• PC (10/5): Good location, super spacious and comfortable - Location is quite convenient. It closes to Lidl (supermarket chain in swiss) just walk 2 mins. The apartment is spacious and enough for about 6 pp (mine is 4). And a lot of seasonings, soy sauce, oil for easy asian cooking. Free coffee and tea. And the last best thing is the owner has the super super quick response. That's so amazing for me, anytime I have any questions or problem, he reply quickly. For me, the pillow is too soft.

The place was spotlessly clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our family. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, and all the amenities were in great condition. ​One of the best parts was the location—it is literally right next to a supermarket, which made our daily shopping so convenient. We were traveling with a rental car, and accessing the train station was quick and easy. A huge thanks to the host for being so attentive and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location just few steps away from Lidl grocery store. The washroom is little compact but good enough for 3-4 people.

From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel genuinely welcomed, with a level of warmth and attentiveness that truly elevated the experience. Every request we had was handled seamlessly — from using the laundry facilities to cooking our own meals — everything was thoughtfully supported, making the stay feel effortless and comfortable. The house itself was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with delightful little treats that added an extra touch of care and sophistication. Having a dedicated parking space was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers with a car. The location is another standout feature. A Lidl supermarket is just nearby, making grocery shopping easy whenever we returned home. Interlaken West Station is only a 5–10 minute walk away, and along the way there’s a lovely playground where our child could enjoy some time outdoors — a perfect balance of practicality and family-friendly charm. There is honestly nothing we didn’t like during our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return without hesitation. • Zhigang (3/5): Overall, this apartment does not match its rating or price, and I would not recommend it to travellers expecting a comfo - Check-in was relatively easy and the location is ok for Interlaken, but it not quite central. I booked this apartment because of its very high rating (9.2/10), but the actual living conditions were far below expectations for the price (CHF 600). The apartment is overcrowded with too many beds (can live up to 9 people), which leaves very limited and uncomfortable living space. Bedding and towels were old and worn — towels were dark-coloured, stiff, and unpleasant to use, and quilt and pillow cases looked dated and heavily used. There were safety concerns, including awkwardly installed lighting in the living room (I hit my head multiple times) and many exposed extension cables and plugs. The door lock had no instructions, which resulted in us accidentally leaving the apartment unlocked when stepping out. There is no TV, and the internet was slow and unstable, which made the evenings particularly uncomfortable. When I raised these concerns after the stay, the host’s response was confrontational and dismissive rather than professional, focusing on challenging the complaint instead of addressing the issues raised.

Huge thanks to Carlo the owner, he was very helpful from the beginning of my booking and during our stay. He even allowed us for early check in and late check out. There is a big supermarket beside the apartment and we were able to cook our breakfast and nice dinner. 🤗 Nothing.

It would have been nice to have an oven, but otherwise it is very well appointed.

• LALINPAS (9/5): Everything was great. Close to supermarket - The place was very convenient and perfect for our group. It has a fully equipped kitchen where you can really cook, plus private parking. Public transport is also easy with a bus stop nearby, and the property is located right next to a large Lidl supermarket which was super convenient. The host was very kind and always checked in to make sure everything went well during our stay. Honestly, we didn’t find any downside — everything was great. Highly recommended! ✨ -Nothing-

• Suyash Sinha (10/5): Perfect Base for Exploring Interlaken & Jungfrau Region - We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, it’s in an excellent location if you're planning to explore the Interlaken and Jungfrau region. Both Interlaken West and Ost stations are easily accessible by bus or on foot, making public transport super convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the reserved parking spot was a big plus for our rental car. Special thanks to Carlo, the host, who was extremely hospitable throughout our visit. His warm welcome and helpfulness truly made the experience even better. This will definitely be my go-to place every time I visit the region in the future!

Unit is clean, decent location, washing machine is useful, but spartan and does not feel homey. No AC, no drier for clothes, no oven, and instead of towels they provide sandpaper that is likely too rough to use in furniture making.

Absolutely amazing view from the balcony and kitchen. Great location near lidl & bus stop and 15 mins walk from Interlaken west station. Giving 9 and not 10 because there was a foul smell at the entrance, probably from the janitor closet. But overall an amazing stay, kids enjoyed it the most. Just the foul smell at the entrance.

I would definitely recommend others to stay at this apartment! - Carlo’s apartment is very spacious and clean, and it comes with a parking spot which is good for travellers who drive around Switzerland. Carlo has been a super host and responded to our queries promptly. The check-in procedures and instructions are very clear and it has not been a problem to find the location of the apartment. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. There is a supermarket nearby. We were very delighted to be able to cook some rice (before our trip, we asked Carlo if he could provide us with a rice cooker, he said he had recently bought one!) We were not very used to the types of pillows provided. Carlo tried his best to make some suggestions in catering for our needs. However, it was quite late and he was at work, so he could not come to bring other pillows.

• Ahmad.rabie (9/5): A lovely, family-friendly stay — we extended our stay! - This apartment was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. It had a lovely private garden with a swing for kids, which added a special touch for our family. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed, from utensils to appliances, and plenty of useful amenities. Check-in instructions and procedure were among the easiest and smoothest we've experienced on our trip. Parking was perfect — right in front of the apartment with easy access in and out. The location was peaceful and pleasant, with a supermarket right across the street, and just a short walk to Höhematte Park. We even enjoyed watching the paragliders landing nearby in this Park — a unique and beautiful view from the apartment! We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night. Special thanks to the host, he was very friendly and helpful — Even after checkout, we realized we had forgotten something, he kindly searched for it and met us the next day to return it in person. Truly appreciated! Recommended for a family-friendly stay. We liked everything.
• Kamal (10/5): Great apartment and host - The apartment is very spacious with neat and clean rooms. The beds are comfortable. Everything is thought through in terms of making the stay comfortable like washing machine, dishwasher and even international sockets in every room. The kitchen has literally everything to cook a proper meal. Supermarket and bus stops are next door that comes in handy. Carlo is a great host, proactive and responsive. He was in constant touch and provided lot of good recommendations. He was kind enough to provide us late check-out as well. It is 10-12 mins walk from Interlaken West station. Although the roads are flat but it may not be easy to walk with the luggage. So consider taking bus 104 but you'll have to pay for the tickets as free visitor pass is given only after check-in.

Everything was well organized and clearly explained. The apartment was spotless it felt like my own mother had cleaned it! It was also very cosy, spacious, and the check-in process was super easy. Not only was everything accurately pictured, but the place was spotless, well equipped to cook meals, sleep my entire family comfortably, close to town, AND the host, Carlo, was a huge bonus!! Carlo went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed, were comfortable, had everything we needed and gave us free bus tickets, info on places to go and a special welcome gift. I've never had such an attentive, friendly and wonderful host in all of the places I've stayed. Highly recommend this place! No complaints!

The absence of a television was the only drawback; however, all other aspects were highly satisfactory.

He gave very clear instructions how to find an apartment and where to park. When we arrived, he welcomed us and surprisingly brought some drinks and snacks for the kids. During our stay, he was asking if everything is ok. I really liked it. I traveled with my family and kids and therefore the safety was priority for me, which I assured during our stay. All the items were clean and ready when we arrived.

Carlo was very helpful in guiding us on how to enjoy Interlaken within our short 2 nights stay. Perfect for families. There was a little bit more noise from the residents in the apartment building and going up to their rooms than I expected. The bed rooms were quiet enough, but it was a bit noisy in the common area.

Kitchen utensils are readily available so you can cook. The host, Carlo is very responsive to queries as well and makes sure you are comfortable during the stay, plus the welcome Swiss chocolates and drinks was lovely.

Location of house is also great. Next to apartment, you have lidl supermarket and back side of apartment is main centre of interlaken. From the kitchen you can have view of Harder Kulm which is great. TV wasn't there in the apartment.

Location is just next to Lidl supermarket which makes getting groceries easy. Location is also near the town and train station. And the most important to us.... has a parking spot.

Even the universal adoptor is available. WIFI also is really good. Everything exceeded our expectation and it feels perfect for our trip. Really exceptional. Keep it up HANNA APARTMENT.! SUPERB For our group we feel its so quite we want to do party after 9pm. We cannot do because its apartment regulations no party after 9pm. But its ok we are so happy.

• Snehal (9/5): Wonderful stay at Interlaken - The property was in a great location. The bus stop and grocery store were very near, within walking distance. The apartment was on first floor which made it easier for us with the bags. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities which were in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped with dinnerwares and cutleries and glasses. It even had a washing machine and dishwasher. The rooms and closet spaces were spacious. We were provided with two table fans which we found extremely useful during our stay. Our host was extremely nice and was kind enough to store ice creams, cold drink, breakfast cereal box and pasta and soup packet before our arrival in the apartment. We enjoyed the ice creams and cold drink upon our arrival, it was a pleasant treat in the hot weather😊. The beds were comfortable and we had enough blankets for our stay. The towels were clean and well stocked. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with shower gels and hand wash. There was no exhaust in the bathroom which made it hot post shower.
