiques. Le restaurant Henri attenant à l’hôtel est tout autant qualitatif que l’hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. La chambre était spacieuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le confort de la literie et l'ambiance chaleureuse de l'établissement. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent, surtout pour un hôtel aussi bien situé à Courchevel. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

It is so dirty that noone can imagine and all the rooms and corridors smell so bad. The food-breakfast is awful … i got really sick I had booked for six days and the second day with some friends that were also staying we decided to pay other hotel (we lost the money we paid for this hotel) for three nights. The only bad thing is that the last night we had to go back as there was no availability in any other place and then the smell and the dirty was even worse. Really I can not describe this Dirty Very bad smell No privacy. The rooms have the same balcony with no separator Food awful and we got sick

• Αντωνιου Κωστας (5/5): Πολύ μέτριο - Τοποθεσία Είχε απαίσια μυρωδιά στους διαδρόμους αλλά και στο δωμάτιο , δεν λειτουργούσε ο εξαερισμός πουθενά και το βράδυ έκλειναν την θέρμανση με αποτέλεσμα να Πρπει να βάλεις παραπάνω ρούχα για να μην κρυώνεις ! Επίσης το προσωπικό ήταν μουγγό !

• Abdullah (7/5): - Clean and simple This hotel had a significant odor issue throughout the property. Additionally, the receptionist's handling of my credit card was unprofessional. He took photo copy my card, which I felt was insecure. When I expressed my concern, he became aggressive and dismissive, implying I didn't understand the process.

• Michael Ramsay (7/5): Magic location, very reasonably priced for Courchevel. - Fantastic location in 1650. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast very basic and probably not quite worth the 15 euros charge per day. The reception staff were unsmiling on arrival and departure. No lift in the premises, so you need to be strong to lift your cases up and down the stairs (no offer of assistance from the staff).
• Alexandru (8/5): Just Ok - Location is in the center of Courchevelle (not 1850). Rooms are small. The hotel was ok, staff ok. But in our opinion the value for the money is not there. The common areas are a little rundown and also the exterior of the hotel.

• Hofmann (8/5): Piękna pogoda i klimat rodzinnego/młodzieżowego Courchevel - Lokalizacja blisko stoku, restauracji i sklepów. Czystość pokoju. Narciarnia. Brak windy, jakichkolwiek udogodnień typu sauna - ale będąc nastawionym na jazdę na nartach i wychodzenie poza hotel wieczorem - wszystko ok.

Omar was very rude with us the moment we checked in till we left he asked for my credit card details i said why i never gave it before in any hotel and my details are already in my booking he starts screaming being aggressive he said you are in france you speak french omg … after 4 hours road and knowing that i already paid well nothing to do lawful person in the morning i told the manager about what happened his answer was ok he didn’t apologize even never this hotel again never

The real issues is the absence of elevator leaving us to carry many bags down 3 flights of stairs the lack of elevator and no assistance with luggage.

• Sandra (5/5): - Breakfast location was great with fantastic views. The food lacked a bit of variety Music in the restaurant was far too loud and I would not eat there again because of this. The rooms were cleaned nicely, but tea / coffee were not topped up each day. I was disappointed that there is no lounge area in the hotel.
