Kein Platz um irgendetwas abzustellen und was mich am meisten stört, dass man die Hand- und Badetücher nirgends aufhängen kann. Es gibt nur eine Stange in einer Niesche mit ein paar Kleiderbügel, die so hoch montiert ist, dass ich nicht hinaufreichen konnte. Ich bin 1,67 m Wer hat diese absurde Idee, eine Kleiderstange so hoch oven zu montieren? ???

• Andrea (7/5): simpele verbljjfplaats, zeer proper, goede douche, wc, veel handdoeken, TV, goed bed rustig gelegen. - Locatie was goed. vlakbij station met vele bussen, metro , en op 10 minuten te voet van Santa Maria Maggiore met halte van de hop on hop off bus . vele restaurantjes in de straat. lift was in panne, Had speciaal gezocht naar plaats met lift daar ik niet goed te been ben. slechts één koffie bij het ontbijt.

• Roma72 (9/5): Confortabile soggiorno a Termini Terrace - Camera comoda, pulita e silenziosa nonostante essere a Termini. Ottima ubicazione e proprietario molto disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, lo consiglio.

• Aneta (10/5): - Pokój w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko Dworca Termini i stacji Metra. Do niektórych zabytków można było dojść pieszo w około 15 minut. W bliskiej odległości od mieszkania znajdowały się sklepy i restauracje. Pokój z łazienką, w którym byliśmy był czysty i przytulny, codziennie sprzątany. Łóżko wygodne. W pokoju cieplutko. Woda ciepła o każdej porze. Trzeciego dnia wymieniono ręczniki. W łazience znajdowały się kosmetyki do kąpieli. W razie potrzeby można było też poprosić o kapcie. Kuchnia wspólna dla wszystkich pokoi. Z kuchni wyjście na klimatyczny tarasik. Śniadania w stylu włoskim podawane do stolików. Pyszne croissanty z nadzieniem do wyboru. Do tego kawa, pieczywko ze słodkimi dodatkami i jogurt owocowy. Właściciel Mario bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Dał nam mapę Rzymu ze wszystkimi zabytkami, wytłumaczył jak się do nich dostać i polecił, co jest warte obejrzenia. Byliśmy z Nim cały czas w kontakcie na WhatsApp. Przed przyjazdem dostaliśmy filmik z instrukcją, jak dostać się z dworca do mieszkania. Właściciel był z nami w stałym kontakcie, co do godziny naszego przyjazdu, gdyż chciał nas osobiście powitać, co było bardzo miłe. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i jeżeli będziemy mieli taką możliwość z pewnością tu wrócimy.

• Mauricio (7/5): Bom para trânsito. - Localização bem perto do Termini. É um apartamento no qual se aluga o quarto e tem a sala compartilhada. No quarto tem banheiro privativo. No café da manhã é limitado a quantidade sendo um croissant por pessoa, com café, queijo, geleia. Para quem está de passagem e vai ficar uma ou duas noites está bem mas se for ficar muito mais tempo não sei se indicaria pois se quiser dormir até mais tarde, o silêncio da sala dependerá da educação dos outros hóspedes, pois dá para ouvir as pessoas conversando na sala. Para quem chega de madrugada no Termini é muito bom pois a orientação para chegar na porta e os códigos para entrar são muito fáceis. Não gostei do isolamento acústico dos quartos para a sala do apartamento, que é compartilhada com outros hóspedes.

Möjligheten att koppla av en stund på terrassen på kvällen, innan vi gick ut för att äta en bit. Möjligheten att kunna äta frukost på en Osteria i närheten med frukostkupong i och med att vi ville åka ut tidigast möjligt, till flygplatsen med buss. Kan inte komma på något direkt
• Klér (8/5): - Közel van a Termini, könnyű bejutni a reptérről. A belvárosi látnivalók könnyen elérhetők, gyalogosan. A reggeli nem önkiszolgáló, és kevés a választék.
• Susanne (7/5): - Das B&B ist in 3-4 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Termini zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit Mario war super, durch die Türcodes konnten wir auch abends spät einchecken ohne das jemand da sein musste. Es ist wirklich nur ein B&B mit 3 Zimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad, d.h. es ist recht hellhörig. Dementsprechend gab es auch kein Frühstücksbuffett sondern genau 1 Croissant mit Saft und Kaffee, Ei und Joghurt optional, was wohl in Italien so üblich ist. Die Dachterrasse ist auf dem 1. OG, also erwartet keine Aussicht.

• Dávid (9/5): In summary, it was good, it's in a good location, you can easily get anywhere and Mario, the owner, is a very nice p - the terrace and the cleanliness and the staff were very good (the chocolate croissant was very delicious) It was very hot in the evening and the seagulls were screaming in the street all night and because it was hot you couldn't close the window and the seagulls were very disturbing.
• Irene (5/5): - Stanza molto piccola e buia, bagno piccolissimo e stretto, lavabo piccolo piccolo. La terrazza non c'era, come invece appariva in foto. Sono rimasta delusa perché le foto lo mostravano decisamente diverso. Unica comodità la vicinanza alla stazione termini, ma lo sconsiglio se si viaggia da sola, specialmente di sera. Unica nota positiva :Pulizia buona e la persona che mi ha accolta era molto gentile. Non c'è ascensore, c'è una scala che porta al primo piano..per il resto, sono rimasta piuttosto delusa. Non ci tornerò più nemmeno per una notte. Con lo stesso prezzo, si trovano sistemazioni in hotel o b&b decisamente migliori e più confortevoli .

• Vitvitskyy (10/5): Fantastic stay all around would come back any day - The host Mario was amazing. Breakfast was great, chef was there ready to serve cappuccino and delicious croissants. Location was super close to all main attractions and the train station, we never had issues finding a place to eat. The terrace at the B&B was a great place to come and cool off before dinner. All around fantastic spot.

La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos metros de la estación Termini y se puede llegar caminando a muchos sitios de interés en 15-20 minutos (Coliseo, Fuente de Trevi, etc.). El desayuno es sencillo, tal como se indica, pero muy rico! La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda y todo limpio. Completamente recomendado!!

• Andre (4/5): Disappointing - Location / Bathtoom / TV / Clean Unconfortable Beds / Terrace Unusable - filled with objects and not very clean - fotos only show the good side of it / Contact with host was made just through whatsapp where the code for the door was handed / We had to ask for new clean towels / breakfast was just a croissant and a hot drink basically / tourist tax was requested by whatsapp 3 times and we had to leave the money on the table - no receipt of it until now.
• Doris (8/5): Very good - Very close to the Termini station, just a minute walk. In Termini you have all kinds of shops and metro to go anywhere, and if you are up to walking, you can walk anywhere (that's what I did). So if you want accommodation that will be close to everything, that is the one. I also liked the hospitality of the host and his assistant. Very pleasant people. It was a little loud at night because of the restaurant that is on the next entrance. Also the breakfast could be of more variety.

• Hossein (3/5): Poor - Hi, it's strange to me, I paid the entire rent. When I got the room, they charged me 48 euros as tourist tax!!! This was not good, the cleaner forgot to lock the door after cleaning the room. The key was on the door and the door was open!!! The location of the room was good and it was close to the bus and train station.
