Sehr träges Cerankochfeld, Dusche mit schimmeligen Fugen, Duschkopf mit schmierigen Ablagerungen, beim Duschen läuft das Wasser aus der Duschtasse und danach hat man viel Arbeit alles aufzuwischen, weil die Silikonfuge zwischen Duschwand und Wand fehlt! Im Schlafzimmer ist eine schimmelig tropfende Entlüftung die absolut nicht gewartet aussieht! Mein Mann hat während des Aufenthaltes eigenständig das Bedienpanel der Fußbodenheizug repariert, diese ließ sich nicht mehr abschalten und feuerte den ganzen Tag bis auf 34Grad hoch! Ein bisschen Pflege und Zuwendung täte der Wohnung sehr gut!

Dave, (2/5): APARTMENT 160-1 IS DARK, DISMALL AND DEPRESSING - Our booking indicated that the flat had a balcony and a terrace. There was no balcony. The terrace was mostly overgrown with weeds and not a place you would wish to sit. Attached are photos of the terrace. The booking confirmation stated the flat had mountain views; in a tiny percentage of the view from the sitting room window you could see a mountain, and from the terrace an even smaller percentage was mountain; the iconic Santa Croce mountain could not be seen at all. The flat is very dark because of its close proximity to buildings and/or walls blocking natural light.

Sanita (10/5): We can recomend this place, and definetly there is feeling that we could return. - We go with our family for ski vacation. Property was clean, warm. It was a great location near to the lifts. Really comfortable for 5people family. There was challenging to dry skiing boots us there was no equipment fir that. But we figure out how to deal with that.

Tatiana (10/5): Spacy modern and extremely comfortable apartment. - Really nice spacy, modern equipped apartment, great for a family with two grown children or as we were 4 adults. It was close to main road, but the sleeps were not disturbed. Excellent organization with parking, key pick up and also the communication with the owners. This apartment is exceptional and provided the needed relax after demanding hikes. All of us could find the place to relax there. Considering the luxury of the apartment, I suggest to owners to equip with more robust dishes, as glasses were fragile and pans as well. But that is the minor improvement to become top level.
