Petite déjeuner parfait, chambre très clean, piscine agréable je recommande. Les travaux sur le bungalow alors que j’étais encore dans la chambre le matin c’est pas sérieux…

• Ed (9/5): A well priced, comfortable hotel in a good part of town - Staff excellent (we had problems identifying location for night bus pick up and they couldn’t have been more supportive), room spacious and good shower, location good for restaurants and getting about Breakfast was poor. It is almost I entirely regional SE Asian occupied and we’re very happy with non Western breakfast but options limited to noodle soup with small section of other stuff. Sunday had more options but Monday reduced to very little. Ladies lovely.

• Olivier06600 (10/5): Excellent séjour à Pleiku et au Luckystar hotel - Le service. On m'a demandé mes préférences pour le petit déjeuner et dès le lendemain j'avais un croissant et un jus d'orange. Une personne du staff m'a emmené en scooter au marché pour un achat bien précis avec gentillesse et efficacité. Bref le personnel se plie en 4 pour rendre service..Un grand merci a tous 😊. A part l'eau de la piscine un peu fraîche j'ai tout apprécié.

Không xuất vat cho khách booking khi khách thanh quán tại khách sạn. Bunggalo quá nhỏ thiếu tiện nghi.

Particularly Mrs Hoa, who took me on her own motorbike to a pharmacy to pick up cough medicine for my sister...then to stop for banh mi, juice and water. The facilities are lovely, rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast has a nice variety. Staff was very responsive to our needs. Will absolutely stay here again when I come back to Pleiku construction noise. I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel during the day, so it didn't affect me much, but it got a little loud sometimes.

• Max (10/5): It was an interesting experience - This hotel was where I stayed on my last night in Vietnam. I was originally planning to leave earlier, but when I opened the app and saw a discount, I decided to book the last available room. Although it was the cheapest option, the service was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

• Goodgirlgonebad (10/5): Wild sunflower & mountain view from the window impressed me much together with the excellent service - I spend two nights in the hotel. The location is quite good 'cos it takes only 10 minutes to walk to Đại Đoàn Kết square. For those who are runners, they can easily find the route to get running tracklog in the morning. The facilities are in good condition, the room is spacious and clean and I can see the new year atmosphere in the hotel. Car parking is also free and easy to get access to The staff are accommodating and helpful. They give clear information of Pleiku city and help us to hire a motor bike with reasonable price. Also the staff in the restaurant are very nice and caring, they served good foods for breakfast. There is a small shop in the hotel which provides local specialities such as coffee, cashew... The hotel goes beyond my expectations! I will recommend this hotel to my friend or will get a room if I visit this beautiful city next time! I must send my thanks to the management and staff for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service :)) The second day, I move to smaller room located in the middle of the building (The room is available at 10AM and the bellman helped us to carry luggage to the room carefully). There is one think I dislike is that the toilet is designed near the WC door and it is only 15 cm far from the wall so it 's hard for big size person to use the toilet (This note is for the architect :P). The toilet in the triple room is quite comfortable. Other than that, everything is quite good and I get my money's worth!

• Donald (5/5): Unlucky at Lucky Star - This is a fine hotel ... if you're "lucky." Unfortunately, we weren't. Our arrival coincided with absolutely jarring construction work that began at 7:45 a.m. for the two days of our stay. This wasn't normal 'noise" either, it was jackhammer noise! Our room was close to it as well, explained as constructing a new stairway. I'm sure it was necessary, but the hotel should have been closed during this time. How could management possibly expect their guests to have a comfortable stay under such terrible conditions?? The non-stop jackhammer construction noise throughout the day!!!! I had to go up to the pool area just to get away from the noise, marginally, in order to get some work done.
