- Ciro (9/5): Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Napoli - Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questo bellissimo appartamento in via Toledo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il signor Gianni è stato molto gentile e disponibile, organizzandoci anche gratuitamente un deposito bagagli prima del check-in. La posizione è davvero perfetta: nel cuore di Napoli, centralissima e comoda per raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche di Napoli. Nonostante si trovi in pieno centro, l’appartamento è molto silenzioso, oltre che pulito, spazioso, accogliente e curato nei dettagli, con lenzuola e asciugamani pulitissimi e profumati. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo per la zona, torneremo sicuramente con piacere!

Metro and funicular stations, markets, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets... Perfect place to explore Naples.

- Zorica (10/5): Perfect - Perfect location, hospitable host, cozy apartment, absolutely clean with comfortable bed, quiet place in the heart of noisy lively Naples. From this location you can explore Naples by foot or using public transport. Metro station is very close as well as local marcet with fresh groceries, caffes/restorants with excelent offer, arheological museum, old historic centar etc... The host Giovani is really kind person, ready to help. Grazie mille once again. I honestly recommend RosaRicca house

- Sharda (8/5): The accommodations at Rossa Ricca met my families needs for this leg of our trip. - This apartment was clean and had plenty of linens & towels. It was easy to get a hold of our renter Giovanni. The location is fantastic as you walked a half a street to the Dante train entrance and five minutes walk to the grocery store. I really like the added touch of a small notebook for visitors to leave a messsge to Napoli ( some said goodbye to Naples some wrote thank you notes etc) We are a family of 5 we only had enough beds for 4 to sleep. THis was not a big deal for us as my younger son was able to sleep with my husband and I. However if there were 5 adults this would have been very uncomfortable upon arrival or for one adult maybe having to sleep on the floor with the extra linens. It would have also been nice if there was a couch or sofa to sit on especially after a long day of sightseeing. There was a dining table and four chairs which was great but having a more comfortable couch or sofa to sit on would have been great; especially after a long day of sightseeing as a family. Not having the sofa we had to retreat to the bedrooms to try and stretch out. A suggestion would be to have a note from Giovanni about expectations for the renters. We did not know that we should not have the air conditioning running while we are out.
- Milagro (7/5): Beautiful property that could be better! - Style and looks exactly as shown in pics. The location resembles the area where it is placed. Walking distance from authentic Naples. We love the bathroom and in general the overall style of the apartment. Douche had schimmel. We reported it, but we decided to clean it ourselves because we liked the place and did not want to get troubled about it . There is not sofa to relax after the long walks and we missed some ice too. (No freezer).

- Liad (6/5): good value for a family - the location was great when we got there there was a weird smell in the apartment, and we found an ash tray with cigarette buds. the water in the bath took a while to get warmer. there weren’t enough forks and spoons and they were all thrown in the drawer without a tray.
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Good appartment in city center with kitchen, great bath, nice beds and TV. The owner was very helpful and nice- answered fast on whatsapp, brought us more blankets and let us stay for an extra hour. The breakfast Coffee + Croissant is located in a nice cafe nearby. The elevator costs 10 eurocent when the doorman of the building sits downataits (usually from 10-16).
