Le bruit de l’autoroute n’est pas gênant car double vitrage la nuit. Très propre . Très belles chambres . Un bémol spécial pour le petit déjeuner : excellentissime , de qualité . Nous reviendrons. The bed was very comfortable, our room very clean with everything we needed including a clothesdrying rack and clothespins. Simone and his mother always greeted us with a welcoming smile and were ready to help out in any way possible. The breakfast was delicious, excellent cappuccino, fresh fruit and an amazing choice of pastries and homemade cakes , served on the terrace. Our memories of this lovely spot will be one of the highlights of our visit to Italy. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality! We weren’t happy that we only booked four nights here!

• Diana (10/5): - Wir waren 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer, Badezimmer sind neu, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Gastgeber empfangen . Morgens gibt es ein reichhaltiges variierendes Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Kuchen, frischem Obstsalat u.s. w. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

In der Nähe gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und einen Laden, so dass wir uns in der Küche selber ein einfaches Essen zubereiten konnten. -

La struttura è immersa nella natura, un’oasi di pace a pochi minuti dal centro di Sestri Levante. Le camere sono molto belle e curate in ogni minimo dettaglio, e la colazione ottima, ricca e genuina. Un grazie di cuore ai proprietari, che ci hanno accolto con una gentilezza e un’attenzione speciali, facendoci sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Ci saremmo fermati volentieri ben più di un weekend! Sicuramente torneremo e lo consiglieremo a chiunque cerchi un posto autentico e accogliente per vivere Sestri Levante e dintorni. Tutto perfetto!

Der Gastgeber Simone war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat uns mit guten Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung versorgt. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker! Mein Mann und ich haben jeden Tag genossen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

The breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries, and wonderful focaccia; both sweet and savoury options alike. The room and common areas were very clean, and the shower was really nice.

• dawn (10/5): A tranquil oasis with excellent hosts - Everything! A little oasis. Simone and his mother were so welcoming . The room was really comfortable with air conditioning and every amenity. There was a room stocked with drinks and coffee etc which were all complimentary. The breakfast was amazing with loads of homemade pastries and different styles of eggs from the chickens in the grounds. From the very beginning, we felt at home thanks to the amazing hosts – Simone and his mother. They are extremely kind, attentive, and genuine people who made us feel like part of the family. Every morning started with a lovely breakfast and good coffee, and we really enjoyed sitting outside under the olive trees surrounded by nature. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, the kind of place where you can truly relax. We brought our dog, and Simone and his mother were very welcoming and caring towards him, which made the stay even more special. The location is also great: close enough to Sestri Levante and the sea, but far enough to enjoy the quietness of the countryside. Everything about this place radiates warmth and hospitality – we left with only good memories and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a genuine Ligurian agriturismo experience.

• Madeleine (7/5): Liebevoll und herzlich, leider zu viel autobahnlärm - Der Garten war toll für unseren Hund, genügend grün und Auslauf und Tiere auf dem Hof. die Terrasse zum Frühstück und das Essen war hervorragend, liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders der Obstsalat in der orangenschale ein traum. Auf Anfragen, wie gekochte Eier wurde Rücksicht genommen und zubereitet. Etwas Müsli und Nüsse wären wünschenswert. Der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche ist auch ein plus, da unser Zimmer etwas klein war. Die Inhaber sind sehr liebevoll und versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Mit dem Auto etwa 5-10 min zur Stadt / Strand. Es gibt einen hundestrand (Kies, Steine). Die unmittelbare Autobahn (Lärm), sodass man nachts nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen konnte. Aber sobald man die Fenster schließt ist Ruhe, nur muss die Klimaanlage laufen, was wir nicht mögen. Zu den vorhandenen Kosmetik goodies könnte man ohrstöpsel anbieten.

Set in a family villa in an olive grove above Sestri Levante, a popular seaside resort, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the town and ideal for those looking for a peaceful base from which to explore the Ligurian coast. Everything you could possibly want is provided by the charming and kind hosts, Simone and Irena, who are always on hand for their guests. The en-suite rooms are modern and comfortable - and the breakfast is outstanding. You can also relax under the olive trees in the extensive grounds. I really enjoyed staying at Agriturismo Uliveto Bartolomeo and would love to return there some day. 0

In cima alle 10 Stelle c'è il servizio di Simone e della sua famiglia, che al massimo della disponibilità garantiscono un'accoglienza molto tranquilla. Eccezionale, per potersi sentire a casa anche quando in vacanza. Colazione sempre ottima, sia dolce che salata, gustata con un caffè circondati da un panorama rilassante. La cucina è a disposizione del clienti per prepararsi i propri pasti. Le camere sono moderne, e molto funzionali. La zona verde è molto ampia, ci sono diversi angoli a disposizione in cui godersi una pausa in relax. Posizione e connessioni sono molto buone - per chi non ha un mezzo proprio, ci sono dei bus (anche gratuiti) che portano alle spiagge e a Sestri. Anche in bici e a piedi la spiaggia di San Rená e Riva Trigoso sono raggiungibili in max. 25 Min. Minimarket appena dietro l'angolo della strada. Non posso che vivamente consigliarlo come meta per godersi una vacanza al mare! Spero di poterci tornare.

• Therese (10/5): - Non solo un angolo di bellezza e curatezza inaudita, ma i gestori, ( Simone,sua mamma e Stefano che si occupava della manutenzione dello stabile), di una gentilezza mai trovata. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come in una famiglia. MAI CI È SUCCESSO. L uliveto bellissimo, un angolo di natura curato, molti angoli con piccoli dettagli come piccole luci nelle bottiglie, la scaletta con i fiori...fiori ovunque...animaletti in resina che spuntano nascosti tra alberi. Amache...sedie...strepitoso. L'edificio è nuovo,curato e molto pulito. Un posticino da favola che mai dimenticheremo e in cui speriamo davvero di ritornare. Peraltro,abbiamo avuto un problema con l'apertura della macchina, mamma e figlio si sono prestati ad aiutarci da subito. Acqua... frutta ...tisane..a disposizione sempre nella zona in comune. Un posto davvero che fa riflettere a quanto è bello, soprattutto oggi, sentirsi accolti in un posto nuovo.Perché si vive non solo il luogo... ma l'esperienza di condivisione e familiarità che ha un valore inestimabile. Grazie davvero di queste bellissime giornate passate da voi, anche da parte del nostro cucciolo.

Very friendly owners and tasty breakfast. We travelled by train and it was an easy walk (17 min) from Riva Trigoso train station. Also around 25 min walk to the public beach. Everything was perfect :)

• Peter (10/5): Perfekt für die Erkundung von Portofino, Genua. - Die Gastgeber waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Die Anlage ist schön gelegen. Man ist in zwei Minuten auf der Autobahn Richtung Genua/Lucca, was für uns extrem hilfreich war. Das Frühstück war perfekt und die Reste standen den ganzen Tag zum freien Verzehr bereit. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit drei Tischen. Man kann sich am gekühlten Wasser und am Kapselkaffeeautomaten kostenlos bedienen. Nichts.

Y todo en un entorno muy cuidado, entre otras olivos, muy bonito! Si tengo que sacarle algún defecto, Google maps no ayuda a llegar, pero con la ayuda de Simone lo logramos.

• Guest (10/5): Breve ma bellissimo - Partiamo dal fatto che simone e sua mamma (i gestori della struttura) sono due persone fantastiche che ti fanno sentire come a casa e con cui scambiare volentieri due parole; il posto è incantevole immerso nel verde dei loro ulivi e la posizione super strategica per il mare (a circa 4/5 minuti in macchina). la colazione che ci siamo trovati davanti ha superato di gran lunga qualsiasi aspettativa, veramente ottima e al di sopra di altre colazioni fatte in strutture ben più costose! Super consigliato!

• Emanuela (10/5): - Siamo arrivati in questo meraviglioso agriturismo, immerso in uno splendido uliveto, nel primo pomeriggio di sabato 28/06, abbiamo trovato Simone ad accoglierci, e da subito abbiamo capito di aver fatto la scelta giusta. Ci ha spiegato tutto ciò che c’era da sapere, ci ha dato la sua disponibilità per ogni nostra necessità, ci siamo sentiti a casa, anzi, ancora meglio! L’agriturismo è estremamente curato in ogni particolare, all’ingresso si trova una zona comune, con a disposizione una cucina con tutto il necessario per gustarsi un buon caffè, un tè o una tisana…dopo la zona comune si trovano le camere, la nostra era molto bella e spaziosa e al nostro arrivo l’abbiamo trovata fresca, fuori faceva un caldo infernale!! Il bagno anch’esso spazioso con una doccia bella grande e comoda. Abbiamo dormito divinamente, letto comodissimo e al nostro risveglio ci aspettava una colazione degna di chiamarsi tale! Siamo usciti nel terrazzo e abbiamo trovato un tavolo apparecchiato con tutto quello che si poteva desiderare, dal dolce al salato, frutta fresca e frutta secca, yogurt, focacce…ma Simone ci ha deliziati con i suoi fantastici biscotti e le sue torte, insomma…c’era ogni ben di Dio, comprese le bruschette condite con l’olio dei suoi ulivi!! Abbiamo avuto anche l’onore di conoscere la sua mamma, una donna instancabile e attenta a tutto! Non saprei cos’altro aggiungere, l’unica pecca è che il nostro soggiorno è durato pochissimo...siamo dovuti ripartire troppo presto, ma non vediamo l’ora di ritornarci! Ringraziamo di cuore Simone e la sua mamma per averci fatto sentire a casa.

• Bichis (10/5): Absolute aanrader. We komen hier zeker terug als we weer in de buurt zijn! - Wat een fantastische plek! Alles aan deze Vila was perfect. De locatie is ideaal: dicht bij de snelwegen, maar daar merk je niets van — het is er heerlijk stil en vredig. De Vila ligt midden tussen de olijfbomen in een prachtig groen en goed verzorgd gebied. De accommodatie heeft vier stijlvol ingerichte kamers, elk met een unieke inrichting. Onze kamer was schoon, had een comfortabel bed, een luxe badkamer en een uitstekende airco die goed werkte tijdens de warme dagen. De koelkast was van topkwaliteit en bij aankomst gevuld met allerlei soorten dranken — een warm welkom! Er is ruime gratis parkeergelegenheid bij de Vila. Wij hadden ook twee elektrische steps bij ons, die we veilig in de garage konden plaatsen én opladen — ideaal! Een groot pluspunt is het inbegrepen zelfgemaakte ontbijt, met veel aandacht en liefde bereid door de moeder van Simone. Alles is vers en ze bieden bij het ontbijt ook hun eigen, huisgemaakte olijfolie aan om te proeven. Als die je bevalt (en dat deed het bij ons zeker!), kun je ook kopen — een echte aanrader, niet te vergelijken met producten uit de supermarkt. Bij dieetwensen of allergieën wordt er met alle zorg rekening gehouden. De gezamenlijke keuken is de hele dag toegankelijk en voorzien van gratis koffie, cappuccino, thee en een grote koelkast vol koud water. Echt een fijne extra service. Simone en haar moeder zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ze doen er alles aan om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. We verbleven hier vier nachten en zouden zonder twijfel terugkomen. De Vila is pas sinds 2024 geopend, dus alles is nog nieuw, fris, schoon en smaakvol ingericht. Buiten zijn er verschillende gezellige plekjes om te zitten, genieten van de rust en een drankje. Ook de ligging is handig: wil je zonder auto naar het centrum van Sestri Levante, dan loop je in nog geen 10 minuten naar de bushalte, en ben je in zo’n 13 minuten in het centrum.

• Gherarda (10/5): - Simone il proprietario ha una passione ed una attrazione per il cliente straordinaria. Colazione super curata, dolce e salata e di qualità, anche con prodotti per intolleranze/allergie. Terrazza in mezzo agli ulivi rilassante. Camera molto confortevole. BRAVO!!!

• Michaela (9/5): Peaceful stay with great breakfast and kind host. - We had a wonderful stay in the olive grove. The place was clean, peaceful, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious — one of the best we've had. We also bought some olive oil to take home as a lovely reminder of our stay. Highly recommended!

• Maria (10/5): Peccato esserci fermati solo una notte, torneremo sicuramente! - Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte all’Agriturismo Uliveto Bartolomeo, ma ci siamo trovati benissimo fin dal primo momento. Il posto è immerso nella natura, tranquillo e curato nei dettagli, perfetto per rilassarsi. La camera era pulita, accogliente e ben tenuta. La colazione è stata semplicemente perfetta: prodotti freschi, genuini e serviti con grande attenzione. Un ringraziamento speciale a Simone, il proprietario, una persona gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile.
• Mike (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Agriturismo Uliveto Bartolomeo. There was good access to the property to and from the motorway and other main roads. The beach /marina were a 15/20 minute walk or an easy drive. The accommodation is within an olive grove and surrounding gardens. The immaculate grounds are available for short walks or simply relaxing in the provided recliners or tables and chairs. Our room with en-suite shower room and air conditioning was very clean and comfortable. Simone our host went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including booking a table for us at a nearby restaurant. The breakfast provide by Simone was superb! There was a beautiful range of fresh locally produced foods which were delicious and looked a picture. We were able to enjoy them in the warm sunshine on the terrace. Upon leaving we were pleased to buy some olive oil produced from Simone's olive trees, now we are back home it's a very pleasant reminder of our stay

• Martina Patschke (10/5): - Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und hat toll geschmeckt! Jeden Tag gab es frische Blumen auf dem Tisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich! Der riesige Garten ist eine wunderbare Oase und ein schöner Kontrast zum Getümmel in Sestri Levante - fand auch unser Hund! Jederzeit wieder!
