• Mujtaba (6/5): Pleasant - The property location is ideal, with many shops/restaurants as walking distance. The appartment was very dirty, with no signs of cleaning previous to our arrival. Furthermore, the last day the owner did not pay the electric bills which led to us not having any electricity.

• Deema (1/5): Awful - It was dirty, grimy, had loose black hairs all over the bathroom, bathtub, and shower, there were bloodstains on the bed sheets. The apartment wasn’t ready at check in so we had to wait outside until the owner responded to our messages and sent someone to open the door for us. He only sent the cleaners at check in time so they cleaned the apartment after we had already checked in. Horrible experience start to finish.

• Jurgita (7/5): Cute apartment - Spacy and cute. Close to several local restaurants. Good beds AC smells cat urin very short while after you begin to use it. Really an awful smell especially if you are depending on properly functioning AC. Bit more proper instructions regarding the key för apartment would be appreciated. The same applies regarding parking place and how to enter it. Tableware would need a proper wash in order to be clean and used.
• Mariana (10/5): Spacious, well-equipped, great view and location - The apartment was even more spacious than I expected: 2 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, a great living room, a kitchen, washing & drying machines. Having a parking spot was an advantage. The location is very convenient - we could get to the city center by taxi (2-3 OMR) or by car in 20 mins. Taxi to the Mall of Oman 1 OMR. There are many shops and cafes on the street, and I strongly recommend the Royan Afgan Restaurant across the road. The self-check-in was easy, and the host communicated very well. They left complimentary snacks and 2 bottles of water. The view from the master bedroom and living room is amazing! You can even see a sign "Muscat" on the hill at night. I'd definitely stay again! Nothing to complain about. Great value for the money.
