- Susieqqe (2/5): awful - not a lot. the house was rough, the furniture dirty, the house was in a state of poor repair, dirty cutlery left in a dirty sink, no wifi or internet, the house was situated in Ferndale not Llwyn-pia.
- Siobhan (2/5): Dirty do not Stay here. - Shop along the road. Not clean. Throw over sofa to hide lots of stains. Cobwebs. Did not use oven as not cleaned very dirty. Same upstairs. No light in bathroom called and message no response.

- George (5/5): Passable - Convenient to where we wanted to be. The beds were comfy and clean but the house could do with a bit of TLC but that was reflected in the price we paid. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. Unable to get WiFi. Bathroom and kitchen were quite shabby. The outside area could have been cleaned up a little.
- Nieuwenhuizen-pettit (10/5): Lovely house in lovely area, beautiful Views, great adventure - Great Location, Nice size property, had everything I needed there. Thank you to the Hosts, Nice sized rooms. Clean and Tidy Traffic coming through Pontypridd was very busy due to the Eisteddfod being on.

- Mick (1/5): Unhabitable - N/A I deal with multiple bookings a week, this is the worst for a while considering the inconvenience caused. Property not ready as stated. Wet bedding and towels spread allover the property drying like somebody lived there. Sofa wet from towels, no beds obviously made as the bedding was wet. Dirty ash trays, all the cushions off the sofa spread all over and general untidiness. Found another property with short notice awaiting refund. Got told a cleaner was coming at 7pm, no good as this wouldn't sort the wet towels and sofa. Totally unacceptable after traveling for hours. Plenty of pictures were taken and sent to the agent. Don't advertise as available when clearly IT IS NOT.

- Kevin (10/5): Great home from home - Great home from home with everything needed. We especially liked the big sofas in the living room and large dining table. Maybe a few more pots and pans - the host proposed to bring some round straight away but we said it wasnt necessary, and he said he would have them ready for next guests.
