Dario (5/5): Non ci tornerei - La vicinanza al centro e il garage comodo L’affaccio della nostra camera dava su una specie di vicolo e c’era una casa fatiscente a tre metri di distanza ! Siamo stati sempre con le persiane chiuse e le tende tirate ! Mai visto una camera così infelice!

Tgd invluded breakfast is fabulous, freshest food! The front desk guy ( forgot his name) was so so helpful and professional and gave us good advice and graciously did us a couple of favours too! Really nice. Woukx stay agsin. Great value too! A tiny bit dated furnishings and bed covers but not at all a bother. . All in all super

Grande chambre et literie parfaite; belle salle de douche. Petit déjeuner très bien fourni. Et surtout un personnel aux petits soins: de la réception au service du petit déjeuner en passant par les femmes de ménage : bravo ! Nous le conseillerons sans hésiter. La vue de la chambre donnait sur un vis à vis; dommage.

Konstantinos (10/5): Εξαιρετικό σημείο άψογα όλα στο ξενοδοχείο - Πεντακάθαρο πολύ κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο .Ευγενεστατοι πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν όλοι . Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό . Μεγάλο ατού το πάρκινγκ που είναι ακριβώς στο ξενοδοχείο με πάρα πολύ μικρή χρέωση .
Reinhard (9/5): Guter Einstieg in "16 Tage Sizilia" - Hotel wurde uns vom Sohn empfohlen. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommend es Personal, Super Frühstücksbuffet. Zentrale Lage kommen vor dem Rückflug wieder. Waren zufrieden.

WeiWei (8/5): 出入方便快捷酒店设施一般。 - 离景点很近走路距离，周边商业购物游玩都很便利。附带合理收费停车场，这样的停车场在Palermo市中心不容易发现，而且车位大。员工很友好，尤其早餐厅有位短发女员工特别热情。洗澡间淋浴头松动，要一手拿着才能淋浴。报告给前台了，不知后来是否有人来修理。淋浴间门下有很多污迹。迷你冰箱所有东西都要收费，等我游玩回来发现一个Snickers不见了，也报告给前台了。

Julie (10/5): A lovely hotel in Palermo - The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were immaculately clean and spacious with very attractive decor. Our room looked out over the lovely internal courtyard and was very peaceful at night. It is in a good location, within easy walking distance of the historic centre and the port. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.

Filip (10/5): Felt right at home - The staff was amazing, we felt like we're at home. The receptionists spoke perfect English, and people serving breakfast wanted to make sure we got the exact type of coffee we wanted (shout out to Lucca!) The breakfast, while limited, was great and you it felt it was sourced locally. Location is near Teatro Massimo and close to the pier. The parking is available on site, in a secured closed garage. The room looks out into the hotel terrace, but window has good isolation and curtains for privacy. The bed was very comfortable. All in all, perfectly worth the price and we'd happily stay here again! To enter the parking you need to literally drive into the hotel lobby entrance - there was no sign, indication or instructions given for this so we had to circle a bit before asking the reception. It would be better if there was clearer information for this.

Donald (7/5): - Location is convenient. The hotel has quite a bit of old charme. Room was very big. The room we had towards the street was very noisy, all day and night. Breakfast is nice, but it's weird a second cappucino would cost 3 EUR. Bed and sofa in our room were not very comfortable. Overall it seems hotels in Palermo are not good value for money.
Ellie (9/5): Italian hospitality - Italian ambiance. Excellent staff at front desk and breakfast buffet. Good location for walking to key areas. A special enjoyment was the beautiful breakfast buffet. A treat for the eyes as much for the stomach. Nadia was especially helpful in making us comfortable first thing in the morning w a tasty expresso.

Tutto perfetto: camere pulite, accoglienti e curate nei dettagli, posizione comodissima e atmosfera davvero piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale a Giorgia, che è stata semplicemente fantastica: sempre sorridente, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza. La sua gentilezza fa davvero la differenza e ti fa sentire come a casa. Colazione ottima e servizio impeccabile. Consiglio questo hotel a chiunque voglia vivere Palermo in totale relax e con un’accoglienza di alto livello. Ci tornerò’ sicuramente.

persown (9/5): Super hôtel loin des standards des grandes marques, kitsch, mais top! - La chambre très grande, très propre et très bien équipée. Par exemple de quoi se faire du thé et du café ; des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. Déco un peu kitsch dans la chambre, voir dans tout l'hôtel mais ça fait vraiment son charme. On est loin des hôtels standardisés et ça fait du bien! Chambre sur la cour intérieure vraiment calme, avec le bruit de la fontaine pour s'endormir! Un parking fermé, à l'intérieur (avec une porte un peu à la James Bond) et surtout immense! Honnêtement il parait disproportionné par rapport à l'hôtel, mais c'est top! Petit déjeuner dans une salle sympa, beaucoup de choses, mais comme souvent en Italie, beaucoup de produits industriels (trop sucrés notamment) ; le salé était plus intéressant par contre.

cathy (8/5): - Hotel très bien placé dans le quartier historique de Palerme, tout est à 20-30 mn à pieds. Le personnel est très disponible et aimable et certains parlent même un très bon français. Je regrette juste qu il n y ait pas eu de vrai jus d'oranges (oranges pressées) au petit déjeuner et j ai trouvé la literie un peu fatiguée (matelas pas assez ferme à mon goût)...mis à part cela, je recommande cet hôtel car l' ensemble de l' expérience est plutôt très satisfaisante.
Adam (10/5): A Hotel that cares about you like family, not just another guest - I cannot say enough good things about the hotel, and more importantly the people who make it so special. Sylvia, Giroirgia and the team made such a big effort to ensure we had an unforgettable time in Sicily. You really feel like family and can tell how much they care. The rooms were great and had plenty of space and storage. The hotel was very tidy, clean, had a nice authentic feel to it, and the location was just a few minutes walk from Teatro Massimo, so it was outside of the noisy, touristy places but they can easily be accessed with less than 5mins walk. If we ever return to Palermo, we would 100% stay here again, and recommend to everyone! Nothing
