- Fabrizio Gili (3/5): UNA STRUTTURA CON DESK CHE CHIUDE PRESTO - La colazione è nella media per strutture di questo livello Struttura scelta perchè dotata di ricarica auto elettriche, ma arrivando dopo ore 22 chiusura desk non si può usufruire della ricarica, poi hanno lasciato chiave dentro una cassetta posta, peccato che la chiave elettronica non funzionasse e quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare assistenza ed aspettare che arrivasse per entrare in hotel. Diciamo che per 280 euro in 4 c'è di meglio

- sanja (6/5): Schönes Hotel mit Garten und schöne Terrasse - Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel im Preis inbegriffen. Sehr schön renovierte Zimmer. Schönes Badezimmer Gute Betten Ruhige Gegend Schallisolierung im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr schöne Terrasse und gepflegtes Garten. Superior Zweibettzimmer ist kleiner als erwartet, wir hatten nur einen Sessel, der Teil zum Sitzen ist zu klein für zwei Personen. Bettenkopfteile aus Stammt waren sehr staubig.

- robi71 (7/5): Nič posebnega, poskusite kje drugje. - Rezidenca se nahaja blizu centra Ankarana, do morja se sprehodite v nekaj minutah hoje. Pred rezidenco je zagotovljen parkirni prostor, območje s savnami v kletnih prostorih je prijetno urejeno, na voljo je različno sadje, čaj in limonada, skratka SUPER. Plačilo vnaprej (še preden dobiš kartico od sobe), zajtrk je zelo skromen, uslužbenka nima volje do dela, ropotajoč inox voziček za odvoz hrane iz restavracije spominja na tistega, ki iz operacijske dvorane odpelje pacienta, ki ne preživi operacije. V drugih hotelih dobiš za nižje plačilo veliko več.

- Arno (8/5): Schönes Urlaubshotel, neue moderne Zimmer, es fehlt jedoch warme Atmosphäre - Schöne moderne und neue Zimmer und Bad. Personal (nicht alles Profis) ist sehr freundlich. Ausreichend und kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Es fehlt die Wärme und Stil im Hotel an sich, aber besonders im „Speisesaal“. Frühstück ist okay, aber nicht toll.

- Otto (8/5): Schönes Hotel, unmotivierter Zimmerservice - Sehr schönes Hotel, freundlicher Service, Zimmer in Ordnung.Tolles Frühstück, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Bautätigkeit neben unserem Zimmer, war uns beim Buchen nicht bewusst, ein booking.com Problem? Die Betten wurden praktisch nicht gemacht, sowas haben wir in all den Jahren noch nirgendwo erlebt. Die Leintücher wurden offenbar vom Zimmerpersonal genau so belassen, wie sie sie von uns nach dem Aufstehen vorgefunden haben, dann einfach die Bettdecken ungefaltet darüber gelegt. Die Qualität des Hotels ist ansonsten sehr gut, aber mit dem Zimmerpersonal sollte die Hotelleitung ein ernstes Wort reden.

A személyzet rossz napjai miatt nem pontozom le a helyet. Sajnos az unott személyzet el tudja rontani az élményt. Bármilyen kérdésre az a válasz, hogy a weboldalon vagy adtak egy prospektust. En úgy gondolom azért van recepciós, hogy segítsen a kérdésekben. Sajnos a wc kagylón előző használati foltok maradtak. Bármi "extraert" külön kell fizetni.

- Christian (7/5): Preis Leistung OK, schöne Lage nahe dem Meer. - Sehr schönes Haus, wir hatten eine Suite, hier war genügend Platz für uns vier. Personal wirkte etwas kühl, auf Kritik am Essen (Sandige Calamari beim Abendessen, saurer Mozzarella beim Frühstück, sowie schlecht gewordenes Obst) wurde nicht eingegangen. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig aber vieles nicht mehr frisch leider.
