• Katia (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Castelfranco Veneto - Molto vicino alla stazione e vicino anche al centro, li ho raggiunti a piedi entrambi. Camere a piano terra, ottima la pulizia. La struttura credo sia stata ristrutturata da poco, è tutto nuovissimo. Non ho visto il proprietario ma ha risposto subito al cellulare e mi ha guidato nell' accesso, mi ha inviato anche consigli su dove mangiare e ho trovato acqua in omaggio. Vicino al residence c'è anche un' ottima pasticceria per la colazione. Nel complesso mi sono trovata benissimo. L' unica cosa che posso dire è che il cuscino è piuttosto alto. Consiglio di mettere a disposizione anche un cuscino basso. Sottolineo comunque che sono rimasta solo una notte e non ho fatto presente la cosa al proprietario, magari sapendolo avrebbe provveduto.

• Yun Chien (10/5): - Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo! Avevo sbagliato la data della prenotazione, ma mi ha aiutato a cambiarla all’ultimo momento. La camera era pulita e tranquilla, l’aria condizionata molto confortevole, e anche il bagno pulito. Soggiorno davvero piacevole — consigliato!

• Murilo (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great, less than 5 minutes to the city center, and close to the train station for those who travel with the train. Also the checkin system was easy and the owner was extremely nice and helpful. Some things were falling apart (see photos) I found a nail on the floor, the room wasn’t very clean and the box unit leak water. You can see the door is damaged because of that. With small adjustments the room can be great again.

• Mac (8/5): A great place to stay in Castelfranco Veneto - The location is perfect. It is 3 minutes walk from the train station (and no, you don't hear the trains) and 10 minutes walk from the lively centre of Castelfranco Veneto. The whole facility, inside and out, including the room of course, is spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and had a well sized accommodating balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and crispy clean. Internet speeds are extremely good and everything they say in their description is 100% correct, and probably a little understated. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and gave me a choice of rooms, suggesting an upstairs one had a balcony and might be a little nicer. Because of a miscommunication between us, with the number of guest, they even waived the "Visitor Tax", which they did not have to do. It was appreciated. It really is a great place. There were two things that are somewhat minor but surprised me nonetheless. 1. They seemed reluctant to communicate by Whatsapp and seemed to prefer a voice call. This was fine by me as I am a fluent Italian speaker, albeit slightly hard of hearing. However if you do not speak Italian it may prove a little difficult to communicate. 2. There was no hot water or tea/coffee making facility either in the room or on the premises. I cannot remember the last time I booked a room that did not have a a kettle with a few satchels of tea and coffee with two mugs. Again, a very minor observation, but it just seemed odd. Perhaps it is a matter of aesthetics rather than costs.

• Olga (6/5): Very basic - Good price and location. Free parking in the vicinity. Good bakery right in the next building. 1) I booked a double room, but my husband and I were placed in a triple room, where the third bed stood too close to our bed and took up all the available space. 2) The lighting in the room and in the bathroom is very poor but you cannot open the curtains because the room is on the ground floor and all the windows face directly onto the street with pedestrians and cars. 3) There is a mini fridge in the room that makes noise at night. We also found food in our refrigerator that had been forgotten by other guests. 4) The bed was uncomfortable. It is made up of two separate single beds and has an uncomfortable mattress. The pillows are too soft. 5) Finally, check-in requires connecting with the hosts; there is no self-check-in, even if the room is paid in advance.
