Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoekjes aan omliggende stadjes en steden. De locatie zelf is al een oase van rust, groen en prachtige uitzichten over de omgeving. Fijn zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. De eigenaresse is vriendelijk en geeft tips voor de beste plekjes in de omgeving, altijd bereikbaar voor goede tips. Kan niets bedenken.

Enorm genoten van de rust en sprookjesachtige omgeving tussen de wijnranken en olijfbomen. Anna heeft ons een enorm welkom gevoel gegeven. Ze is súper hulpvaardig en geeft goede tips voor wandelingen/terracotta potten/stedenbezoekjes. Een oplader voor de elektrische auto zou handig zijn.

• Jan (10/5): Een pareltje tussen de wijnvelden - Zalige locatie, temidden de wijnvelden. De Toscaanse rust zoals in de boekjes. Ideale uitvalsbasis om de verschillende Toscaanse steden te bezoeken. Het domein is prachtig, met een handvol huisjes ben je niet niet alleen maar is het ook nooit een drukte. Zalig vertoeven aan het zwembad, eten onder de olijfboom, vriendelijke ontvangst, echt alles is voorhanden en niets was een probleem. Een pareltje! Echt niks gevonden dat tegenviel.

• Jelena (9/5): Heerlijke accommodatie in de Toscaanse heuvels nabij Florence - De accommodatie ligt prachtig in de Toscaanse heuvels met uitzicht op Florence. De stad is verrassend makkelijk bereikbaar, vooral als je met de auto naar een tramstation in de buurt rijdt. Een auto is daarbij wel eigenlijk noodzakelijk. In de omgeving zijn diverse eetgelegenheden. Zo hebben wij heerlijk biefstuk gegeten bij Fiore en een erg leuke wijnpicknick gedaan bij een lokale wijnboer. Het huis is ruim en comfortabel, met een zwembad, een klein barretje en wat speelgelegenheid voor kinderen, waardoor het ook voor gezinnen een prettige plek is. Een minpunt was dat de brandmelders in ons verblijf niet waren opgehangen. Ze lagen er wel, dus kan dat dit klusje nog gedaan moest worden.

I don’t know if you’ve ever experienced this, but having someone even provide mosquito repellent pills to make your stay more comfortable — to me, that’s just incredible. The house (we stayed in Geppetto) was big for two people, spacious, beautifully located, spotless, and everything was very well taken care of. You have absolutely everything you need. The pool is perfect. The mini bar that Anna put together is brilliant. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and it’s definitely on our list if we ever return to Tuscany Everything was perfect.
• Cora (10/5): Lovely stay on Tuscan hills - Lovely panorama on the Tuscan hills. The house is big, clean and even better than the pictures. Florence is less than a half our drive away, so it's a good compromise to enjoy the city while staying in nature (summer nights are definitely cooler on the hills). The pool is a plus and we loved the concept of having shared amenities at the bar. Anna was a helpful and available host. perhaps a bit more water could be added to the swimming pool as it is already not very deep.

Anna is an incredibly kind and welcoming host who has created a truly special sanctuary in Pian dei Cerri. The apartment was stunning — tastefully designed, comfortable, and surrounded by peaceful olive groves. Everything was spotless and felt infused with care and serenity. One of the most magical moments was walking outside at night and seeing fireflies glowing under the olive trees — it felt like stepping into a fairytale. The setting is quiet, natural, and perfect for anyone looking to rest, recharge, and reconnect with beauty. Thank you, Anna, for your warmth and for sharing this wonderful place. • Tim (10/5): Amazing, will consider coming again - We stayed at the two bedroom La Terrazza flat, and really enjoyed the views from the terrace and bedroom onto vineyards. Our 2 year old daughter enjoyed the play hut, trampoline and slide. It was great to see the property recycling all waste responsibly. Honesty bar with house wine, drinks and snacks was a nice touch. Anna gave some great advice on things to do and how to get there comfortably. Nothing to note.

Our apartment was super comfy, beautiful, very clean, and met all our expectations. It was a great bonus that the swimming pool was ready in April — so instead of exploring the area every day, we decided to stay in and enjoy some dolce far niente. We highly recommend staying at Partingoli. It's also a very convenient base for exploring Florence and northern Tuscany. Also, what a great idea with the bar you run, where guests can get wine and other hot and cold drinks! I only missed an outdoor table and chairs at the backyard of our apartment

• Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Interior: Loved the accommodation, the view, the facilities. We stayed in the 3 bedroom house unit, ( family of 5) . The house had everything you'd need and everything worked. Gas hob(family size), kettle, toaster, moka pot(we did not use it), clothes drying rack, hair dryer, fridge with freezer, microwave,.all the pots and pans and kitchenware you need to cook a proper meal. The washing machine is outside the house and common to other units, we used it a few times. There is a laundrette as well in a nearby town 10 mins drive away, incase you need a quick tumble dry, we used that once while we were having dinner nearby. The rooms are big and the house is spacious. Lots of natural light and cross ventilation on both floors. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms that might come in handy in the summer. Drawers and cupboards, clothes hanging room, and also storage space under the stairs. We really liked having 2 bathrooms in our unit, very useful when you're trying to get 5 people ready. The hot water was able to cope with both showers being used simultaneously. Wifi worked perfect on both our phones. We don't own tablets so can't comment on streaming etc. Why would one need streaming or tv anyway , you're in Tuscany ! Large living room with dining table and multiple sofas. Outdoors: Lovely exteriors with kids playing area, swing set etc that kids used every morning, we couldn't use the ping pong table or bbq area because of our packed sight seeing schedule. The best part of the outdoors was a communal area, a big garage or barn furnished and converted into a lounge area , with seating and with lots of kids toys, coffee machine, wine on tap, beers and drinks, ice cream. Everything at cost price. Every evening as soon as we got back to the house, the kids would run there, leaving us parents some quiet time at peace to have a drink or prepare a meal. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The only thing i would say is the photos don't do justice to how good and big the house actually is.

Outside sitting area for each apartment and one common covered room for sitting in the rain, with games for children and small snacks and wine for self-service. Neměli jsme žádný problém.

• Oana (10/5): Amazing stay at Casa Partingoli. - I liked the house,very spacious and clean.We had 2 bedroom ,one living room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms.The view is amazing,the quiet atmosphere let's you hear the birds in the morning,we saw deers in the evening and in the morning hunters.Even if it is a 30 min drive to Firenze ,i wouldn't want to have changed it for a rent in the city.We also had a bar for late drinks, and coffee for mornings and also snacks.The experience was wonderful. I can only recommend with all my heart. There was nothing to not like.

• Catharine (10/5): Exceptional - Anna was an absolute delight, well informed, and helpful. We were a large family group and used 3 houses. The largest house was perfect for us all to eat and be together. A large kitchen, plenty of indoor seating space, and a very big veranda overlooking Chianti country. There was also a large, very welcome, swimming pool. Play area and house for little ones, and a barn with toys, TV, and honesty bar. A bus stop at the end of the drive takes you to the tram to central Florence. Thank you, Anna, for a great stay.

• David (9/5): Superb - The pool was amazing a lot of the time we had it to ourselves. And the views are out of this world. Anna and Francesco are so nice they went above on beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. They are always there to give you tips on where to go. You do need a car as we learned as it high up in the hills. But once you are there it is magical. Mosquitoes there is loads of them so make sure to have repellent.

• Christopher (10/5): A wonderful lovely and comfortable place to stay and explore this beautiful region. - The location is perfect for relaxing and exploring this beautiful region - Casa Partingoli is deep in the Tuscan countryside and is very central to the whole region, but close to Florence. Our apartment had everything needed and was very spacious, cool and comfortable. Perfect for what we wanted. The pool, recreational amenities and cafe are brilliant. If you need to stay connected the WiFi is good - but the beauty of the rich and appealing Tuscan countryside will make you want to drop off the grid and plunge in without distractions. And Anna and the team are wonderful: helpful, knowledgeable, multi-lingual and just lovely people. We liked everything. One observation: it wasn’t an issue for us during our stay but there is only one washing machine for all the apartments and the site may benefit from a second when all the apartments are taken.
• Fengels (9/5): Great stay near florence - Great location (in the middle of a wine plantation), however just a short trip away from florence. There is a playground for kids and a common area also equipped with lots of toys and a small bar incl. a free water dispenser. The shower is very small.
• Santanu (7/5): Beautiful location, helping host with basic facilities - The location surrounded by vineyards and olive gardens are very beautiful There was no mirror in the rooms to get ready which was very inconvenient. The blankets had no cover instead it had a thin bedsheet underneath which I didn't prefer. That blanket must have been used by others before

The location and the view are out of this world. Perfect place for a relaxing and romantic vacation. Fully equipped kitchen Self service bar for snacks and drinks. In another word it was perfect. Don't ever go there without a car.as public transportation not available.

• Tali (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time in Casa Partingoli, a quiet relaxing wonderful few days. We arrived before the season and we had the whole place for ourselves, which suited us beautifully. It was so quiet. The place is beautifully situated, atop a hill with fields and vineyards all around. we spent a lovely morning just strolling around with the kids, there's an old watermill nearby (remnants of) and a small stream, but mostly just walking around in the fields, which unlike in other areas of Tuscany, weren't fenced. The pool was still closed and it was too cold for it anyway, but the children enjoyed the big trampoline and the big yard. Anna who works there was wonderful. Very forthcoming and helpful and just nice to be around. Available and at the same time not intrusive, we felt very well taken care of. The place is very nicely situated, we took day trips to some cities and to a hiking trail and everything was less than an hour away. We came by car and I think without it we would have been quite miserable, so if you're not into that I would think twice. There's a bus stop just down the hill but the closest supermarket is a 15 minutes drive by car to Montelupo and it's really secluded, there's nothing nearby but countryside and other lone houses and sleepy villages. For us it was heaven, exactly what we wanted
• Skavsek (9/5): Superb - It's a perfect location to really understand what is Tuscany like. The old building is proparly renovated and the appartments were really cosy, the rooms were huge, the views and the surroundings was amazing. We enjoyed our stay a lot and did every day a different sightseeing trip - Siena, Pisa, Florence. The 4 days passed way too fast! Thank you Anna for your hospitality!

• Natalie (7/5): Beautiful villa in quiet location - but no wifi in the villa - A lovely villa in a quiet setting. The common room is well-stocked and comfortable. The villa we stayed in had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a good kitchen. The weather became suddenly cold and we couldn't turn on the heating. No internet access in the villa - for a family with kids, that's probably a great thing. But as a group of adults, it meant we couldn't work, which was very annoying.

Very intelligent, friendly host, it was a pleasure to speak to her every time👌🏻Place is really historical, authentic, has its own soul. Of course, when you open windows in bedroom at the morning, you can see that-Toscana-view. Green hills, vineyards, very calm and quiet. I’d really like to stay there forever) There is everything for long pleasant family vacation: pool, barbecue area, dining yard, kitchen with beverages, snacks, wine etc, tables and chairs near you apartments to have a dinner outside. Lots of parking space. Wi fi was only outside apartments, nowhere inside, but for me it was ok, landscapes and nature views are better than pics in phone) And be careful, at rainy time it’s better to close windows in kitchen because there might be a big water leak)
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - A quiet location with a beautiful view of vineyards and olive trees. Helpful and friendly host with plenty of good advice on where to eat and what places to visit. Self-service bar with local wine (tasty!), coffee machine, and much more. Florence is just over a hill, most other Tuscan places of interest are within 1-hour ride.
• Milan (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect for us because we want to see Pisa, Firenze and Siena and from each destination we have only 1h of driving... so we were in the middle.

• Ian (10/5): Arriving at Casa Partingoli after a long day's drive was like arriving home - but much better. - Casa Partingoli is a wonderful example of agriturismo accommodation. Great character, excellent facilities and equipment, lots of space, very clean and a beautiful rural location. Anna is an attentive, friendly and hospitable host. All that plus a well stocked honesty bar, a barbecue and a good sized pool. A great holiday stay for families or couples with easy access to Florence via car then tram. We especially liked the pillows. Difficult to improve on what was provided.
• Kate (9/5): Gorgeous, rural hideaway - Such a glorious rural location but easy to get to Florence, Siena etc. Anna was a wonderful host and the accomodation was lovely. Clean, comfy, great swimming pool and we loved using the honesty bar (complete with wine from the vineyard). Such a peaceful spot. Plenty of space for our family of four. Only tiny thing was the smelly drain in one of the bathrooms. Not a huge issue at all, and a tiny price to pay for such a gorgeous location.
• Marco (8/5): Great place, good host, nice surroundings, easy to drive to the best spots in Tuscany - The location is ideal, it's 1 hour away from most of the best places in all of Tuscany. The host Anna is fantastic and very accomodating. She is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The pool is nice and there are lots of games available for the kids. The surroundings are gorgeous. 1. it was 40 degrees every day and the place does not provide air conditioning. The heat stays in the house especially upstairs. Anna provides fans, but it simply gets too hot to get comfortable. We were all hot every night and it made it hard to sleep well 2. There is no wifi in the house, you have to walk to the common area to get reasonable wifi. That's a disadvantage at night when you just want to be in your house and chill however an advantage during the day as it makes you interact with more of the other guests in the communal area
