Il y a de bons équipements comme un lave linge et un sèche linge, avec de la lessive. Il y a un aspirateur, du papier toilette, des sacs poubelles, des microfibres, des produits de nettoyage en quantité. Prévoir du cash à l arrivée. Nous n en n avions pas mais ils nous ont accompagné pour retirer et faire du cash sans pression. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, qui est attentionné L emplacement est à 20 min à pied de la place centrale

I’ve honestly never stayed in a place like this before—the Renaissance-style interior is beautiful and gives the whole apartment a really unique feel. Everything was clean and well kept. Alban was great, very friendly and always ready to help if needed. I’d definitely come back.

Jednoduchá domluva s majitelem, který byl ochotný pomoct se vším. K dispozici dvě ložnice a místnost s vybavenou kuchyni. Do centra v docházkové vzdálenosti pěšky, stejně tak do čtvrti Blloku, kde je víc restaurací, kaváren, atd. -

La posizione è comoda per visitare Tirana a piedi e il proprietario è disponibilissimo; ci ha indicato ristoranti, locali e prenotato Taxi con molta gentilezza. I letti sono comodi e la casa è ben attrezzata. Le chiavi vengono lasciate all'esterno con codice di sblocco quindi molto comodo per check-in e check-out

• Thomas (10/5): Wunderschöne Wohnung, wir wären gerne länger geblieben😊 - Die Wohnung ist hier auf den Bildern wunderschön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts, selbst ein Aufzug ist im Gebäude. Lediglich das finden der Wohnung ist ein bisschen heikel, aber solch den sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeber und die versendeten Videos war es dennoch kein Problem. Auch hat sich der Gastgeber proaktiv gemeldet und wir konnten im Vorhinein schon alles klären. Der Gastgeber hat uns sogar einen Platz in der Tiefgarage reserviert, nachdem das parken auf der Straße in diesem Wohngebiet sehr schwierig ist. Zugang zum Wohngebäude könnte besser und leichter zu finden sein
• Josefine (10/5): Fantastisch - Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in der 9 Etage, mit wundervoll handbemalten Decken. Der Eingang ist mit Google Maps etwas schwierig zu finden, aber der Inhaber kam sofort zu uns und hat uns abgeholt. Der Inhaber ist sehr fürsorglich, umsichtig und erklärt einem alle Besonderheiten der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und die Betten sind überaus bequem. Alles ist blitzblank sauber. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Alles war bestens!

• Andrii (9/5): - Insg. Gute und saubere Wohnung. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Eher gute Lage. Ca. 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es sichere Parkplatz für 9 Euro pro 12-24 Stunden. Umgebung ist auch gut. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Etwas veraltet oder für mich persönlich komplizierter Check-in. Man muss Termin im Voraus vereinbaren und genauso Check out. Der Besitzer ist aber nett, flexibel und freundlich.

• Darek (10/5): A real gem! - A beautifully designed apartment just a short walk from Tirana’s city center. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the stylish interiors and the many thoughtful details throughout. The owner and his daughter are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. If we ever return to Tirana, this would be our first choice of stay. The only downside of this apartment? We’ll never get to experience it for the first time again. Everything else - from the stylish design to the warm welcome - was simply perfect.
• Sizana (10/5): Petit séjour sympa à Tirana - La localisation de l’appartement L’état des draps d’une propreté incroyable La seule chose qui m’a déplu c’est que même les dosettes de café étaient payantes ,quelques bières au frigo egalement.Je pense vu le prix de la chambre et étant donné que ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un appartement particulier le hôte aurait pu au moins nous offrir le café comme nous sommes habitués à l’avoir avec les autres appartements que nous louons sur booking.
• ELISABETH (10/5): Parfait! - Très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied de la place Skanderbeg et de blloku. Au 9eme étage avec ascenseur, super vue sur Tirana du balcon/veranda. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais elle semble toute équipée et surtout très propre! Pas de Clim dans une des chambres mais même avec la chaleur ça n’a pas dérangé ! Super accueil, merci Nous reviendrons !

• Kim (8/5): Prima, maar met kleine kinderen even over nadenken. - Fijn appartement, schoon , fijne bedden. Bij aankomst werd ik en mijn kinderen er meerdere keren op gewezen dat de kinderen niets stuk mochten maken en als dit wel zou gebeuren dat ik voor de kosten zou op draaien. Dit is natuurlijk terecht. De man herhaalde dit 2x. Gelukkig ging alles goed. Maar ik denk dat als je kleine kinderen hebt hier wel rekening mee moet houden. Het appartement staat vol met prachtige accessoires.

• Melita (10/5): Perfect stay and perfect hosts! - The owner, his daughter and his wife were exceptional! We travel a lot but they were by far the best hosts ever. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. My mom’s wallet was stolen at the square and everybody was so helpful, translated to the police, drove us around and were very sympathetic. When we come back, we will be back here for sure! They were available at all times and helped us so much. The apartment is 10 minutes from the main square, the pyramid, new/old bazaar, beautiful, it is new, the paintings unbelievable, the furnishings just wow, extremely clean, has all that you need in for cooking, yes, we cooked some, the view amazing, an amazing bakery, cake shop and little markets just around the corner. Safe neighbourhood, shops, spa that we used 300m from the apartment... I don’t know what else to say than perfect! We do recommend the apartment in every possible way! Alban and the family, thank you so much!!! From the bottom of our hearts... Really... 11 out of 10! The above apartment had a party going on two nights in a row, I could hear them until the morning, but my mom and daughter slept like babies. I think it was due to the national holiday and that wasn’t the owner’s fault. We had a couple of rainy nights so we missed Netflix a little but the tv had English channels and cartoons so that was not a problem for us...

• Hai (10/5): Wonderful stay thank you - The design of the apartment is so beautiful, from the paintings and the whole set up. Location of the apartment was just perfect! Everything walking distance!. Place was just amazing,bed was comfy, the view from the balcony is so lovely you can see different colour buildings and mountains in a distance. Apartment had a kitchen and washing machine which we tried to use everyday. Alban was super helpful and kind. We accidentally parked our car in private parking lot as there was no sign and we arrived at 5am and the owner of the parking lot locks the garage. He did everything to help us get the car back. It was a very wonderful stay. Theres a cafe literally by the apartment full of lovely staff which makes the stay extra nice. Needs heating in the twin room as it gets very cold.

You have everything at your disposal. When you get off, you have a bar in front of the apartment. Everything it was perfect. Very clean.

• Juan (10/5): Nice place, comfortable, great location at a good price - 10 minute walk from downtown. Quiet place, everything was basically new. The host was super nice. There's a minibar inside the fridge with really good prices, I found that really useful! There's a balcony and the view was great, 100% recommended! My standard french/European sim card didn't work in Albania and the wifi in the bus station was terrible. So, I had a hard time trying to keep in contact with the host to meet him and receive the keys and instructions for the apartment. I know this is not 100% related to the apartment, but I just want to let you know that this is not the typical place where you receive an email from the owner with the instructions and the code and location of a box with the keys. So, make sure you have a constant internet connection at the time of arrival so you can use WhatsApp and Google maps and everything will be ok. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped with good wifi, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, excellent kitchen and good hot water. There is a lovely view from the enclosed balcony. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The main square is about 15/20 minutes walk. We will be back.

• Federico (9/5): Really nice place in Tirana - A really nice room with good furniture and a balcony. This is not related to the room itself, but it was really difficult to walk around town with a stroller, with all the construction work and unfinished sidewalks in the area.

In walking distance the city center. Nice quiet bar below where locals have their coffee. I had some questions to the owner and those were answered almost immediately. Great!
