Guest Reviews
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (8/5): Great location ! - Location Aged interior.
- Aimee (7/5): A pleasant functional apartment in a great location - A beautiful apartment with all the facilities needed, this included utensils in the kitchen, a fridge, a dishwasher, plates, knifes etc. the two bathrooms were a pleasant thing for friends. Everything was clean and the view from the balcony was great. But if a mission to fetch the key, swipe for one door then code for another. One of the beds was very uncomfortable due to the mattress described as cardboard. No issues with the room with an ensuite. Nighttime noise rather loud from the bars, minor issue.
- Shivnita (9/5): Superb - Looks exactly like the photos. Stunning apartment and good amount of room to live in, clean and tidy. Great for us to stay while going to an event in the viaduct. The beds were strangely on wheels without a lock so moved around with just the slightest touch, was not a comfortable sleep when trying to avoid any type of movement - but stunning location, clean and everything else was great!
- Choy (9/5): Superb - Property at tge Viaduct harbour, just where we want to base. It's within walking distance to the city & plenty of restaurants option just below apartment. Would be more convenient if toiletries were not miniatures even if one could request for more, at a cost or no cost. A little extra to make apartment more homely.
- Dunlop (8/5): Very good -
- Julian (7/5): Good -
- Susan (7/5): Great location - Loved the location and the view. Very clean No idea how late and loud the music/nightlife was just below our window. (Bring a sound machine)
- Mike (7/5): Great location - Great location Not very clean
- Samantha (9/5): Highly recommended! - Great location, nice and airy, spotlessly clean and fab view. Also very helpful and welcoming host! Would love to come back one day! Would have liked more furniture on the balcony to make the most of the outlook and perhaps a few of the extras in the images that would have given it that little extra touch of luxury! Would still recommend though just for location, space and cleanliness!
- Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (9/5): Brilliant location for the city and marina. A lovely apartment for four people. - As described. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great views. Spacious. A little noisy at bedtime.
- Maximouse (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful from the moment we arrived. Everything was exactly as described & shown in photos.
- Trudi (6/5): Loved Auckland but would definitely look for a quieter location to stay in future - View and location was amazing The music from local bars/ venues was very loud and continued to the early hours of the morning making sleep challenging. The windows did not appear to be sound proofed however we could not hear any sounds from other residents of floors above or below.
- Jolene (10/5): Lovely clean apartment - Nowhere to park while collecting keys Said we needed to collect our vehicle then take keys back up to the apartment. Was not the case could get out without key fob. We live in a rural area so a bit confusing. Got there in the end
- Kate (9/5): Superb - Great location, lovely view, comfortable and clean. Initial communication to access apartment.
- Robin (10/5): great - shower was a little cold
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Slav (8/5): Great location with parking and Centrally located gives this apartment a đ - Communication & check-in was excellent. We arrived close to midnight and had no problem getting the keys & checking in.
The apartment is in a great location centrally located in the harbour district close to all the cafes, restaurant's & ferry terminal. We found the apartment to be quite spacious and the marina view was a bonus. The kitchen wasn't very well appointed with basic items and what was there was a mismatch collection. The location did get noisy on Friday & Saturday night but I guess that's the price you pay for the location. Only 1 working key was provided which wasn't ideal for two couples.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kylie (9/5): Hosts were easy to get hold of and helpful. A fun getaway with my girls. Would recommend. - So close to everything in the city.
Nice and big. Clean. Because itâs so close to the viaduct, the partying til the wee hours is very easy to hear.
- Sinead (9/5): Superb -
- Christoph (3/5): Be aware loud noise at night!!! - Really lovely views over the harbour. 2 normal sized bedrooms. Kitchen/living area with balcony Be aware, this area of the harbour is a party centre at night and the property is very loud. We had very loud music and people singing until 1:30am, which meant limited sleep for us. After enduring this for 2 nights on Wednesday and Thursday we shortened our stay and moved out. The property description unfortunately didnât mention the noise at night, and the host was completely rejecting our complaints saying we should have checked previous reviews. Very disappointing. In the end we had to pay for all nights. We still moved out as we didnât want to âenjoyâ the Friday and Saturday night party anymore.
- Smith (9/5): Superb -
- Jane (9/5): Superb -
- Hoi (5/5): Passable -
- Jacob (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colleen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mcconway (10/5): Exceptional - Great location on the viaduct. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops.
The view was wonderful!
It is a lovely apartment and the perfect size to accommodate 4 people staying for a weekend. The shower in the main bathroom would flood. The drain must need to be cleaned and cleared of 'debris'.
- Lavinia (10/5): Loved the accommodation - Pretty and spacious $90 for parking for 2 days
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tony (10/5): Great location, views & atmosphere. We have a toddler & the view from the balcony alone (on rainy days) kept him - Location in comparison to the viaduct, commercial bay, CBD was ideal. Very very small things, but the pillows werenât overly supportive
- Corina (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): This is a fun place to stay! It is clean and centrally located to take advantage of the party scene. - The location in the heart of the marina area entertainment, restaurants, bars, and cruise port was a delightful surprise. The view was spectacular. From the lanai you looked down on the alfresco diners and bars. The local yacht morage added to the fun by allowing us to dream a bit about sailing the beautiful bays of New Zealand. If we had not been met by someone, the directioons for getting into the parking garage, finding the way to the room, and street access to and from the room would have been confusing and difficult.
- Rowena (8/5): Very good -
- Jamie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Justin (10/5): Great place on the Viaduct! - Location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of everything! Itâs a beautiful apartment with everything you need. I was actually surprised at how well the windows kept the noise from the Viaduct down. Even though we stayed on a holiday weekend, we weee able to sleep well! Would highly recommend! Maybe another chair or two for the patio as there are usually 4 people in this apartment, but only two outdoor chairs.
- Heather (9/5): Superb - The location was very central to the cbd and the apartment was as described with lovely views.
Very clean and comfortable with precise instructions as to how to enter the property. The music Fri and Sat night from the restaurants below.
- Jakuza78 (10/5): Excellent stay - Instructions from the host were very clear
- Linda (5/5): Passable - The apartment was lovely, and during the day, the location was good. The views were nice. The music and noise coming from the pubs and restaurants below the apartment were awful đ. We were awake until 3am on the first night of our stay. DO NOT stay here if sleep is important to you. There was no information about the nightlife on Bookings. They will take no responsibility for this, and neither will the company we paid for our stay. We would not have stayed here had we known. No refund was offered and no change of accommodation. We resorted to earplugs and sleeping meds. Not what we'd hoped for!
- Faith (8/5): Very good - We stayed in the city for a family event & I found this beautiful apartment to stay with my Family as it was a 2min walk from the venue. The apartment was beautiful, it was right above the bars on the viaduct & convenient overall for my Family. Thank you for your hospitality and your prompt responses regarding a later checkout. Would definitely be back in the near future. Only thing that was difficult was parking but we managed to park at the Viaduct parking just down the street.
- Nick (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location in the heart of the Viaduct.
The apartment had everything you needed and importantly it was clean and very well presented.
I was a bit nervous about booking as there weren't many reviews but this is a great place to stay
- Patrick (4/5): Nice View, Bad Experience - Apartment was clean on arrival and spacious. Mostly matched pictures but some missing furniture. Close to harbor area which has lots of restaurants and the martime museum. Nice new frying pan. Nice view of harbor. Managers were just awful. Worst experience in our trip across ANZ. Did not get check-in information until after arrival time after endless back and forth trying to get this info. Reallly noisy at night between 10PM and 1AM - literally people screaming and yelling with loud reverb of multiple bands/DJs from clubs on harbor. Beds okay but matresses seemed cheap as did bed frames. Bums hang out in front of building which can be scary. Misinformation about parking - listing says included but fine print sent after booking says you have to pay double rate of surrounding area - bait and switch. Manager first insisted on cash only then after I got from ATM woudn't take cash - crazy. Overall bad experience and suggest considering other options for this price point. Some minor maintence issues like flashing light.
- Arneka (10/5): Great location with a view - Great location with a stunning view
